Our sales associate Francis was very personable and even came in on his day off when the car arrived to help us with the final details. The only downside was the finance associate just kept talking for hours and wasted a lot of our time. Definitely go see Francis if you are looking for a new vehicle.

We had an outstanding experience this week with Luana Martins Costa and her Sales Manager. I'm a Toyota customer since 2019 and I recommend Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville. This is the best deal I had. We had a small budget and after all the negotiation we bought a much superior trim with options we supposed we couldn't afford. The sales team offered us different year models and trims to match our budget, my car appraisal was much better than what other dealers offered and the financial team was really committed with our deal. Thank you very much! I can't wait for the next opportunity to buy a car, these guys are awesome. Happy holidays and great deals!

Recently bought a vehicle back in November of 2023, great experience and would recommend. Came into some financial difficulties and had to down grade my vehicle because the payment was a little too much for the time being. Given my circumstances and issues at this time, they were able to work out a plan that not only they could work with but was satisfactory for me as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Everyone greeted me, even the management, and made the car buying experience a lot more enjoyable. Another plus is the inventory they have now on the lot between regular cars and hybrids. There s something for everyone and you can t go wrong with a Toyota! Props to my sales representative!

Great experience with Iliana and Milton there at Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville. We traveled from West Texas to get a vehicle for our son who just enlisted in the Army. I bought my car from Toyota of Lewisville, TX in 2005, and have changed the oil at the dealership ever since, where the service and the service agents have been great to work with.Yesterday, I took my car in for an oil change and was assigned to a service agent, James W. On my prior visit to the dealership, I than than the oil change, I declined all the other recommended services on my 2006 Toyota Camry, as an outside certified automotive service center was performing the very same recommended service for 15% - 25% cheaper than what the dealership was quoting. So, yesterday, after arriving at the dealership, I was asked by the service agent as to the reason for the prior declines for other services on the Camry,. I told the agent the reason was that I was able to address the prior recommended services for a much lower price at an outside automotive car repair center. So after the oil change was done, I asked the service agent if there were any new issues with car; other than what was previously communicated . The agent s response was what s there to tell and that the keys are in the car . I have never received this sort of treatment before at the dealership, and did not want to talk further with him , as it felt like I was a waste of his time, although James appeared free and did not have any customers waiting on him at that time. Hoping other customers do not receive similar treatment from this agent.

Man where do I even start, soon as i pulled into the dealership Tony (the salesman) came straight up to my car and gave my mother and I a warm welcoming. We were not planning on buying a car but our salesman Tony was able to find the exact car I wanted same color same spec and everything while still being in my budget. Thanks to Tony I was able to buy my first car today.

Because of past experiences, I am always on guard when making a car purchase. But my experience with Lone Star Toyota was very good. I have never worked though the process remotely like I did on the 2024 Highlander Platinum that I just bought. From Melissa, to my outstanding sales person Bo, to Danny the sales manager, to Max the financial manager. All were very professional, but not pushy. They helped me with all my questions and had all the paperwork ready when my wife and I got to the dealership. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The prices were fair, nothing spectacular. Better than the dealers who are still charging over invoice. But the service was fantastic. I don't buy cars often. But this is a place I would go to get your next car. Ask for Bo. He's a great guy and will help you any way he can.

We ve been looking around for a very specific new (to us) vehicle and our search landed us at Toyota of Lewisville. I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and Garret answered the phone and let us know that it was and asked us when we thought we could come in. I let him know the following day would be best since it was the end of the day for us. Our sales person, Iliana, followed up with a message and we stayed in contact throughout that evening and into the next day. She answered all my questions and concerns right away and was nothing short of amazing! We drove to the dealership in our trade-in and met Iliana and took the new truck for a spin around the lot to get a feel for the vehicle, then came back in and discussed our options and budget. In no time all our budget numbers were met and we were ready to sit down with financing to nail down a loan. Because we were pre-approved, our Apr was matched and we signed off on everything as soon as we could. We transferred our things from the old truck to the new one right away and we drove off in our new truck! I have to say, I ve NEVER had such a smooth and relaxed time while buying a car and will 100% recommend Iliana to anyone buying a new or used vehicle at this location! She was patient with our family and always had a smile on her face. We all enjoyed being there and had a great time! Now who would ever think that about buying a car!

This weekend I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned 2006 Tundra at Lone Star Toyota. From the moment we arrived we were treated with courtesy and respect, our salesperson Eva listened to every concern and valued our time by steering our search toward only vehicles we could afford and would fit our needs.Even in the tense moments of finalizing our deal, Eva never lost her smile or friendly nature and did her best once again to value our time and concerns. My son had been discouraged whether we could find the vehicle he desired in our price range, but Lone Star Toyota delivered! We got the truck he wanted at a great price. Thank you so much Lone Star for putting the smile back on my son s face and getting him on the road in a safe and fun vehicle! Definitely recommend!

Overall experience was great, I always had issues with dealers trying to get the most out of you and this dealer was not that! Kevin my sales guy was amazing honest and did his best to get me into a car same day, some hoops we had to jump through to get me approved but kevin and adana were amazing love my new car and had a 10/10 experience will be coming to this dealer and recommend anyone having doubt!

Danny (the New Car Manager) was awesome and made the process easy for me!!I was uneasy about having to go through the car process because you never know how it's going to go (especially when you hear all the stories about going to dealerships!) Tony was my sales guy and he was wonderful. He took his time figuring out what I wanted. I was stuck between two different vehicles and couldn t decide and he wasn t pushy at all. Tony took the time and pull a few vehicles within my parameters and had them ready for me to look at when I got there. Even though I didn t get there until 7:40pm and they close at 8pm he didn t rush me to make a decision and let me that my time to decide. I ended up getting my car the same night and Tony stay with us at the dealership until 11:30pm patiently. Thank you for all your hard work Tony!

I highly recommend the Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville dealership! They are incredible!!After searching several months for the right vehicle, I saw it online one evening. Sadly, it was close to closing time and I knew no one would answer the phone. I was wrong. The sales manager, Garret, was leaving the office but answered my call and I am so glad he did! I was working out of town and was not sure how the process would work. Instead of handing me off to someone else, he stayed late to answer all of my questions. Very impressive!I had a very tight budget to work with and I was sure there would be a problem when I spoke to the finance department the next day but I was wrong again. Milton also went the extra mile to make sure he structured a payment I could afford.Because I was out of town, Matt delivered the truck to our front door where my wife finalized the paperwork.From sending a personalized video of the truck, to ensuring the detailing was spotless, to including a set of new floor mats, to filling up the gas tank a mile from my home when it was delivered, they just kept exceeding our expectations!We are so impressed at the professionalism and the extra effort this team took making sure we got the vehicle we wanted and that it was a good experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Lenca in the beginning of this year not once but twice in the span of about two weeks for 2 brand new vehicles. For one, he has a very personal character about him that sets him apart from others. He made sure, and without any pressure, that I was getting the right vehicle at the right cost for my family s needs. He never made me feel as if I was wasting his time and let me ask numerous questions about both the vehicles that I bought. He spent countless hours and even past closing time making sure my vehicles were take home ready. I m coming back for all my Toyota sales and maintenance because of him. The parts department has some guys working there too by the way.

It was my first time at Lone Star Toyota as we had just moved to Lewisville. It was very easy to make an appointment online for the maintenance service. Suzi was my advisor and she was brilliant. Checked on my service and warranty records right away. Knew what I needed at the moment and executed it all efficiently. She was professional and polite! Ride service back home and back to pick up my car was super helpful. Maintenance service was completed in timely fashion and I had my car before 10am. I will definitely be going back for highlanders next maintenance service needs!

Fantastic purchase experience from start to finish. Anthony, Danny, Yesell, Melissa, Eric and others all pitched in to help me identify, obtain, test, and purchase the exact car we wanted (Grand Highlander Limited Hybrid Max with specific features and colors). The whole team was super responsive, helpful, friendly, and patient (non-pushy), especially our primary salesperson, Anthony. Anthony patiently walked us through all the car set up. We love our car!
