I usually do all my own truck maintenance. But I was stuck 400 miles from home and had no choice but to take it some where. I lucked out. They are super friendly. And honest. They looked over everything sent me pictures of everything and gave me all the choices of how much I wanted done. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. I really want to bring my other truck back just to have them inspect everything. I could add it to my list of tados.

First time customer and very happy with my experience with Lakeshore Automotive.To start, Jose was super nice and professional. I took my car to have preventive maintenance done, plus I wanted the mechanic to check for potential developing problems. I really appreciated the video call to go over a couple of items that came up and needed my attention. The work was done in a timely manner and the price was right. I would definitely go back and recommend to anybody looking for a great mechanic shop.

I am impressed with Lakeshore Automotive's professionalism, capabilities, and down-to-earth approach.When I bought a used car, Steve and team crawled all over it and found a list of "to-dos" with a few that could cause real trouble.I received a list of items with the priority of each one. They fully explained everything, and we picked the safety issues first.I was also comfortable with their advice on the lesser needs, with guidance like, "This repair can wait, but I'd suggest doing that one within 6 months." I found that helpful and refreshing.Go see these guys with confidence. I highly recommend Lakeshore Automotive.

This place gave excellent service and were very upfront about everything. They also have a service called snap that helps take a huge chunk out of how much you would have to pay and you don't need credit. I only paid a little amount for them to do work on our engine when at first I would have paid close to $1600 and when they found something wrong with the car they just fixed it with no additional cost. The Owner steve was very nice and kept us up to date with what was going on all around 5 stars. Definitely if you need work done on your vehicle this is a great place with great service.

I went to my car Thursday morning and it wouldn t crank, got it jump started and put on the machine Friday morning to find out it was the alternator called Lekeshore and spoke to Mike around noon and he told me if I bring my truck in he would have it done by 5 pm this company is amazing they are affordable and fast and no hidden fees or games played. They have my trust and will continue to return to them. Mike also called me after to make sure everything was running well. Thank God I found Lakeshore thank you for fast efficient honest service and doing great work

Outstanding service!!! Based on recommendations, I contacted Lakeshore Automotive to have my 2018 GMC Sierra AC condenser replaced. When I called, they had a date open that was convenient. I dropped the vehicle off, they provided a loaner so I could get to work, and before the end of the day the repair was completed. They have lived up to their reputation and I know I will be a repeat customer. Well worth the drive to their location.

I took my SUV to Lakeshore after having it at Firestone twice. They were helpful and honest, getting my vehicle repaired quickly and at a very fair price. I will definitely be back when I need a hones, reliable mechanic.

They deserve 10 , bI called in spoke with Andreas with my concern on my AC not blowing cold air . I let him know I had taken it to a previous shop which wasn t trust worthy after they claim fixing the problem and it wasn t fixed, so a friend recommended Lakeshore Automotive and he told me to come in and they ll take a look. Andreas was so nice throughout explaining the entire process. Told me what was wrong. I left my car and he owner wife took me home, she was very nice and when my car was done Andreas picked me up. They allowed me to pay an affordable price for all that needed to be replaced which the other shop didn t include certain parts or warranty on. Now my ac blows colder than ever. I already plan to make my next service visit soon they are honest and reliable! Thanks .

First time visiting Park Place Lexus and the experience was amazing! Dennis Velasquez treated us like family. He was extremely outgoing, professional, and insightful on all the vehicles we asked about. I would highly recommend if you have any questions or just curious on a Lexus vehicle to go to Park Place. Remember ask for Dennis!

First time coming here and great experience. I had my vehicle oil changed and tire rotation, Terrance did an awesome job!What I loved most about the shop is they inspected the whole vehicle and advised me what additional work are needed on my vehicle. I didn't feel pressured like most places I've been to.Thank you for great experience.

I am blown away. This is the first auto shop I've ever been to that I felt I could trust fully. I brought my car here for a second opinion and they were HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than the quote I got from another mechanic I used to use in Denton. The customer service and communication I received was outstanding. The people here actually care. I cannot recommend Lakeshore enough.

Great customer service! They did not try to take advantage of me in any way which says a lot. I took my 15-year-old new to me car in and the car got a clean bill of health. They did the oil change and rotated the tires and sent me on my way. I will continue coming back and I have sent other people their way as well.

Had a blow out at 430-5am right across the street from them and waited for them to open. When they opened they were very helpful and quick to get my car in to start working i forget the front desk guys name (im sorry dude) im bad at remmebering names. Anyway he was very helpful in getting everything moving and letting me know recommendations for what else needs work on my car. Took all day but everything came out great i really apreciate the attention to the repair. Definetly coming back to address the other issues on my car.Thank you guys yall rockAlso they offer rides and loaner cars never seen that before super cool perk of these rockstars

Started an appointment online and stopped because they didn't have an opening for that particular day. I called another shop and they told me to bring my vehicle in for a diagnostic. As I was headed to the other shop, I received a call from Lakeshore telling me they saw my incomplete online booking and how they could help. I explained I wanted to bring my vehicle there to get checked to see why it had a shake in the wheel. I was told to bring my vehicle at 12 for an appointment and they would check it out. Go there about 11:40 and as you figure 12 came and passed. 12:30 came and passed as well. At 12:46 when I noticed a vehicle that came after me was worked on before mine I decided to get my vehicle and go to the shop that I was headed to. Needless to say I lost my spot at that shop as well. The reason I didn't give them anything lower than a 3-star is I noticed all the actually working. I just wish it was a little better communication about the amount of time it would've taken. Even when I asked for my keys no, "hey I apologize, but we're running behind." Nothing at all.

Called to see if I could get a inspection sticker right quick as I was in area. They said they. Were a a little busy but would try to get it within 1 hour. 30 min later they were done. Very friendly and helpful as well. I will be planning on going back for any Automotive repair of service.

Professional staff! Owner is so personable and honest! Check this out, oil change pricing full synthetic is forty dollars and they rotate the tires at time of oil change. I highly recommend taking your car in for anything! Thank you Lakeshore Automotive. I ll definitely be back!

This shop invited me to give a review. I went there because it s close to home. They have a shuttle, which is a plus. I got a PVC valve replaced and it cost about $560, which I now notice is $200 more than Kelley Blue Book estimates it should cost. I drove away and a cover thing started dragging on the ground, but I went right back. They reattached it even though it was closing time. They said if it didn t stay I could just remove it because it didn t have a purpose anyway. The counter guy was ultra energetic. The waiting room was clean. I needed a brake repair too but went back to my regular mechanic who s kind of far away but always gives me a fair price.

While I scheduled for a tire rotation and oil change, the team at Lakeshore did a full inspection and communicated the results to me in a language I could understand. I never felt I was being up-sold. I wish they were open on the weekend; however, this local and family-owned business has earned my respect and trust. They'll be seeing me again on a regular basis!

Service was awesome and inspection was made for at no cost. They took care of me real good. I'll definitely recommend this place. These guys go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Mike even took it personal and drove my car one night to make sure no hidden issues would suddenly appear. They honored their warranty several times at no cost to fix the same issue correctlyl. Keep up the good work and thank you guys!

I very much enjoyed the experience. I was a walk-in and got everything taken care of very quickly. The prices were better than I was getting other places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning in the future.

The entire team at Lakshore is great, I went there for a engine light and ended up with having to replace my engine. When things escalted the owner reached out explained the process and all possible outcomes. Tremendous communication through out the entire process. The advocated for me in dealing with my Ext Warrenty Company. They are my new go repair shop for all of our vehicals! The tech even texeted me the next day to see if everything was ok...who does that any more!

It s up to the Lakeshore Automotive team to ensure that I remain a customer and so far they have met all expectations I look for in an Automotive group!

Lakeshore Automotive and its predecessor have been servicing my and my family's vehicles for 30 years. They have been consistent and reliable in their quality of service and communication. My most recent repairs and preventative maintenance were in preparation for a spring road trip to Pensacola and my Cruze has driven smoothly and safely throughout the duration of that trip and the months afterward. Steve and the rest of the crew provide a thoroughly friendly front desk experience and are more than informative about the issues they find and will elaborate on their conclusions as asked.
