I will be bringing my 4Runner to Mayo Automotive exclusively for future repairs and service. Four wheel brakes, rotors and a new caliper were completed so quickly and reasonably priced that I had them also do an oil change with full synthetic, at nearly a quarter of what the dealership charges. Their online estimate/work status/invoicing made everything so convenient. Not only was Ahmad professional and courteous, Tech/Mechanic Ryan did a fantastic job on the repairs/replacement, and I am so thankful a friend referred me to Mayo Automotive. Very excited to say I found this amazing professional automotive company that definitely help get my Tundra in the best shape! I was definitely impressed with Ahmad, he was literally an honest down to earth type of guy who gave small recommendations with no push, explained the service and products being used in my service with I believe very fair prices. Actually trusting dealership quality, well I found it! Very impressed and very happy! Customer for life!

Excellent service . They went above and beyond in must recent Lexus service. They gave great recommendations and even gave me important information that may have potentially saved my life. My tires were warp really bad and I didn't see it as it was on the internal side of my tires. I recently had my tires serviced at a Tire shop and they NEVER SHARED WITH ME this information. Thank God for this thorough service with Mayo. I'll keep coming back. My life could depend on it! They are looking out for my safety! Great job Mayo Automotive Lexus.

I brought my 98 LS400 into Mayo Automotive and within 1 minute of listening to my car idle they knew the exact problem and solution my last mechanic told me could not be fixed. Hands down best service and experience I ve had with auto shop. Ahmad was very professional and on top of updating me with with progress on my car. I ve found my go to shop in the DFW area.

I so appreciate the honesty and dependability of Mayo's. I know when I pick up my vehicle after having a service or repair done, I don't have to worry about my vehicle which is so appreciated! Friendly, honest and goes the extra mile.

Excellent service at a fair price. Found a couple of items in addition to what I brought the car in for that could have been expensive later on, but were easy fixes as part of the repairs already in progress. Honest and very competent. Highly recommend!

2023 - Maya Automotive is my go-to shop for car maintenance. Ahmad is kind, knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. You can trust him in an age of so many dishonest car repairmen. He fixed my Toyota's smoking problem when other shops just put a band aid on a non-existent problem. I'll always use Mayo Automotive as long as he's in business.1/2024 - I continue to use Ahmad for his outstanding services. I have a 2010 Infinite G37 that s starting to need constant maintenance. I take my car right to Ahmad and his shop and the job is done quick and correct. My car should last as long as I m getting the maintenance done by him and his shop. I m so thankful to have a personal mechanic. As long as he s in business, all my cars go to him. Thanks Ahmad and crew!!!And I LOVE the payment system he uses. Makes it easy to approve each individual service and pay online. There s nothing hidden with Mayo Automotive.

I m not new to Toyotas or 4x4 Vehicles, but I am new to the Land Cruiser / Lexus LX world. After doing a ton of research within this new Community, all signs pointed to Mayo Automotive in Lewisville. Ahmad could not have been a nicer, more genuine, and a more honest guy.There s no way I ll take my Land Cruiser anywhere else after visiting Mayo Automotive.

This is by far the best auto service in the metroplex. Ahmad and his team are outstanding. They are responsive, meticulous, knowledgeable and kind. I drive out of my way to make sure he and his team are the only ones handling my car because I 100% trust them.

I had an issue with a parasitic drain that was killing my battery every other day. I could not chase it down. I was able to chase it down to the ECUB fuse.The team at mayo discovered that it was the defroster relay. It had shorted closed so it was always on. They replaced it and had my car ready in 2 days.

I am so thankful to have found Mayo Automotive to take care of my 2007 Toyota Prius. I have been taking it here since May 2020 when my hybrid battery died and they replaced it with a refurbished hybrid battery. Since then, I have gone to Ahmad and his team for every little thing, from oil changes and state inspections to repairs like replacing the front worn out wheel bearings, replacing my cat converter when it was stolen, and most recently, replacing my inverter water pump.My car is nearing 200k miles, so I ve had to replace quite a few things over the last few years, which is why having a mechanic that I trust is absolutely invaluable. Ahmad and his team are friendly, efficient and honest, and the prices are fair. A nice bonus is the awesome system he has in place to approve repairs and pay online. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

I visited Mayo Automotive last week for some mtn on my Tundra. Amhad fit me into the schedule to look at the ac and change the engine oil. Amhad's team does a great job at a reasonable rate! Service is always completed on time and he is great about providing quotes for future recommended work that is needed.Give Amhad a call if you need work to be done on your vehicle.

Great place to take your Toyota/Lexus! I took my GX460 in for an oil change and some tires mounted. I will definitely be coming back for any future service. I am a HUGE fan of Mayo Automotive. As a single mom, I trust when I take my car in that they will take good care of me and my vehicle which is VERY important. They also follow up with me to make sure everything is running good.

Mayo Automotive continues to be my absolute go to location for all my servicing needs. Im SO glad I found Mayo Automotive. I have an 07 Tundra with around 320K miles so I really wanted to find a great, honest mechanic that ll keep me on the road for another 300K miles. I saw reviews for Mayo Automotive and decided to give them a shot.After a couple of oil changes and brake replacement, I was pretty much sold. Ahmad is an honest, genuine guy and has a very skilled team at the shop. But it gets better!I recently had my catalytic converter stolen while at dinner on a Sunday night. Started my engine and it sounded like a loud hot rod. I was very concerned since I didn t know what it was at first, so amid all the confusion I decided to send an email to the one listed on Mayo Automotive s website thinking I would just receive a generic response saying they were closed. But, Ahmad responded personally & I had my truck towed to his shop. 5 weeks later I have it back good as new!If you drive a Lexus/Toyota, Mayo Automotive really is the place to go. Plus, I really appreciate the zero upsale, no pressure environment they have. After your repair is done, they send you a link to pay for the invoice. That is unique and I really wish more places did that. I used to be a dealership guy, but lately it s been difficult to schedule a time because they re always booked. Mayo Automotive is always able to take me in which I also appreciate.So thank you, Mayo Automotive, for taking care of my vehicle. You have made a devoted customer out of me!

Great mechanic and quick service. A little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. My aunt won t let me go to another mechanic because she trust him dearly. So he has gained another loyal customer.

My experience with Ahmad at Mayo Automotive is nothing short of excellent and he exceeded my expectations. Ahmad is a great communicator, trustworthy, provides pictures and documentation of all the needed work, performs the work in a reasonable time frame, stands behind his work, and is priced very fair compared to most true automotive professionals. He earned my trust and will maintain/repair my 100 series LX exclusively moving forward. Do yourself a favor and call/text him for your service needs. You will be hard pressed to find someone else in DFW on his level to take care of your vehicles.

Our hybrid Toyota had a brake actuator problem. After researching our options and getting quotes and consultation from dealers and repair shops, we took it to Ahmad at Mayo Automotive, who we felt had the best combination of expertise, pricing and service for our situation. Awesome place with awesome service. We needed his car fixed the day he was supposed to leave for college. Ahmad had us in and out by 12 pm. Very trustworthy. Mayo Automotive is the most comprehensive independent mechanic you will find in the DFW metroplex. I recently had a pre purchase inspection done and Mayo automotive went above and beyond. The price was extremely fair and Mayo spent one hour looking over every detail. We completed a 160 point inspection, scanned codes and went for a test drive. Hands down worth every dollar and extremely honest.
