This was my first time to use Magic Touch, they came highly recommended from a friend who had used them before. The work done on my Nissan Frontier was beyond what I was expecting. The attention to detail in what they do is beyond compare. Brodie is a stickler for details! They even found a remedy to an issue that a Nissan dealer could not fix. They are VERY customer oriented and Roger or Brodie called at least once a week with status updates on my vehicle. I was 100% satisfied with the work they performed. If you need collision repair services I completely recommend these guys as they are THE BEST!

My car looks new again, like many was recommended here and I totally see why. It should have been a 5 star review the only thing was the estimated time completion was all over the place, hopefully I was just a one off case and not a repeat issue for any new customers. Roger and his staff are professionals to deal with. Hopefully I don t need to use their services but if I ever do wouldn t hesitate to come here again.

Been going to these guys for a number of things over the course of a couple years. I have consistently received superior and excellent service from them. When it came to painting my new bumper, new hood, fenders and rocker panel, These guys over delivered with the impressive quality. Highly recommend magic touch for anything involving paint and bodywork (etc.) Price has always been right. Every part of the experience from scheduling to drop off was super easy. Gloria at the front desk was awesome to work with, she helped get us setup with a rental while our vehicle was being worked on.Alex had helped us through the process and kept us informed the whole time. We were so pleased by the customer care and quality of work they provided.I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need help with your vehicle.

Went here to get my car repaired due to another shop causing damage. Magic Touch fixed the problem but caused damage else where. I came up there, showed them, they stated that it needed to be buffed, which they did. However, two months later, it was still damaged due to it actually being scratched. Now, I didn t notice it because I have two cars and wasn t aware until two months later.Plus, when they painted my bumper, they left paint specs on all four windows of my car which I had to scraped off myself.Finally, they left paint on my window seals and are white as snow. I caution everyone to really pay attention to their cars. Now it s my ignorance for not noticing because I switched cars. I will not use them again.

Amazing service. I came in with some scratches that happened upon parking. Donnie was extremely kind, honest, and fair. I came in 40 minutes before closing but because the scratch was minor, he took care of it on the spot. What a rare experience. Thank you for helping me today - 100% recommended.

My experience with Magic Touch Paint and Body was great from start to finish. I called and asked about my bumper, and they had me in just a few days later. The receptionist is so nice and ROGER is the best! He is honest, hard-working, and I knew that I could rely on what he was talking about in terms of repairs. The price was so fair and lower than what I had budgeted for. When does that ever happen? I had to pick up my car earlier than we anticipated but that was no problem and they were great about it. I highly recommend this shop and Roger. Great people all around.Service: Body & Trim

Brody is the guy to talk to here. He will make your experience top notch. They have done fantastic work for me on several vehicles I have brought in now. I appreciate their convenience and how quickly they get the job done

These guys did a awesome job on the restoration job on my 07 GT Torch Red Mustang. It looks amazing and they did it far cheaper then I expected. Very impressive work..My car looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. Not like its 13 years old.I would definitely recommend these guys for restoration work as well as collusion repair.

Wish I could give these guys 10 stars . Had some repairs and custom work/new front bumper and body kit installed on my 2016 Porsche Panamera done by Brodie and his superior team. Super amazing customer service as usual (I'm a repeat customer) and I only trust Brodie with my auto body/repairs. Do yourself a favor and give all these guys your business. I guarantee you won't regret it and become a life long customer like me

My truck was involved in an accident, I had to decide which body shop I was going to take my truck to have it repaired that they will do an excellent work and I can trust. I was considering going to a different body shop, but two of my friends suggested that I take my truck to Magic Touch as they had great experience in the past.I went to check out Magic Touch and met Chuck in the office. After talking to him I found out Chuck started this business more than 30 years ago. It's family owned and operated. I decided to take my truck there to have it repaired.Now I'm so glad that I did, they did an Excellent job !! All the people I met Chuck, Brodie,Roger and Gracie were very professional and courteous.I would highly recommend Magic Touch to all my family members and friends !!!

I had serious scratches on my car that were in need of being repaired. Magic Touch got it done, same day, at a very reasonable price. This company is trustworthy and does a great job. You didnt charge (which is not what was duscussed) because you didnt clean it before you added the adhesive and knew it wouldn't stick. We would have been more than happy to pay and not have to worry about it flying off on the highway.

Roger helped me tremendously!I am from out of town, so I didn't have time to wait two weeks for parts, so he did his best to make my car road worthy so I could get home. Such a kind and gracious man! Thank you so much, Roger!

Top notch Body Work! I had a rear bumper a door ding repair from previous location and several Nicks and scratches to repair. Pearl coat paint made this difficult, on a 23 year old car.As seen in these photos, the results were perfect. Seams and Gaps were perfectly aligned, paintwork looked fabulously smooth, and all damages are completely gone.All staff members were extremely friendly, and genuinely seemed to help each other.This was only my first visit to this shop, but so far I would highly recommend them.

This is my second time to use Magic Touch for hail damage. First time was in 2016 and second time a few weeks ago (July 2023). Prices are still great. They took care of working with my insurance and their work product is impeccable! Wouldn t go anywhere else. Very ethical and friendly. Rodger is great! Along with everyone else. Brody and his team are stellar. I noticed a leak in my car due to all the heavy down pours we have been having, but I couldn't tell where it was coming from. The team at Magic Touch didn't stop until the leak was found and fixed. The staff is friendly and courteous. Alex in the front office always has a smile on his face and a willingness to help. HIGHLY recommend Magic Touch for all paint and autobody repairs.

This is the BEST paint shop in all of Dallas Texas. Donnie was just STELLAR. Not only did Donnie go above and beyond for me on my front bumper, he also is going to help me fix some dings on my car I ve been dying to get rid of. Excellent shop, excellent customer service and thank you Donnie for all your help on my bumper.

No idea why I took so long to rate this place. I've brought my Toyota brought here three times to get work done, two of which were major works after accidents. Work is definitely what I call quality, and they've managed to get work done in a pinch when I had a time crunch. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Roger.

Alex is the best! He went above and beyond with a body repair for our new car. Always kept me updated and promptly returned my calls. Our car now looks like it was never in an accident. Amazing work! People keep hitting me so I ve had the pleasure of visiting Magic Touch several times and I ve referred numerous people as well. In all instances they ve exceeded expectations. These guys are so so good and they watch out for you throughout the process. Don t hesitate to get your vehicle fixed here, they will absolutely take care of you.

I went there to have my car adding to the color and this is how it came out love this place and anyone should give them a try I offered more money for the job and they said they didn t need it if I m happy with the work just let others know I would give them 10 stars if I could all around from the workers to the price

I was recommended to this body shop by a friend. Brodie did a great job from start to finish. As a car enthusiast I am very peculiar on how and where I take my car in for repairs especially body work..The paint and color match was my biggest concern but to my surprise it was an exact match it look like brand new after I got my Audi back.Be very patient with them as they are respectful and treat customers right no fluff or BS. When I got my car back I noticed that a part of the bumper was missing. So I reached out, he ordered the missing piece and the next day installed it.

Magic Touch handled my insurance claim with professionalism and steadfastly stuck to their guns to ensure my car looked great and received the right parts (not aftermarket junk the insurance company expects). They treated me with respect and kept me up to date on progress while it was in their custody.I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the overall finish of the car.While I hope to never return for another claim, Magic Touch would definitely get my business again. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience was sent here by a friend he barely looks @ my car & then tell me it $10,000 for a full body paint job. I have a 2010 Nissan Altima my color is GA RED ZONE BLK this paint comes in Deltron & Omni plus! Deltron runs about $295 a quart & Omni plus which is the one I wanted is about $100 per quart. Gonna need clear that s between $100 & $140 for a decent, reducer is about $25 so your charging me over $9000 just for labor??? The prob. Is they rip the insurance companies off & feel the need to rip ppl like me off as well because the get away with it! Do your research! If you ask me looking @ the numbers these guys are crooks. Rule of thumb for the small guys like me DO NOT GO TO PLACES THAT PRICE GUALGE & don t give you the option to BRING YOUR OWN PAINT!! It s a scam!!! They scamming your insurance & you!!

I came in around 4 on a Thursday absolutely distraught about my brand new car having been hit by a flying traffic cone. I had a massive dent in the front bumper that another company had told me would be over $3,000 to fix. I walked in and explained my situation and Donny (I believe) came out to take a look at the damage. He immediately laid on the concrete on a 103 degree day, banged the dent out and told me to have a wonderful weekend. I ve never experienced any car service like that an I will absolutely be back if I ever need their services again! Thank you so much!Service: Body & Trim

Huge appreciation to the team at Magic Touch, and a specific shout out to Brodie and Gracie! We ve worked with them a few times (unfortunately since it meant being involved in accidents, but fortunately since they do such great work) and each time the quality of work and level of detail is above and beyond expectations! Even if there is a wait to get your car in, which is a good sign that they re satisfying customers, it is worth the wait!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Alex Perez did an amazing job! He went out of his way to help me twice- I didn t even need an appointment either times. I called him, told him what i needed, and he worked around my schedule. My door was bent on my drivers side door and every time it rained, my drivers seat would get soaked- he fixed it for free when other people wanted over 100$.Then my light went out on my car, he fixed that as well. I 100% recommend this place.All the workers were welcoming, intelligent, and they made sure I got what I needed. So 10/10.Service: Body & Trim
