Once again Krause has went above and beyond service. I had two hoses break on my Jeep and I drove over, leaking coolant the whole way. I got to shop about 30 minutes before closing. Daniel took the time to walk out and look at the problem and give me options and an OUTSTANDING PRICE. As normal the price quoted is the price you pay, and the service is always fast and reliable. Kudos to Krause s Automotive (BMW, Mercedes and other European cars only) on Main street in lewisville for new brakes and door handle! w/117k on my BMW 435i Convertible M Sport daily driver, they help keep it driving and looking excellent! They helped me get my beloved 95 525 to 240k and are a caring, experienced, go the extra mile shop! I don t think I have ever been to a better automotive place than Krause s. I took my mini Cooper in because of a check engine light. They informed me that it was covered under a service bulletin and suggested I go to the mini dealership. For reference I had been told that it was going to be almost $3000 to fix my car based on a mechanic in Argyle.These people have integrity and a kind spirit. They did a 50 point inspection on my car and alerted me to some preventive maintenance that was needed, complete with pictures. Their prices are competitive but their service is unbeatable!

Like a friend always says: you need a good lawyer, Doctor, and Mechanic. Well this is your place to go with your car!Good & Honest mechanics are hard to find, and this shop is one of the best i ve been to.Nice atmosphere, clean, and they know what they are doing.

I went to 5 different places before I was finally able to find hones, professional and reasonably priced technicians who can work on German vehicles. I want to thank the Krause group for restoring my faith. I take extremely good care of my car and always took it to sewell for all the work. Once that warranty is gone, the price for repair is just too astronomical even though the service is superb.I was having oil consumption issues and these guys were the ONLY ones out of 5 places 2 of which were audi dealerships, that could finally figure out what was going in with my car.These guys are amazing and you can just feel you're getting the correct information from extremely knowledgeable honest people.Krause for life!

I have used Krause for several different issues with my cars and the feeling of knowing that my vehicle will be fixed with a warranty and top of the line mechanics and honesty is very comforting. I had SRS serive light that came on after I removed passenger seat on my 2022 Mercedes Sprinter. Called Krause and spoke with Daniel and said, "Bring it in." It took him maybe 5 minutes and sent me on my way. Exceptional service, to say the least!

I don t find any better technicians than here. everyone there is great people and very professional, especially Mr.Chip. This is my first time here to fix check engine light on my BMW540i, they took care of it and did thorough inspection to make sure there are no issues. I highly recommend them.

I never used them myself but my friend used them to handle her VW issue. She was treated fairly, had her service work down for half the price of the dealership, and was given a breakdown and photos of the work done. Overall she was very happy.

I called for a quote to replace the radiator on my Volvo. They texted me a quote promptly including parts and labor. The labor seemed fair but the parts were extremely high. They doubled the retail price of the radiator. I asked if I could provide my own parts and they declined. I m sure they will respond that they can t guarantee customer provided parts but all I would ask is guarantee of labor. It wouldn t be unfair to add some profit on parts but double is obnoxious.

I have been going to Krause for my Mercedes maintenance for a year now. My car has 161k miles and runs like brand new. They do a complete inspection with photos to show me how my car is doing and any repairs needed to keep her in the road and running smooth. This is the only place I trust to work on my 2012 XC60 Volvo. They are professional, reasonable, experience, and I can trust they will do the repair correctly and will not do unnecessary work just to bump up the price. I also take my vehicle to them for just an oil change as most oil places do not know how to reset the service maintenance reader.Daniel and his team are always a pleasure to work with and make needing your car repairs less stressful.

Simply put, the guys at Krause European Car Care are experts at what they do. They accurately assess what needs to be done without all the unnecessary add-ons typically associated with a dealership experience. They came highly recommended which is well deserved.

As a woman, there was always trepidation and concern in the past getting my cars checked or fixed. Not all shops have the expertise to handle general maintenance of foreign made cars (the incorrect oil filter was jammed into my previously owned VW engine for instance).
