Been going here for an inspection for several years. New folks can t figure out to work their scanner and blamed it on my vehicle. I had someone else have the same issue at this location the week before they were also in a newer car.If you have a newer vehicle, I would recommend going somewhere else. Their old equipment is not compatible.

Came here for an inspection today. Charles was very friendly and had me out in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service and will be recommending this place to everyone for their inspections.

It started out fine. I came here in Jan to get my emissions done and that went well. I then decided to get wipers since they were on sale. Well yesterday during the pouring down rain, 1 of the wipers came apart making it very difficult to get home. I called this business today believing they would replace the wiper, but was told by the manager "this never happened to anyone before" and without a receipt they could not replace it. He topped it off by saying " I WISH THERE WAS SOMETHING I COULD DO" I told him I would go to Auto zone because I know my experience would have been different.

I've been a going to this location for decades. They are amazing people and know their stuff. I recently had issues with both of my vehicles. My wife's car needed struts, tune up, and other work. They knocked it out within a day and charged me less than any other business in the area. I also needed work on my truck. They diagnosted the issue, took half the engine apart and fixed it (engine lifts) with as little damage to my pocket book as possible. Truck runs great now with no check in engine light (which has been on for several months prior). Again, charged me as little as possible. Outstanding business with outstanding owner and employees. They handle all my needs (oil changes, inspections, and heavy duty auto repair). They are honest, hardworking folks that are hard to come day in this day and age. They truely care about their business and their customers.

Excellent experience! My a/c was out in my suv and my Mom had taken her vehicle here for service, so I thought I would call for an appointment. I was able to drop it off right away and get it back quickly with the a/c fixed and reasonable price. Everyone is very honest and friendly. Even other customers walked out happy and stopped my husband to tell him when he was picking up my suv, how great their experience. We then got another oil change for my husband. As you can see by the scripture on the door, you will be Blessed when you enter and leave this business. My husband and I both brought our vehicles here to get our state inspection done. They were fast and well priced. The sitting area was very comfortable. They had their price list for oil changes and other services and those seemed reasonable as well! We are very pleased. Great service all around!

Just reviewing them as a caring business. I ended up across the street pulled over with my car on a weekend. A young gentleman came over from across the street to see if he could help. Helped me to figure out what was wrong. Although I was not able to get the repair there, they seem like good people and a good business.

Took my car in for AC issues on a Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. They got me in and out in a little under an hour with the AC working. I brought my vehicle in for a major repair, I was very pleased with whole experience. Good, respectful honest work. They recognized I was a Veteran and thank me for my service everytime I visit. They are robbers dropped my car for repair they charged me for the job but didn't complete the job and charged me already when I ask them to finish the job they refused I will suggest you not to go there.

If I could give a zero I would took my ford expedition on Wednesday 6/21/23for spark plugs and coils didn't pick up until Saturday 6/24/23 that's how long it took for them to do it. Charged me $900and it's even worse when I took it in call them up just for them to say a small piece might have broke off in my enginethen has the nerve to say there is nothing that they could do for 900 bucks wow and then said bring it back in for $50 they could run a diagnostic to see the problem the problem is that you should do right and fix my truck...

My husband and I bring our cars here to get serviced and love it! Their customer service is great and work seems trustworthy- a trait you won t always find with mechanics. Definitely recommend this place for your car.

Place was easily the fastest location I've ever been to for a yearly vehicle inspection. Staff was friendly and knowable and made my day with the quick service. Looking forward to using them for regular scheduled maintenance.

I live in the area and normally go to my mechanic in Plano. But my mechanic is always busy, so I tried Main Auto Clinic in the interest of time. Boy was I happy I did. Jarred, the on duty worker, took GREAT CARE OF ME. I had an oil change and State inspection completed. Jarred was fast efficient and professional. This is a small mom and pop shop, but they are just as good (if not better) than the big name places. They have a new customer in me. Informed me of issues with my a.c. after telling me it was fine and me paying them to refill it. They didn't drain or flush it prior to refilling and I question if they even refilled it. A 5 minutes for inspection, report and refill is pretty hard to believe. My AC wad worse after I left than when I brought it in. Especially when taking it to another shop and it takes about half an hour for that to be done after it is already on the rack, and they've given me the report. Needless to say was not thrilled with my experience.

Great service. Although i went for inspection and my car did not pass, Mauricio was very helpful and explained to me what exactly was wrong and what it would take to fix them. Very helpful. Service is always good when i take my car here.

I was brought to Fast Sticker by working with one of their mechanics, so I may be biased. However, I can say anecdotally that these people saved me a lot of money. When another shop told me that replacing my upper and lower control arms and my back right wheel bearing would run me +$1000, Fast Sticker did the job for under $500. They also correctly assessed that not only was the problem the front rather than the back wheel bearing, but also that my car does not even have upper control arms to be replaced (likely a large contribution to the price decrease). On top of this, my friend working there noticed that my driver's side front door did not open from the inside (a great inconvenience on rainy days), so when they wrapped up early on my car (which saved me some labor costs) he fixed the door on a whim. Having only been there once and being in the good graces with some if the staff, I cannot speak as to their consistency; however, this was a relieving experience and I wouldn't hesitate to point people here to see for themselves.
