Kyle and Chris are life savers! It s really hard to find genuine people who care and will work with you in a time of crisis. They not only listened to me, but they helped me find financial support and got my car fixed quickly. I m so grateful for their kindness, care, and understanding. Thank you, Kyle & Chris! You guys have a loyal customer for life now.

I am sure this shop is good at something. However, I suggest to do state inspection somewhere else. They make me waited for almost 2 hours. Maybe I was unlucky to go there in a day when they were short staff.In a better note, they are nice and gave me feedback about oil change and brake fluid change needed to be done. Of course I left without any more service because I don t want to wait another 2 hours.

*BEFORE READING THIS read John Gonzales' review posted 4 days ago. He is the one who sold me the tires.* On 11/07/2023 I arrived at Meineke Car Care Center for a replacement rear passenger tire because mine had blown out on the way home from school. When I entered the door I met a man named John, who informed me I had been driving on trailer tires and that's why mine had blown out. After a while of convincing me that I need to get nicer tires with a 70,000 mile warranty, I conceded and gave him the go-ahead to mount four new tires on my vehicle. A couple days later I returned to pick up my 2003 GMC Sonoma with new tires on it, as well as pay a grand total of $1,019.46. That s $190 for each tire when I could have bought them for $100 online. After reluctantly paying for the tires, John proceeds to tell me that I need to have a Caster and Camber kit installed on my vehicle at a different shop. He says they don t install these kits at Meineke and if I don t get this work done they would void the 70,000 mile warranty. Before writing this I reviewed Meineke s warranty policy and it states This warranty does not apply when corrective action is taken and/or the warranted part is removed by any facility or person other than an authorized Meineke Car Care Center. If I had done my due diligence and hadn t bought tires at the first shop I visited and/or read the warranty ahead of time I would not have done business with Meineke. Right away I went right next door to Breaks Plus and asked if they could install a caster and camber kit. They told me that a caster and camber kit was not going to work and I needed to have my front end rebuilt. After getting the front end rebuilt I spent another $259.86 on 12/07/2023 with Meineke to replace my rear passenger tire which had gotten a nail in the sidewall. A couple months of back and forth with Brakes Plus, they eventually told me that the problem was with the tires. They showed me that when the front two tires are swapped it also switches which direction the steering is pulling. I soon returned to Meineke where I have never seen the man who sold me the tires again. This time a different guy named Aaron shows me that the work on the front end is incomplete, and he tells me if I get it done that Meineke will warranty the tires because they are all warped. I then returned to Brakes Plus where the manager Kassie was very helpful in resolving my issue and making sure the work was done right this time. After countless alignments we realize that the tires are still the problem so I return to Meineke where Aaron will never be seen again. The man that was at the desk said he would give me a call in a day to let me know about warranting the tires. A week goes by, I return, and a different man at the desk said that he ordered the tires and he would let me know in a day if his boss lets him warranty the tires. Another week goes by, I return, and the same man from last time just says no we're not going to warranty those tires without providing any explanation or help whatsoever. Over all, in the past five months I have been trying to make my truck reliable, There has not been an ounce of customer service at Meineke and I implore anyone who is thinking about doing business here to be very careful.

Aaron is great! I went in looking to do oil change and car inspection. He took me right away. I had to leave for work but called to see if I was still able to come in. He still took care of me immediately. I even purchased a new tire from discount tire and they installed it for me got everything done that day. Thank you for the amazing customer service you are amazing! I ll be back! Thanks Aaron

My only issue wen I got my oil change is that they had me sign for the service before they had my vehicle in the bay. That document said oil change and filter.When they were done they told me my Jeep was in great shape and they didn't even need to change the filter. I didn't notice till I got home that I paid $27 for a filter they did not replace.

This was the third auto shop I visited trying to get an auto inspection and should have been my first! They were professional and got me right in. I was in and out with my inspection within about 20 minutes. During that time I was able to hear their interaction with several other customers. They seemed to be honest and gave prices up front. One customer was having their car repaired and had a warranty policy. They called the warranty company on behalf of the customer and got everything worked out. I would give 0 if I could. They did so horrible on a coolant flush that they left the expansion tank cap open, large amounts of air in the system, and even admitted to using European coolant in my Lexus which is a Japanese car that requires Asian vehicle coolant. Due to this it caused my car to overheat which caused a leak in the head gasket eventually leading it to blow up. Do not go here unless you want your car messed up and for this shop to not take responsibility.

Installed a steering control box on my old 86 Chevy C10 pickup. Other places I attempted to contact wouldn t even write me back to provide a quote. DJ responded quickly and with a fair price for a hard job. The tech, Adam, did a great job. I discussed doing other future business on my vehicles with them. Customer service, a forgotten art, was top notch with these guys!!! Great job!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Took my car for a AC repair today, quoted me $1100 to change the condenser that to used and AC valve. I paid for New condenser from dealership $220 and $150 to replace it . Those guys are total rip-off

This place is where I bring my cars. The manager Isaac is honest, knowledgeable, & does quality work. He has is also very friendly & helpful. They always have great specials & cheap oil changes. Rather then trying to up sale you on things, he tells you what you do need & helps to ensure your back on the road as soon as possible. I have had other shops misdiagnosis my cars issues or tell me it was something expensive, then take it to Isaac & find out that is not at all the issue.

I took my car in around noon on a Saturday and was told an ignition coil needed to be replaced and new spark plugs. When i was told my vehicle was ready to be picked it was close to 5 (which is when they close)so they were rushing to get my car to me. When driving after pick up my car was slipping gears and revving high. They are closed on sundays so I had a family member take it in for a second look I took my car in around noon on a Saturday and was told an ignition coil needed to be replaced and new spark plugs. When i was told my vehicle was ready to be picked it was close to 5 (which is when they close)so they were rushing to get my car to me. When driving after pick up my car was slipping gears and revving high. They are closed on sundays so I had a family member take it in for a second look since i work when they are open. On Monday we took the car back and the mechanic asked if we have ran the tank empty as they added an additive to help with cleaning the fuel injectors. And that this was the reason for the car revving high and gears slipping. Without taking a second look at the car, we were reassured that nothing else was wrong with the car and that once we let the gas cycles through with the additive that the issues would subside. Drove the car the next day for a longer distance and the issue only seemed to get worse. Instead of taking it back to them I opted for a second look by a different mechanic and they found that multiple ignition coils were not held in properly. This was due to stripped bolts that held the coils down. We were told that this had been fixed by being rethreaded and was not an issue. Obviously it hadn t been fixed properly due to them rushing to get my car done before they closed. I do not recommend their services and will not be going back. Especially for the price that was paid I would at least expect them to take a proper second look rather than dismissing it as something else. or just have the job done properly. I would like a refund of some sort for the incomplete job and lack of help after the fact.

The whole crew at Meineke were extremely helpful, thurough and professional. They worked hard to get my truck opened and then replaced my alternator and fuel pump. I actually was referred to Meineke on Main St in Lewisville by someone. With me being a woman I am often very skeptical about going in for vehicle repairs without a male presence. However to my surprise everything went so smoothly and the customer service was stellar. I truly appreciate DJ (Donald),Jeff and Kyle for being so knowledgeable and trustworthy with my whole experience. Nothing beats great service! And I will definitely be coming back! Thanks guys for being so awesome it did not go unnoticed!

BUYER BEWARE! My brakes were squeaking so I made an appointment about a month ago to have them checked out. My appointment was at 7:30 in the morning. I did not hear anything from them by 2:00 pm so I called. They apologized and said they were short handed because they had some people unexpectedly quit, but they were about to look at my car. They called back about an hour later and said my brake pads were in good condition but the rotors were shot and I would need all four replaced at a cost of $700! I thought this was really high, so I decided to go get my car and have a second opinion. After taking it to another place, I found out that the rotors were perfectly fine and the only thing wrong was a broken sensor and the need for a little grease on the brakes!!! The sensor cost me about $5 at AutoZone and about that much for the grease!!! No more squeaking and no more brake light after fixing those two things! Thank God I got a second opinion from an honest reputable person!!! They either outright lied to take advantage of me and make a $680 profit, or they did not even look at my brakes! Either way they should be put out of business. Totally unacceptable and dishonest. DO NOT bring your car here!

I was very happy with the work they done on my car one day service first day went back the next day my car was in and out less than 2 hours the manager found better deal on the parts that was put on my car he told me about the finance options all of the workers was very nice and the manager they let you no if anything changes while working on my car when everything was done they called me and again I was very very happy with the service.thank you very muchServices: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Pretty terrible customer service. We called for a quote and they gave us the run around (we have to tow our car so wanted to only have to tow once) and they HUNG UP on my Husband. A ballpark estimate would have been nice. We called another shop in Flower Mound and they were VERY helpful, told us the same thing this guy told us, but at least they were NICE and were able to give us a ballpark figure of the cost so we ended up taking our business there. Hanging up on potential customers... not acceptable. Sorry y'all hate your jobs so much.

The tech wrecked my undercarriage in a test drive to see if the new radiator they installed was working and didn't notify me, workers tried to lie to cover up for him but there was zero problem when inspected previous to radiator repairs both at this shop and at Firestone! Now it will not drive at all after 1200 in repairs. It's criminal and there's before and after pics! Making police report!

I came in because my air was not getting cold and my passenger side was vents were not working. To find out I needed a new compressor , air line and door actuator. The job was completed in January 2023. I noticed that the passenger side feet air was not blowing out so took it back. They kept my car for about 2 to 3 days explanation they are waiting on a part. I ended up picking up my car and took it back again. That's when I noticed my windshield wiper fluid was not coming out . They kept my car again for about 2-3 days and said it was fixed. My air was not blowing cold so I took it back again and told them about the windshield wiper fluid and the passenger side feet not blowing air. They kept my car again and I got a text with amount of what it cost to fix both items. I declined because before they serviced my vehicle the windshield fluid was coming out and now there is a tear that costs almost $500 to fix and a door actuator that cost about $500 when it was supposed to be fix at the beginning. I took my car and have to go to another place to have my vehicle fixed correct. If you want these problem then get your cat serviced here but as for me. I went here to get my annual safety inspection completed today. I ve never been here before however I will never come back to this place. Once they gave me my keys and it was completed I went to start driving away and the inspector had not closed my hood so it started flying up. Imagine that going for a safety inspection and you leave with what is way more dangerous than anything they even inspected the car on. Like close the hood of the car, that seems like a minimum precaution. Will not go back.

I went to Meineke yesterday as my rear brakes were making some god awful noises. I had gotten quotes from the local dealership that were upwards of $600-$650 for pads and rotors. That was not in the budget so we decided to try Meineke. We walked in and the manager Charles immediately had someone start checking it out. They looked at more than just the pads and rotors, and I found out that it needs a few other things. Charles presented the information in a clear and concise manner, and when I told him that I wasn t budgeted for everything that needed to be done, he didn t pressure me or push me to get everything done, he actually helped to fix the most immediate issue, and helped come up with a plan of attack to fix the rest. Took a little extra time as they seemed to be pretty busy but he made sure that it was done same day which was a blessing itself, and made sure we were happy campers the entire time. I had my wife and my two daughters with me (1yo and 2yo) and he walked next door, bought them happy meals, gave them toys to play with, and made us feel welcomed even when they were a little loud and rambunctious. Overall great guy, great store and great service. Will be going there for everything from now on. I have never had such a pleasant and excellent experience at an auto service center in my life.
