I can't thank you guys enough!!! My brakes on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra gave out once a couple of days ago freaking me out and I immediately hunted for brake repair shops when I got home. The appointment process was painless and my technician, Pablo, was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! I love that you guys come to the job so we don't have to miss out on work and I also love how--when I had to change my appointments--the customer service agents who helped me went above and beyond. I wish I knew their names because I would definitely put them here. A+++++++ service and will definitely recommend NuBrakes to everyone when in need! Thank you so much!!!

As a woman who drives a full size truck, I'm always skeptical about getting repairs done. I Googled brake services and clicked on NuBrakes, reviewed their YouTube video, and scheduled an appointment. My service technician, Michael came within the scheduled time and replaced my pads and rotors within an hour. I opted to use interest free payments which was also available. I'm very pleased with their service.

I had the pleasure of my second experience with Jake@NuBrakes replacing my brake pads as well as I invested in the brake fluid replacement offer. Jake is incredibly honest, caring, kind and very knowledgeable in the industry of automotive mechanics. If he is not able to answer my repair questions he definitely will seek a dependable person within their business to assist me. I definitely have recommended them to my friends and family and even acquaintances who need assistance with their brakes. I also found out I am able to request Jake every time. That is a HUGE BONUS. I wish someone world have told me about this company a long time ago. It was easy to get a quote (with no hidden fees) and schedule to have the service completed. My technician Eddy was so professional and nice. He talked to me as a person while he was explaining everything. I will definitely be using NuBrakes for all the services my car need if they are able to do it.

Can not say enough nice things about this service! Dead car battery from the winter storm and they made scheduling an appointment super easy and timely. From the time they showed up until I had a new battery and much over needed oil change was less than an hour and reasonable cost and Michael was so respectful! This is the second time NuBrakes has helped me out in a jam and I think I found my new auto mechanics for all my future needs.

I truly enjoy using Nubrakes services. They replaced our front and rear pads and rotors in such a timely manner. Brandon and Jacob are the best! I will always use them! They're professional, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, well groomed, outgoing and respectful which goes a very long way in this present climate. I can t believe I considered going anywhere else for new breaks. NuBreaks has a customer in me for life. My technician, Michael, was on time, professional, efficient and informative. He also went above and beyond and aired up my tires too just because they were low. Pricing beat two other places I checked. Overall outstanding on all fronts. I will definitely be using this company in the future for any services needed that they can provide. Thank you!

Jake was an intelligent, friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. He inspected both front and rear brakes. He did suggest rear pads be replaced soon. Finished in a little over an hour. Thank you Nubrakes for an even better discount than quoted. I recommend your company to anyone who needs fast,non hassle auto repair. First class representative.

Perfect scheduling and very knowledgeable and skilled technician. Front brakes done on a Ford expedition in 1 hr right outside my apartment. I will be scheduling them for the back brakes for sure.
