Sally and Carmen were quick and responsive, very informative and not pushy at all. Pricing was fair and the work done by their that team was great! Would highly recommend them! This is my 3rd windshield and of all of my experiences. This has been the best one so far!

The experience with Platinum Auto Glass was excellent from start to finish. From making the appointment, to dropping of the car, to picking it up, everyone was very polite and they did excellent work. To top it off, they were much less expensive than the other two places I called. Great service and the lowest price. You can't get any better than that.

I just recently replaced my windshield at Platinum. I chose them mainly based on google reviews and they lived upto the expectations. The lady at the front desk was professional and responsive. They also offered a very reasonable price. I was in and out the shop in 30 minutes and they did a very good job. The whole transaction was very smooth.

Wow! Customer service was outstanding. I am old school and called on the phone to make an appointment. Sally was so informative on how long the process would take and got me in the same day. I found my new windshield repair shop today. The repair was perfect. Absolutely no issues. Michael

Flawless work on my classic car. Greatest care taken. My restoration shop, Honest Jake's Heavy Industries and ATV Stunts, will only use Platinum for our restorations. They went above and beyond sourcing the rubber and glass for this 1974 Merc Comet. It's not a popular car like a Mustang, so I was a little dubious they could find it. They did. I'm a fan!

Amazing service. I can t believe the difference in how I m seeing out my windshield. The Quezadas and Stephanie made sure I was informed on the process throughout the entire job. Even got help with transportation. Price and timing and workmanship could not possibly be matched. You owe it to yourself to have Platinum Auto Glass help you with any needs you have.

Had an excellent experience with Platinum Auto Glass! The entire staff, from scheduling my appointment to completing the service, was incredibly pleasant, warm, and polite.The process, from check-in to being notified that the tech was bringing my car around, took a mere 20-30 minutes tops. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee! The service was swift, the staff was delightful, and the prices were reasonable. Big thanks to Platinum Auto Glass for a job well done!

A million % satisfied. Very professional and accommodating. They went above and beyond my expectations. You actually get to speak with a live person and not have to listen to a ton of recordings to be able to speak with a rep.The work was impeccable. I am no longer going to use Safe-lite!So if you need anything done with the glass call Platinum Glass!

When my mom had her windshield damaged Platinum Auto Glass not only booked an appointment for her that day but also finished it that day in addition to giving her an additional discount. I HIGHLY highly recommend them as they were not only professional but also very responsive!!! Additionally this company is a family buisness so they are very interactive and will put great care in your glass needs!

Very nice, they help me relax , cause i was panicing on my windshield crack, and as soon as i set up an appointment they call right away and lucky they have available that day also. Very quick and now my car windshield looks good as new.

They answered the phone and fixed the window in a timely manner. The receptionist was informative, helpful and friendly. It was nice working with them and we ll definitely refer others to them. Other companies didn't even call back.

Starting with when I called to get a quote and schedule, the process was simple and easy and the receptionists were so nice! My appointment was at 9am this morning and it was done in under and hour. It looks good as new and no damages from removal and installation. I would definitely come back and definitely recommend this company!

Great customer service and support. Easy to communicate with and very professional work service on my Scion car. Highly recommend to anyone needing a new windshield or any other options of service to their vehicles windows. Brad was a true professional and his tips and knowledge of car window repair was quite impressive. He answered all my questions and concerns and love that new car smell scent that I detected afterwards. Thanks for a great experience! I had to replace my Audi's windshield and choose Platinum Auto Glass because they worked directly with my insurance and got my claim approved for an OEM replacement of my windshield.90% of the time things go as planned. Platinum Auto glass deserves a 5 star because of the way they handled my situation when things didnt really go as expected. Given my Audi Q7 had heads up display, they really wanted to make sure that the windshield was installed properly and all the codes were workings fine. When one of the codes showed an error even after persistent trials, they took the car to the Audi dealership and fixed the codes - no hassles on my end. They were prompt to inform me of the delay and the situation and went above and beyond to deliver the car to my doorstep.Thank you!!!

If I ever have another crack or a chip in the windshield this will be my first place to go. Customer service was top-notch and also the service was done very quickly. My windshield was replaced in about 45 minutes and I was on my way.

I really like this company. I originally found them through a neighbor who had his windshield replaced and was happy with their work (and their price!) and recommended them. I recently had them replace my windshield. They were very thorough and courteous - from making sure I was prepared for my appointment with multiple reminders, to making sure I had all the information I needed regarding the cost quote and service schedule. They were right on time at the start of the sheduled window and got the job completed in less than 20 minutes, and their price was very competitive. (I shopped around in advance.) They were able to transfer my toll tag and registration sticker from the old, cracked windshield to my new one without issue. Super easy and great service. I had a rock chip in the windshield and they were able to get me scheduled the next day.When I arrived there was no wait and I was very promptly greeted and taken care of.With the special for windshield repair at the time, I was quoted a price that was over half as much as competitors but I felt I received better service here! I was in and out in 30 minutes and they took the time to show me how the repair went.Definitely a good value for the money.I will be back in the future should we need any other auto glass service for our cars!

Fred and the team were prompt, courteous and highly professional. He replaced the rear glass on my 69 Chevelle and did an incredible fit. Level, straight and much better than the prior installer.
