There has been a new guy since the beginning of the year. He is awesome. The device has been smooth to have and very easy to operate and cheaper than most other places for the breathalyzer. It's hard enough having the device manditory but as a business they respond very quickly and they are incredibly understanding and honest. With this new person there he is incredibly polite and great to speak to. I appreciate making this much easier than I expected. Thanks!

Marshall makes this place hands down the best shop in town. For such a laid back guy, he is johnny in the spot , gets you in and out quick, super responsive, and all around great to be around. Glad to get my device off, but will miss getting to stop in here once a month. Highly recommend.

Everyone has always been pleasant and and understanding. Having a device is not fun, but the service and recalibration is always speedy. I normally don t even have to get out of my truck. I had another device previously with a different company. It was almost as though they wanted it to be difficult. The previous place seemed judgmental, often saying If you don t like it, you should not have committed a crime Draeger makes it clear that your case is none of the lol business and don t have any opinions either way

Very quick and so friendly. No one wants to get the device put in your car, but at least the customer service is excellent!

Always very helpful, fast and courteous. I live in Ft. Worth but drive all the to Lewisville because I'm so happy with the services.

Coil was clean but would recommend changing filters more often.Update: they listened, 5 stars now.
