I decided to bring my vehicle over, here to get a major part replacement. And I tell you they took care of my truck like if it was there's! Rear Main Seal Set, was done in reasonable time frame & the price was within my budget! I will return for oil changes etc..... Thank you all!!!!!

All these Kwik Kar oil change places are a SCAM. They take your money and do not replace the oil. I ve been getting my oil changed by this company for 3 years and today I bring in my car to a different place to get my oil changed and the mechanic is concerned for my safety. He shows me the oil pan with my oil filter from 3 YEARS AGO. I remember the specific brand of filter because I was changing my own oil at the time and would get that filter at Autozone. It is not one specific store it is all of them. None of them change your oil and you could be damaging your car going to ANY of their stores.

Cautionary Tale of a Service Station Shakedown: I have used this location for at least 10 years. My family, 5 cars total has gotten their cars serviced, washed and inspected at this location. Additionally I have referred countless friends to them.2 weeks ago I took a friends car to be inspected. Prior to going we had to replace a sensor and clear the check engine light. Right after the repair we took the car to this location for the inspection. Everything passed. However the car failed because 4 of the computer monitors had not reset.The technician told us to drive the car at variable speeds including highway speed and lower side street speeds. Since then the car was driven over 450 miles including 325 from Fayetteville AR to Richardson TX.The car was taken back on 11/18 and once again it was failed because 2 of the 4 computer monitors still hadn t reset. Keep in mind the check engine light has not come back on and the car has operated perfectly. So the car was driven from Flower Mound to Richardson on 11/18. On 11/19 the car was driven back to Flower Mound from Richardson to be tested again. The 2 computer monitors still hadn t reset and the car was failed again.Once again we were told to drive the car the same way we had for 450 miles. At that point I pressed the technician and said what exactly is causing those monitors not to reset? His response floored me for $50 I will make them go away, but I m not doing it for free . Another words pay me $50 dollars cash and your car will pass. A good old fashioned service station shakedown. At that point I called him out and told him he just lost my business and I ll be reporting him to the state. His response bye bye .Absolute arrogant stupidity is what that comment is. I have no doubt the state will want to speak with him.

I needed a state inspection and was refused because my proof of insurance was on my phone. He said they needed a piece of paper. He was extremely rude and obviously didn t want my business. The state says a digital copy/photo your insurance card is sufficient and allowed.

If you are looking for a great all-around auto shop, this is the place to come!!! I have used this shop twice in the last few months and both times the experience was fantastic. Steve and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. They are also quick and thorough, and their prices beat the competition every time! I can't say enough good things about Steve and his team. I feel lucky to have found a place I can trust.

I stopped in to get some air in my tires because I get my oil changes here. My light was still on come to find out they never put air in the tires because I ended up at Discount Tire and the light went off right away. I'll never go there again!

I got my alternator replaced at this location. Picked up my car and when I drove home AC wasn t blowing cold air, so I came back to the shop and they looked at it and said that I needed to replace my AC compressor. Mind you my AC was working fine before I got there. I got a second opinion at another auto shop and they found out that the cable to the AC compressor was unplugged. They plugged back in and my AC was blowing cold again. Although my alternator was replaced and is working fine. I felt the crew here didn t take the time to ensure they did a proper job.

The guys up there at Kwik Kar they know what I had an old lady that was bugging me for weeks I took it to a lot of shops I finally took it to those guys it took him maybe 10 minutes to find where it was coming from give me a good price on the job and I can't say nothing else but those guys

This is the best auto repair service around. We had the engine light coming on starting a year ago. Took to another local repair shop and they just said nothing showed up. The second time at that shop, about 6 months ago, they came up with $3k worth of work needed. Took it to Stephen here at this Kwik Kar location (East of Garden Ridge Blvd next to Angelina s) and they took care of everything that was needed for $600. Engine light came on again, and Stephen took the time and put in the work needed to get to the bottom of the warning light issue. It s fixed for less than $100 including the inspection! The car wash here is really good also. Main Street car wash, great job on detailing at a great price. For an honest, very reasonable auto repair service, or oil change, etc. this is the place! The young inspection guy is rude and intentionally took a long time with my inspection. It started with me being irritated that he didn't accept a photo of my paper copy of proof of insurance. Then he was irritated with my irritation while I looked it up in the app (needing to reset password, etc ). Then he put it in the bay, did some things to it, then disappeared. He moved cars in for oil changes. Popped up here and there in the garage. I was a bit slow to catch on, but clearly he just wanted to make me wait. It wasn't until another car needed an inspection that he finished up (just dropped the keys and piece of paper on the desk without a word). It took approximately 30 minutes to get the inspection. On a related note, my daughter got an inspection there two weeks ago. Took her about 5 minutes and she used the same photo of POI that I tried to use. No problem for her. She is younger and cuter than me, so maybe that makes a difference. Oh well, there are plenty of places to get oil changes, inspections, and repair work in the future.

Went and got my inspection the other day and it was extremely quick and easy. Excellent customer service! On top of that today my wife had a flat and she made it to the parking lot and they swapped out her tire to the spare. Wish I would have got the guys name that helped her, but it was very much appreciated.

Went to try and get my inspection done and was turned away saying I came at a bad time because there were 4 people ahead of me 2 hours before close and not a single car in the bay. This places used to be great, last few times have been horrible.

The man here was so rude. Argued me to dead over a $5 coupon for an inspection that I got off the website and then said he would give it to me anyway. Then when I get home and check my account he charge me the full price anyway which is terrible service if you ask me. Why say you would honor it and then charge me full price so violating.

Won t be coming back. State inspection guy will lie to you. Sensed a bad feeling from him so I went next door to get a second opinion and I m glad I did. Don t get scammed, don t come here.
