This has quickly become my go-to spot for anything related to my car. The service is quick, the employees are kind and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. I used to avoid name brand auto shops like this because I had the experience of them upcharging, however, this place has always given me an honest cost for their services. If I ever needy work done, this will always be where I go first.

Great attention to detail from the young lady at the front desk to the repair technicians. They had my 2009 Toyota Highlander running like the champ that it is. My son is back to school with the ride better than before the side impact collision. Great job would certainly recommend these guys for the price point and customer service.

Always a positive experience. Very quick and responsive whenever having to send an email via their website for additional information. Service is always thoroughly explained to ensure customer satisfaction. Prices are always reasonable and are willing to haggle a little bit when not unforeseen expenses arise. I would like to start this off by saying I have severe anxiety and taking care of automotive issues gets very stressful and overwhelming. Especially since I'm a new car owner and am still learning a lot myself, and have fears of not fully knowing what's going on and possibly getting screwed over somewhere.So I spent my morning calling around to find a place I'd feel comfortable enough going to. And when Michelle answered the phone, I immediately felt better than I had before. She was so patient and understanding while I asked my questions on the phone and gave me the answers I was looking for.When I got there, Chase helped service me and get all settled in. I didn't have any concerns or questions when my car got taken back, which was relieving. I felt like I could relax while I waiting, not having to stress over whether things were getting done well, right, or quickly enough. I was updated throughout the process and could check on my car from the lobby, as well. It took about 2 hours to get everything done that I needed (tire rotation, adjustment, oil change, inspection, and then various issues that needed to be looked into) including the time taken to check in.I had a LOT of questions after it was all said and done and I cannot give enough gratitude to both Chase and Michelle for the absolutely amazing service I was given today. The amount of patience they had with me was insurmountable.I started my morning not having a single clue where to go or what to do about all my car troubles, and I ended my day finding people I can trust to come back to.It's crazy that I had an entire panic attack going over paperwork and I was able to leave laughing and relieved. If you've had bad experiences before with other places, give these guys the chance they deserve to turn things around for you.

Outstanding service, office staff were exceptionally courteous, service was prompt. I got my vehicle in right away. Technician test drove my vehicle before work started and again when the work was completed. He then took me back to the work area to show me what was done and how it was done to complete the work request. I will definitely use them again for repair and service. In addition, the rest rooms were exceptionally clean.

Great service. Went in for a last minute alignment and they were able to attend to us quickly. They had a cute little setup outside with a game and the free hot dogs & snacks etc helped pass the time for the kiddos. The service did take a bit longer than expected and quoted but I do appreciate the thoroughness and quality of service. My husband s car was pretty bad both front and back so considering we were done in less than an hour and a half was still good timing. We also came in on a weekend they were running specials so the pricing was reasonable. Will be back for any future needs. Thanks again everyone!

The customer service was phenomenal and the service was quick but as I went to drive off I realized my brakes didn't work very well. So the tech came back out and looks and says "I must have forgotten to put the vacuum line back on" so I cannot give 5 stars or even 4 because that is just negligent.

I had several people give very good reviews of the service and pricing that they received here. I also believe in supporting local businesses!I had a very difficult morning, hit a curb and blew out a tire. By the time I got to Lewiville Tire, I was tired and frustrated! The damage to the vehicle was more than I expected, and my wait was nearly an hour just to find out what had happened to my car. The front desk was very kind to me, and helpful in finding resources to get the damage fixed.I appreciate very much the kindness and patience of the mechanics and front desk. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you

10++Even after just asking for a set of tires, they went above and beyond to give recommendations for safety for that needs/ should be done and what is able to wait. Giovanni has outstanding customer service. As my mother took the car in for us and it would be a bit of a wait they even gave her a ride home to wait rather then sitting at their place.Will definitely share this positive experience with others.Keep up the good work guys.

Very poor experience with this location. A job they quoted as taking four hours took two days. The cost of the job was several hundred dollars higher than originally quoted. They did not complete all the work requested. plus they were unreceptive and rude when all these concerns were voiced, including the manager.

Good evening,Monday night December 11th my daughter was driving her vehicle on the highway and the engine began making a loud noise and shut off going about 60ish mph. She pulled over to the side of the road and I met her there and we ended up having no the vehicle towed to your location.I finally spoke to the gentleman around 5pm and he said that there had been less than a quart of oil in The engine and it would need to be completely replaced. He quoted me a price of $5200I have a few concerns. Your location is the only location I have had the vehicle serviced since we bought it back in June. We have spend quite a bit of money on repairs. Those repairs included shocks, struts, flushing the engine oil and 2 oil changes. The last oil change being at the end of August this year.My biggest issue is that my 18 year old daughter and other 2 daughters were in the car on the highway when the engine went out. They could have been seriously injured or even killed.How did the engine go from being flushed and having the oil changed August 26th to having NO oil in it by December 12th? She only drove about 1000 miles since the flush, she drives 1 mile to work and back. The last and only location I had it was yours and I can guarantee you that if I knew the engine would blow within 3 months of the repairs I would have addressed it.

Came in for a vehicle inspection. Had 2 missing lug nuts and was quoted half the price they ended up being when. I paid. Was told 11 each...final was 22 each. Also they failed window tint. I took it to a dealer instead and they also tested it. Passed. Overall I wasted my time here. Won't be back.

Extremely friendly staff. Was quoted but to my surprise when I picked up my vehicle they corrected the quote once realized what they were actually working with and I saved lots. Lots of honesty. Definitely bringing her back if services are needed.

So I ve been here multiple times now over the last 4 years. Probably 4 times total. Each time, my experience has been better. Customer service in the lobby has improved with friendly discussion and explanations of what is going on with the vehicle. Pricing seems to be on par with others as well. The only issue I had in the past was that a few lug nuts were not torqued properly and fell off while driving! I m sure this was an honest mistake and since nothing major came of it, I won t be too harsh. I ve noticed ant least of the mechanics has been there every time I ve come in. Employee retention is a good sign when it comes to vehicle maintenance! Overall I would recommend their services at this time.

Went in for an alignment and tire was wobbling because my lug nuts were not torqued correctly going in & tried to upsell me control arms, knuckles, & ball joints. I went home tightened my lug nuts correctly and my tire stopped wobbling and i went else where for an alignment & a worker told me to take his number he ll do it for the low.

I told them I wanted an alignment. The guy said there was a wait. I asked him if i could pay for an alignment now and if he could put my car on a lift and tell me what I needed to replace so he could do the alignment. I don't have the time to wait. He makes me wait a whole hour to get my car back and charges me ten dollars less than an alignment. I was hoping the new management was better than the last one.

I only came in for a single wheel balance and rotating my tires. These people are transparent and do ask if there was anything else you may need done but forgot to ask about. Wouldn't call that so much of an upsell as much as a concern about all maintenance needed.

The crew here took care of me quickly and professionally. Will return.Update: returned and received excellent service again. Had gone to another company that tried to grift me for $4k in unnecessary repairs. Lewisville tire only did what was needed and kept me updated along the way, didn't go looking for things to charge me for on a car that's already 14 years old. I appreciate mechanics that treat me honestly.

The staff and the owner there are friendly and helpful but to be quiet honest was the worst experience we've ever had with any kind of shop. We brought our vehicle in to fix a timing belt they had it for over a month, charged us over $3,000 and our vehicle never ran the same again. We are now having to sell that vehicle with a blown engine and much to our dismay we were told the problem of the engine has nothing to do with what they supposedly fixed. I would say they are fine for simple repairs like oil changes but do not seem capable of handling complicated repairs. I like all the people there but sadly I cannot recommend this shop because our experience was so bad
