I came in for a nail in my tire and received the best care immediately from Eric! I was in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend.

This is now the second time I ve visited this location with tire woes! Eric took care of me today, and I was in and out in no time. I love that everyone who walks in and out of the store makes you feel welcomed. Any time I have a tire/car need, I ll drive to this store specifically. Thanks for always having my best interests at heart.

Excellent service and communication. Gordon makes your wait time unstressed. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and explain your issue without worrying if it can be fixed! Recommend this location!

These guys are great! Brought my car in for a battery light, and they ran some tests and noticed a bolt was missing from my alternator. They replaced the bolt in five minutes free of charge and sent me on my way. Top notch service!

Excellent experiences - my advisor was very helpful and respectful. The service time was just under an hour for four new tires and wiper blades. Thank you. We will be back for future service needs.

This location employees are always professional. Today I worked with store manager Eric Hammond who insisted that it was ok to bring in my wife s car even though it was almost closing time. He got the tire patched immediately and I was on my way. GREAT Guy!!!!

I stopped in today to look at getting a tire and wheel replaced. Unfortunately, they were not able to fit the needs I was looking for, but the mechanics were so helpful and helped me identify the solutions I needed. I am very appreciative for the time taken out to help me.

This NTB location in Lewisville is the best because of the great employees. Even though I recently came on a very busy day needing a new tire ,Eric took great care to make certain I would be back on the road as soon as possible. He and the other employees are knowledgeable and efficient, something you don t encounter every day. I highly recommend going to this location and it will be the store I return to next time the need arises!

I was welcomed amongst arrival! Clean and friendly establishment. I will definitely come back for more vehicle maintenance. Answered all my questions to where I could understand. 5 stars is simply not enough, 10 stars!

I typically go to the store in Flower Mound, but they did not have a piece of equipment needed to calibrate the pressure sensors on my tires. Flower Mound recommended I go to the store and they were fantastic. Quick service and tons of respect. If you live in the Coppell or Lewisville area I highly recommend you make this your local repair shop

Car was struggling to start. From the symptoms, I suspected a low battery. Went to another NTB location where they said everything was fine and suggested a tune up. Went to this location for a second opinion and within 5 minutes detected the battery was low and had me back in my car in under 30 minutes. Even took the time to check the warranty on my old battery without me having to ask. My car is now fine.

I had a GM TPM sensor cause I don't want aftermarket on my car. They would not install the part I asked them to install!!! I left the location with my tire light on after spending 700.00 on tires and alignment!!! Wheel was not straight!! If u want a good deal on tires but sorry service. This is ur place. I would go elsewhere!! Discount Tire. My mistake. Don't make it urs!!!!

I started coming to NTB last year and have fallen in love with this place! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the tire warranty they offer can t be beat. If you need tire or battery services I highly recommend.

Just had another great experience there. These guys know their stuff and are super nice. I went in last week with a flat due to a faulty valve stem. No charge! Went in today with low tire pressure since the tire wouldn t accept air from the quarter machine at the gas station. No charge! Both times I m in there less than 10 minutes. Not a lot of businesses treat you this well. GO THERE! You won t be disappointed.

I had a front and back end wheel alignment. Jeff and Eric were very professional and friendly, not to mention the price was great. I saved 250. By not using Lexus Dealer.

Made an appointment online. No time was set, just said to come in. I walked in and the one man there was on the phone. I heard him talking. Then raised his voice just enough to let me know he was talking to me. Very rude. I told him I thought he was on the phone so I wasn t listening. Anyway, I made the appt for tire repair. He said hour and a half. They must have been short on help, because the place looked close to empty. Most bays were open. Why book online??? I left.

Called trying to get more information and for some reason was treated very rudely. Whoever was on phone duty at around 13:00 pm 4/9. Needs to go back through training or stick just working in the back.

Got a tire changed a week and half ago and found out today they kept the locking lug nut socket. Better make sure you still have it when you leave here.

Gordon was very helpful and when I told him I was also considering getting my oil changed in addition to the service I had already scheduled he got me all set up. I'll refer all my friends to check this location out.

Took my vehicle in for a flat repair and the technician pointed out that i needed to replace my pads bc it had been way over due and had metal metal contact which is dangerous and i m lucky not to have caused it been in an accident. They were honest and I will be bringing my vehicles back to them from now on!
