This is the place I always come for my inspection sticker for my vehicles and I taught my sons where and who to get there too. They are quick, kind and polite. I ve had tires put on here as well. I can come any time of the day they are great and customer service is always on point.

Conveniently located and provided great customer service. I went for Texas state inspection (purchased Groupon) and it was a 10 mins job without waiting much. The employees are courteous and provided a quick service. They offer other car maintenance services and tire services also.

Didn t realize this place was 10 minutes from my house. I always went to the location in Plano (25min drive easily), but this one beats that one by a long shot!! Rewards programs, financing and the staff here are fantastic!! Junior and Alex took great care of me!! I ll definitely be back!!

Excellent service. It doesn't look like much at a first glance when you pull up but they really do have good thing going on there. They are very professional and very fast at getting your service done. Their waiting room on the inside is nicely designed, very clean, and quite comfortable. We will definitely be going back when the need arises.

Out in ten minutes for vehicle inspection. Accept Groupon with no problems and efficient service. Always worth the twenty minute drive from flower mound and better than anything we have.

Saw this place had almost 5 stars and elected to give them my business. I purchased 4 new tires for my Escalade online and took them to Mike s to have them put on and balanced. The price seemed very reasonable. The environment is very hectic, and everything seems disorganized but they do also get a lot of business being off of two main highways. During the process of putting my tires on some unnamed guy, who didn t introduce himself asked me to come into the shop, where he pointed at my wheel, and declared it was bent. See what this guy doesn t know is I had taken my tires to two different chain places prior that had checked my tires, and I drive a work vehicle which means my truck sits in the garage 6 days a week. There just little chance I had hit anything. I asked him how he came to that conclusion, and he turned on the electronic wheel balancer and declared it was bent because when it spins, it wobbles a little. It just all felt very sketchy. I asked the guy at the front desk what the next step was, and he told me for $150 they could send the wheel off to be repaired. I declined because this isn t my first rodeo at independent tire places, and their games to squeeze a couple more dollars out of me. They put all four of my tires on, and I left only to realize the next day that they installed my sensors incorrectly. At this point, I honestly couldn t take the word of a man that can t do something as fundamental as install tire sensors. Since I don t drive my car a lot, I waited about a week and took my car to Pep Boys who told me the rim was fine, and that the sensors were indeed installed incorrectly, perhaps to make me believe that the wheel was bent. Too many mishaps from this place in one visit for me ever to return. This gives a bad name to mom and pop tire shops because I m usually very hesitant to take my Escalade to places like this for this very reason. It seems happy return customers would trump fabricating issues to get more money in the moment. This is my personal experience, and I write it to project the reality of the situation in an objective manner. This could be a lone wolf installer who is motivated by incentives from additional repairs idk. But other customers should know this in the event it happens to them. I m not saying don t give Mike s Tire your business but I would advise a second professional opinion should an issue come up.Mikes if you want to make this right, you can start by reimbursing me the $25 I spent to correct your mistake. I will make an update if this ever happens.

When I pulled up I was worried because they looked busy. They're quick though!Come here for a quick set of used or new tires. They balance and mount them for free. At $32.50 each tire, I'll be coming back. I also asked for a courtesy check to see if the tires should be rotated. They definitely took a look for me, I didn't have to ask twice.They have a 30 day warranty of their used tires! If anything happens at all, just come back and they'll take care of you.I watched them use a torquing wrench which is used to ensure the nuts aren't over tightened or under tightened! Impressed with the service for the price!

They re quick and reliable but they will put your lug nuts on way too tight and will not take accountability. Will never let them touch my very expensive car ever again.

Came here a few time like coming here they have great customer service polite and call yiu back with updates not me waiting and having to call back after being told they would like some other places purchased tires online on thier website called them they got them to thier shop and called when they were here junior was very helpful made sure everything was taken care of and everyone else works pretty quick here.

All 5 stars Mike's Tire was very helpful. I went in ready to pay for all 4 and they looked at my tires and said no all i need was back 2. They care about there customers not just there wallet. I will make Mike's my go to tire shop! Ask for Alex!

The shop owner who quote price for tires will look you up and down before giving you a price. Not cool. I had been coming here for 15 years+ previously but this place has gotten worse. Sad!

I am sorry but I couldn't enjoy much. The only reason I went this place is that I saw this Google reviews and they have plenty good on them. I think the only thing good on this place is they are fast. 4 new tires around 25 minutes and boom! it's done. Quality? I don't know about that but it is still running so I think its ok.But they scratched my wheels and wheel caps like hell! Dings and tool marks everywhere. I didn't say anything I just left. Because I was on my lunch break and I have to go back to work. I maintain my car very clean and it makes me so upset. Anyway, this is my first and last visit and I will never go this place again.

Mike s did a great job to help me get my popped tire fixed!! And at half the price the BMW dealership would ve charged! I had to order my tire online due to stock and I ended up ordering the wrong size!! Mike noticed this after the tow truck dropped my car off and he called me AFTER HOURS and stayed late to help me change my order and told me the right size so I could still get it on time!! This is above and beyond work!! And as a female needing car help I couldn t appreciate there service and help more!!

Not all heroes wear capes. Hector definitely saved the day with prompt solutions and exceptional customer service. Whether you need financing or paying out of pocket, this place is a hidden gem. Make sure you get the road hazard warranty if you want to save yourself the hassle.

This is my first time to be at the store in Lewisville, TX, came here for state inspection, didn't know what to expect, but ended up with very good experience. Talked to the manager Alex and staff Jason, they are super friendly and nice, and took good care of everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Most efficient tire change I have ever experienced! Consulted to find the right tire ahead of time, pre-ordered and scheduled my car once the tire came in - In and out in 30 min!The team works really hard, great service! Will definitely come back for future tire needs

Don't go there they trying to find a reason to fail you so they can charge you more money which by the way is illegal and I reported them to the DPS the guy tries to tell me the tent on my window will stop me from and it's not even a dark tint and he says they will charge me $25 to move it if I want to don't go there they not good they are just bunch of scammers

I've been here twice their quality of product is great they replaced two of my tires on my car for $55 dollars a piece we're other places were charging a arm & a leg for used tire at the price of the two for just one. they gave me a really good deal I will be using them more often now that I moved to Lewisville.

Air was leaking from my tire, I called around for service, other locations either didn t answer or said there will be a wait. I called Mike s tire and they invited me to come right away, there s no wait. I came and they repaired my tire right away for an unbeatable price! I was shocked at how quick and affordable it was. The location was very busy with many other customers but they have enough man power to take care of everyone. In and out within 15 min. I would recommend this to anyone in need of tire service. Thanks guys.
