The last time I went to get an oil change here I was ignored... I waited for 90 minutes and no one served me. Not even a hello. The mechanic assistant or whatever the young guy is was the only one that spoke to me. There were other people that came after me and they came and left. I only went there because of the convenience. It is less than a mile away from home. But I will never go there again. That is not how you treat people. The Valvoline up the street was courteous. Greeting me as soon as I arrived and quickly got my oil change done. They even let me stay in the car and verbally confirmed everything that they were doing throughout the entire process.

I visited Kwik Kar near Flower Mound for a Oil change on my Car Detailing Service Van and they blew me away! The technician helping me went over the most important areas and advise me of a few things that should be replaced. I never felt pressured and left feeling very good with the entire experience. The price was really good and was in and out fast. Thank you Kwik Kar!

I Love this auto shop!! They always get me done and out Fast for my oil changes and other work I have used them for!! They have always been honest with me and never over charged me!! I highly recommend them!!

Top notch service! And ladies you can feel confident coming here. I have been coming over a decade and can tell you they are trustworthy. Shout out to Ray the owner, he is really nice and down to earth.

The wait is about 45 min for an oil change and inspection, which is about average...No problems there. The only reason I gave 3 is because it is just not the most welcoming environment. The waiting room is small, uncomfortable, and dirty, and the staff act like they could care less. The vibe I got was: "What do u want?? OK, give me ur keys, wait 45 min, then come back, pay me, and get the hell out."

We love Kwik Kar In Lewisville on Justin Rd. We have been going there for oil changes and basic service for years. The technicians are honest and provide great customer service. I visited here for state inspection. I won t be here never again! They don t know how to say Hello . When I got there, they just stared me for a while and said WHAT! I don t know about mechanic stuff, but I know how to talk to customer.

I walked in and used the restroom. Asked the guy at the desk, if the waters were free. He said " for customers, just like the restroom" The world needs kindness. I sent a message to the owner. (No response) Do not support this business. My brother and a good friend of his had used this place in the past. They will not ever again. I work in sales and will tell this story as many times as I can. If this was an employee who made a mistake, that is understandable. But the lack of response makes me wonder if it's the culture.(I almost only write positive reviews)

This is my FAVORITE Kwik Kar, driving miles and miles to get here. Chris and the other guys are so honest and willing to help with my car problems. Online coupons are not bad, but I think every franchise sets own prices and coupons. I've found this location to have best prices compared to others in my Plano/Carrollton neighborhood.

I ve been here multiple times and never had I waited more than 5 minutes to be greeted, for my vehicle to be pulled into the bay and for the work to begin. The service is quick and concise. Don t expect to have a long conversation with the mechanics - they are busy! But that quick service is the reason you come here.They ve never recommended anything I didn t need nor did they push the issue if I declined. I go out of my way to get my oil changed here and would recommend it to anyone!

Very impressed with this Kwik Kar. Had to have a thermostat replaced and an oil change. It was all finished before lunch after dropping car off at 9am. Very courteous & professional. They have gained a new regular customer!! Well done.

Do you like to wait a long time & pay for things you don't receive? This is your place.When I pulled up there were no cars in any of the bays and 3 employees that I could see. I was asked what I needed & showed my Groupon (probably a mistake).He proceeded to drive my car around the parking lot and then into then bay. At that time he began looking at the engine. After about 5 minutes he came over and told me I was low in oil & needed my radiator flushed because the fluid was dirty. I told no thank you. I would take car of that myself just do the inspection. So I wait another 10 minutes and looked up because they are pulling another car into the bay my had been in.Since i had my other car inspected a month earlier I know a state inspection only takes 8 minutes. Yet my car isn't finished, they have merely pulled it out of the bay on the back side. So I ask what is going on. I am then told the other car was there first and they are just going in order. Sorry I don't buy your story. If the other car was there first it would have been in the bay when I pulled up, also you would not have started working in my car & then stopped.When my car was returned to my over 40 minutes later the guy got out of my car and walked off. No thank you nothing. So I got in my car to leave thinking we were done. An employee comes out saying I owe money for the inspection, oil and coolant that was added to my car. I told him I had a Groupon for the inspection which I presented before we started and that I told the man not to add oil or coolant to my car, that I was not paying for. He took the Groupon information and left it at that.Since I had a feeling these guys are not exactly on the up and up when I got home all of 15 minutes away I checked to see if in fact these fluids were added to my car. The oil was added as they claimed. However, no coolant was added as you can see in the before pictures and then the after pictures where I added coolant.So if you take your car to these people you need to watch them the entire time. They will charge you for services not performed. Imagine if I had drove around believing he added coolant to my car, my radiator would be fried- that's probably what they want so I would come have it replaced. Not a chance.This is the second year I have had a vehicle inspected here. I won't be back. I have no problems with the Kwik Car in Denton by the mall but they apparently are owned by different people.

Jason is the manger at this location and he is absolutely full of himself. I brought my car in for a cracking/knocking noise it was making on the drivers side. I was told by Danny (technician) that the cause was due to my struts & sway bar links needing replacement. I bought the parts separately because they were charging me $1300 for them to order the parts. I made an appointment for Thursday which I was turned away from due to them double booking & working on an alternator that will take all day. I brought my car in that following Saturday 01/14 and they tried to give me the same story. I got my car back and it is still making the noise which is infuriating after paying them almost $600 in labor.I called them today to speak with Jason who found it amusing that my car was still not fixed and he knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle which was NOT relayed to me prior. Therefore, making me spend money on parts that were not needed. I would not recommend this place unless you want to pay for mediocre service & men who have the competence of a peanut. Oh, and Jason stated there is no corporate number as it is privately owned, that was a false statement and we will be in touch with the regional manger.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Absolutely the worst management. This place Nicole and dimes you and when you try to question why, the manager is Absolutely rude. I would not chance taking your vehicle here or ever dropping off a Uhaul here. They will charge all the extra that you wouldn't be going somewhere else.

Absolutely love that they do most of mechanical work here! Rob and the staff have been so great. They re honest, fast, reasonable pricing , and check your car without charging you a fee. I recommend you see them before going anywhere ese!

AC wasn't getting cold, or blowing much. They fixed it and got my car back to me the next day, and the price was fine.

I had my son bring my car up here. Paid $175 for a full detail... Only to have it come back with bugs still in the grill, the inside windows were not cleaned, and did not remove the car seat to clean up under. I left a message and they never called back. Great customer service... Smh.

Had an emergency where I needed my transmission fluid replaced in my fianc�e's subaru and Chris and the staff were amazing. Quick and quality work in every aspect when it came to getting it back to normal and also swapping my oil. Best service in the area. Will always come back. Thanks to Chris the entire team.

Super friendly! They take time to explain everything!! They told me about my daughters car how she ripped underneath & repaired it at a very reasonable price. I always get my oil changed there!! My AC in my car has been not working on and off & I ve came here twice and both times I was turned around. The first time he didn t even ask me the issue. I understand they could be busy but they didn t even seem interested in helping me.
