Eric was nice and helpful. I needed a my battery replaced. I had a warranty on my previous battery. Eric was helpful in making the exchange and replacing a new battery in my car for me. The front counter needed help because the lines was very long. I submitted an application to assist the store.

Manager only would credit return with store credit when returning an unused sensor for my truck. The sensor was unused and still in original package. Now I get to drive a truck that doesn t run all the way to hurst to get my money back. Wow thanks a lot for nothing. Will definitely be using AutoZone from now on. Trash!!!

Had to leave a great review because of the outstanding customer, service, and assistance I received from Rudy and Rudolfo! These guys helped me out with reattaching my rearview mirror the night before I was supposed to start a new job that relies heavily on my car. They were super informative and especially helpful with loaning me the tools I needed to successfully remount the mirror. I hope O Reilly knows how lucky they are to have guys like these on their team!

They are always so friendly and they don't try to rip me off like other places I've visited. I'm truly thankful for them! My hybrid's battery has been acting funny and they offered to charge it for me for free! If they charged anything, I would have paid for it but their integrity keeps me coming back.

Went in looking for a couple of low-cost items and needed assistance locating one of them. Regardless of the amount of the sale, Fernando was helpful and genuinely glad to help. The staff here is a pleasure to work with.

Went in today after being frustrated with auto zone not being able to help. Rudy was nothing less than amazing he helped me trouble shoot my problem and was patient throughout the whole process!!!!

Outstandingly Great service from moment i walked in, felt very welcomed even with social distancing... Purchased a Complete Fan Assembly, and realized after 5 days it didn't fit my vehicle, no ones fault but my own , i said the wrong year but i returned it expecting something like, previous AutoZone visits where they'd argue and fight you about any returns cause they "know what there're talking about"....they couldn't find the correct windshield whippers even if was on display for them at there stations....sorry..lolWith yall off 121 and southwest I experienced no hassle , no explanation, returned every penny and 5 mins found me 2 more items and they went so far as letting me look at the hoses and tubes in the back to pick ojt the right one ......awesome service all.the time and great staff thank you and have a great day

I went to the store and purchase wipers blades. Nando explain the types of blades that best fit for my SUV and also provide me additional items that I needed that I would not think of. Thank you for the quick service, knowledge and also for installing my wiper blades.

I bought brakes from this awful place a year ago with a warranty. They wore out quickly and I was told if I had them taken off and brought in they would replace them. I had the clerk call the store close to me and he assured me it was all set up. When my mechanic arrived the story changed so I called the original store again and he put me on hold and when he came back he started saying oh I meant to say this and that! This is total bull! I will never buy from them again!

Tried to sell me someone's core starter. Then told me they weren't able to check close by stores to see if one was in stock. All the kids behind the counter and the manager started arguing and trying to figure out who to blame instead of helping me.

Busy location, but Mark (manager) got me in and out quickly .. Even if he did only have 2 of the 3 truck batteries I needed. Corp needs to increase stock levels .

Today was the worse of the worse experience going to O'Reilly, the service is always not as friendly as the other automotive parts store, I try to get a match price and they denied the request, this person older man name Mike wasn't helpful at all, I just would not buy another part from this store, and everyone I know o will let them know the poor and unhelpful service they provide at this location.Do not try to contact me because I will not receive any emails or promotion from you anymore...

A bunch of kids working there that don't know anything about auto parts! Had to explain to one kid what a rearend in a pickup was and he still couldn't get me the right part even after i show him a picture of what I was looking forTotally Unbelievable.WILL NEVER USE THAT STORE AGAIN!!!

Went in to get my check engine light checked but they said they wouldn t check it due to the virus, someone came in right after me and asked a similar question then they agreed to get inside their vehicle to complete the work... Will definitely continue to use Autozone.

I was overcharged for a 5 Quart container of 10-40 GTX Castrol Oil at a price of $30.99 when the walmart accross the street charges $17.47. I asked if I could have it price matched and they would not let me price match with walmart. If I had not been in a rush I wouldn't have bought it.
