Came in for an oil change. Service was quick and thorough, John notified me of some other things that would be good to fix and was very knowledgeable. Not pushy at all very nice people will definitely be using this place again. Ask for John when you stop by he is a great guy!

Update: Shaun is gone and I have nothing positive to say about my 2nd and LAST experience!This place is great. Shaun assisted me, asked imperative questions to make sure all my needs were met and everything was tip top for my safety. Prices are far better than fair and he explained everything in detail on my invoice before I left. I didn't get treated like a dumb female, which is refreshing.The lounge is clean with a play area, bathrooms well appointed including changing station for toddlers. I was so comfortable I decided to get my truck detailed too and it looks brand new again all in record time. BEST PART is all my service and maintenance records go to Carfax so it covers all my bases. I won't be waiting 8+ hours at the dealership anymore that's for sure.

I moved to the local area and this is the first time that I ve used this business. My experience could not have been better. Mack is the mechanic that greeted and good care of me. He was courteous and professional! I highly recommend giving this business a try again if you have have a unfavorable experience in the past. If you haven t tried them out before, give them a chance to help you. They are a full service operation and have an adjacent car wash. It s adequate right now, but they have going to have the car wash completely redone in the coming months.

This establishment was just a very poor experience in terms of the quality of service and product I received. I needed my brakes done and was unable to get that before because there was no maintenance tech there to do it then I came back for an oil change because I had a coupon and the other quick car that I go to was cheaper they were more expensive as a $20 off coupon. Long story short I ended up getting a good deal and the guy that was nice and hook me up but the next day I found out that my oil cap was broken and it was leaking oil everywhere so overall just terrible terrible terrible experience I didn t appreciate my oil cap being broken and someone not telling me especially when I went to go get a oil change it s ironic that the next day about oil cap is broken just bad overall!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've used this place for an oil change a few times and so far, it is the best place to go to. They take their time and check over the car and give recommendations for things that may need repair or to help the car run better - ie: I needed a new cabin filter and break fluid during my last visit.I've also used their car wash - got the detailing package. I almost cried when I saw that they got stains out of the floor that I thought would never get out! I would recommend this place for both oil changes and the car wash.Service: Oil change

Edited - ever since ownership changed, this place has gone downhill. There was one other car there when I arrived today, and it still took almost 30 minutes before my car exited the wash. Then I get it home and the front doesn't look like it was washed at all! I had to spend 20 more minutes cleaning it; I didn't want the hassle of going back, and shouldn't have to. Be sure you look it over good when they tell you it's ready. Review changed to two stars from five. I'll revise it again if they start doing an acceptable job again.From a couple of years ago - Been going here for years. Half price Tuesdays and Thursdays. They do a good job!

Every one that a came in contact was really nice and gave me fast service . The waiting area could of been a little cleaner . The review reflects pricing and not the service . It cost almost $100 for an oil change which i felt was way too high imho. If you can stomach the price then this it a good place to get service.

I came to Kwik Kar to get an oil change but was thankfully informed of a serious problem with my car's axles. Not only did they handle it quickly, they helped me understand the process and got me a great price. Shout out to John for helping me a ton! As a young new car owner and someone saving for the holidays, his care was greatly appreciated. Cannot recommend them enough!

I will surely not be returning. I call ahead to ask for the services I needed (detailed interior cleaning with seats and mats shampooed) I was told it would be an hour wait and the price was reasonable so I went ahead and made my way to the establishment. The lady that took my payment was so sweet and professional and I reiterated again my needs for my vehicle and she acknowledged that it could be done. Nearly two hours later I get my car back and immediately I notice the driver seat and mat has not be shampooed because there was still stains on it. Upon further inspection the passenger seat had stains, the dash still had some spots that was not cleaned. When I called to ask why my car was not appropriately cleaned like I asked I was told I needed to come back because he didn't know what I was talking about, quickly became rude and then hung up on me. Please save yourself the trouble and clean your car yourself or go elsewhere because you will swindled coming here.

Kwik kar always helps me with my needs. They have great service techs like Dustin and I believe the other one is Jason. They keep me informed about my vehicle and if anything is needed or recommended. Colby was great as well. Did a fabulous job on cleaning my car. I have kids so they make big messes. Thank you guys so much!

This location is under new management/name change (going from Kwik Kar to Speedee Oil Change & Service), and they've really turned it around! Under the old owner, there was some really awful service and shady things reportedly happening all the time.The mechanic Xavier is awesome, super efficient, and fast. Ask for him if you can!Mack was the service rep and he was great about communicating everything to me. The shop didn't try to push me or upsell any extra stuff, and they were very clear on what needed to be taken care of immediately and what maintenance would need to be taken care of later down the road.They set great expectations, and you can tell they're working hard through all this name change/rebuilding stuff. They'll definitely take care of you!

Took my car here for an oil change...left with over a $700 bill. Did they take advantage and upsell me? Probably. I did have a coupon though, on my phone, for 20% off labor charges. They refused to use it because it was saved to my phone & not printed. Asked the manager to help me out & print it for me. He refused, mumbled something & walked off to help someone else. If a business is not willing to help their customers to leave happy with their treatment and service, then they should be avoided. I do Not recommend this place! And the free car wash with service? They did not even vacuum. This place is a totally unprofessional rip-off!

Absolutely great customer service. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. We've had multiple oil changes here, just had our brakes changed and had the car washed and detailed. Every service has been great and we will definitely be back for any service needs in the future!

The work they did was spot on and fair and the car wash was better than I expected. Great visit. Tony Gutierrez went above and beyond for my car service. I had a major problem under the hood that I had no idea about and he stayed late to make sure I would be able to make my road trip. He was thorough and very professional. I would encourage anyone on any day to service this Kwik Kar location. The entire staff and experience was superb!Service: Auto detailing

Used a Groupon for an oil change. Service was performed quickly. Charged me an extra $10 for a special oil filter for my Lexus - NEVER needed that before plus $7 more for 1/2 QT of oil needed for a total of $27.98 more than just my Group-On. OUCH!!! Car was washed so that was nice. The deal was really no deal at all.

Not sure what happened here but WOW what a difference. I've gone to this wash for 5 years with great experience in the wash and detailing. CLEARLY they have changed ownership, and these folks won't be around long if they don't totally change their approach. The wash took 1:15 mins and my windows are smudged and smeared worse than when I went in. They had to return it to the vacuum area after washing "because they didn't vacuum it very well". The interior clean is no where near what it was in the past. They also sprayed the entire car by hand with the bottle of blue liquid AFTER it came out of the wash....smears, streaks and smudges everywhere. There were only 4 employees on the entire premise and I was with 8 similarly frustrated customers waiting and waiting and waiting. There was no one inside at the register to voice my concerns to and the school aged teens operating the wash weren't engaged at all in communication let alone customer service.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I have been to this location before and was a little weary since it was under new ownership but let me tell you, it was the best car wash I have ever had here! I did the business class pkg and it was cleaned as though I had paid for a complete detail cleaning. I love this place they treated me like I was a best friend. Great and friendly service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for car work or detailing they do it all... If you're even 15 to 20 miles out if it was me I'd make the drive that's how awesome they are!

I paid for a service called, 'First class car wash', that cost 35$ plus tips. When I got home, I noticed that the trunk wasn't vacuumed, interiors not cleaned well. There were many areas inside the car that was barely touched. I will not be using them again for my car cleaning needs.

The Quik Car mechanics are super friendly and shows professionalism when I come in. The manager Tony handles my concerns with a great attitude! I am always greeted immediately and taken care of when I informed the guys there of my issues w my car. The Spanish guy Wacho that don't speaks much English makes sure that I am satisfied w the end results of their services which shows he has better customer service than other establishments. They can take page out his book and learn how to treat customs! I've been coming here for the past 2 years and felt like they deserved good recognition. The lady Mercedes is very helpful and quick w my inspections and the guy John is efficient w changing my oils. I've been to alot of places like jiffy lube and garages like that however I've had to come back for the same problems that they've caused but here ive never got service worked on my car that I don't have to keep coming back for to repair.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Went today, paid $35 for their First Class package on my Ford Edge. Car was still dirty in places, windows not cleaned, seats not wiped down, rubber floor mats and trunk mat not wiped down. Had to ask them to clean windows. They wouldn t do anything about the dirt still on the car. Ask why they didn t wipe seats down or mats and was told I would need to pay extra for that. Didn t notice till I got home that they didn t vacuum under my mats. This is definitely not first class service. Will not be back.

My car's check engine light came on and when I parked next door at the McDonald's it was convenient to have the Kwik Kar next door to run a diagnostic. Unfortunately, my experience with them was awful. After a $95 diagnostic, I was told it might be my actuator clutch causing issues. I decided to contact my local Ford dealership and get my car towed there for a full diagnostic. It was a good thing I did because there was a separate issue not diagnosed by Kwik Kar. I was told at Kwik Kar that it would have been $890 to fix my car but they weren't going to be able to really determine the cause. So, essentially they were going to "shot in the dark" the repairs. The customer service was sub par like they were more interested in making a quick buck instead of actual customer care. I will not be back ever again.Added Note: For up to one week after posting this review, I was called multiple times and asked to remove this review. Never once in the messages did they say that they'd make it right but rather we could "talk about it" which I'm sure would still end in them asking me to remove this review. This review will remain and if I'm ever contacted again I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

My experience here was a great one. I was there before they opened up and usually I like to give ppl time to open up because some people are grumpy in the morning. Lol. But not here. Everybody was great. And had an awesome attitude. Only thing I wish is their AC tech was here so I could get everything done. But that s not a negative. Also the inside waiting area is A1. They have a play area for the kids and everything. And a car wash right next door. Long story short. I ll be back!!! TERRIBLE OFFAL. don't even deserve a star, one person washed the car. Asked for First Class Service undercarriage didn't get wash, or tires wheels not cleaned; tires didn't get dressed, dash and door panels. Windows in side never been touch till I pointed out, still dirty have not been touch. He tried to clean with a dirty rag which left a heavy coat of foggy dressing.. The door frame or panels, and floor board never been touch;I have to take the car now to another car wash to re clean the foggy windows and surface mark left on the part of the body.Supposed to be under a new owner or management

I ve been coming here for over a year now and thought they had a good service but today i feel like they were trying to rip me off. I changed my air filter last year at this location and today they said i need to change air filter (again). I asked how often i need to change the air filter, he said every 30,000. I told him i got it changed last year from this location, he checks the system and said oh yeah you did. You don t need it. I wish they could be more honest and not try to take money from their customers.

Came here for a tune up. It was overly priced after talking to several mechanic friends. All they did was change spark plugs for $172. After googling and asking around, a tune-up should require much more but whatever. I m guessing cheap branded ones as my car was shaking bad and engine light came on after 3ish days. Went back. Mercedes was VERY helpful and extremely friendly. Took care of me, said they checked out fine it was probably just a weird thing that happened but if the issue comes back to return. I return TODAY as my car did it again! The dude was rude from the get go. Saying they had 5 hours of work and I m guessing the only mechanic they have is off tomorrow and to come back Saturday. I have to work. I told him absolutely no! I need my vehicle to be working properly and if I drive with a busted spark plug I m sure to ruin it even more so... he got mad and said to give him my keys. Thankfully that was my last interaction with him. Mercedes came back and was nice and helpful again. Changed the brand of spark plugs and again assured me everyone was working but if it happened again to come back. I m hoping I won t have to but if I do, I ll argue for a refund. I admit I was a bit annoyed so I could ve came off as rude but it was no excuse for his attitude towards me before I even spoke up and said what my issue was. I felt like he tried to shoo me away before trying to help. Also recommending to come back 2DAYS later to fix a misfiring spark plug. What am I supposed to do? Call in for two days and lose income because he didn t want to check my vehicle? Or drive it as is and blow my engine? Ridiculous. Mercedes was great though! Hopefully I never deal with that guy. I didn t even get his name. That s how much he hurried to shoo me away.

I m not one to complain but I spent $50 today for a hand wash and had to redo some myself once I got home. The floors in the back weren t vacuumed, the tires and wheels were still dirty, and here were water spots all on the passenger side and hood. The service was good but the quality of work was poor. Be sure to check the work before you leave, which was my mistake today.

Tony, the manager here, was very helpful with solving my issue. He used to work for Toyota, witch is comforting, I drive a Toyota, and he seems to know his stuff. He was also very understanding and diligent meeting my request to check with my insurance company. My problem was fixed, he was professional, and even showed me around the vehicle so I would understand and know what to look for in the future. I'm a happy customer.
