Josh and team started working on my vehicle at the promised time and had me wrapped up promptly.I needed a custom job that involved dropping the gas tank and tapping the auxiliary port for a parking heater. Gabriel (mechanic) was very knowledgable, thorough, precise and meticulous.He has a great staff and shop with all the equipment to tackle any job and/or maintenance task.

I recently brought my car here for a brake change. The staff was friendly and professional, and they were able to get my car in and out quickly. The quickest, most trusted car repair service in town!My car stopped in the middle of the road at 7 Am. I reached out to JP Auto and they recommended the cheapest tow option because my insurance didn t have roadside assistance.Once I took my car there, he immediately started working on it. It was the battery.I was out of the shop before lunch time. Service was so fast, Josh was very helpful and friendly.My battery was out of warranty by month but he called the company and have them still accept it under warranty. Best example of customer care!!Payment was online and super easy, user friendly!I am so glad i found JP Auto, it is so hard to find a trusted mechanic and I am fully satisfied with the service I got here.

Wow! Just that simple!We have a few older Chevrolet pickup trucks that we use every day. If they re not on the road we lose money.We found it hard to get mechanics to understand that. Josh got it.We were attempting to purchase a used 2003 Chevrolet 2500 HD utility pickup truck from a used car lot and asked Josh to do a prepurchase inspection. He came to the car lot and inspected the truck. He liked the overall look of the truck but was concerned about a leak underneath the transmission. He took it for a drive and also noticed a very slight shaking when the truck accelerated.WHICH WE MI$$ED...Side note, we have utility trucks but by no means are we expert mechanics. We need all the expert mechanical advice we can get.Josh gave me a reasonable idea of what needed to be repaired and that allowed me to have room to negotiate with the seller. We bought the truck at a fair price and asked Josh to do the work.Josh told us upfront that there was going to be approximately $2000 worth of work that needed to be done. While he was doing the work he was going to investigate any other issues and get authorization to work on. He came in under budget on the rear main seal and gave us a great deal on the driveshaft rebalancing. We were so happy at the time we asked him to do a couple of security features, rekey the truck, etc. He had the truck ready to go the same week and that truck is still on the road making us money! I trust him wholeheartedly with our vehicles.Thanks for helping us satisfy our customers and keep our employees in safe vehicles!Awesome job.

I bought Josh s 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my son who needed a second car down in Kerrville. Josh is awesome. Extremely responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is in working order and that I was completely satisfied that it was ready to go. Trailered for the trip to Kerrville (only because I needed a way to get home after the drop off). Oh, and he s prior military. Thanks for your service Josh!

Josh helped find us a used vehicle and was very patient as we were looking for a specific type. Over a few weeks time Josh contacted us with several different options. We purchased a vehicle he found at auction. Josh went the extra mile and thoroughly went over the vehicle and made repairs where needed. I have found Josh to be very honest, upfront, professional and has the highest level of integrity. He is there during and after the purchase. I recently had my vehicle repaired here and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Josh, who is the owner, took time to explain and educate me on the needed repairs and gave me different options as well. I really appreciated how he provided frequent updates on my vehicle. Fantastic experience! My car wasn't working properly and I needed it fixed for work. Josh fit me into his busy schedule even though he was already booked for the week. He quickly located the issue and fixed it no time (he even had the part delivered same day). Now my car is running better then it has in years. I found JP Auto & Fleet contact info while searching for a mechanic on Craiglist; Josh has been wonderful to work with! I've replaced a bunch of parts (suspensions, brakes, axle, pcv kit, etc.) on my 2004 Volvo over the past 3 months and the car is running great again! Josh even offered to keep my car overnight as some parts needed to be ordered since not available locally. If looking for an honest mechanic, I strongly recommend you give him a shot! Thank you Josh! Josh is great.I had to get quite a bit of front end work done on my old beater and the quotes from shops were ridiculously high. I found Josh on Craigslist and decided to give him a shot.I got there with the parts, dropped off the vehicle and got into his loaner car. A day later mine was ready to pick up. I was able to pay with a card which was very convenient.He did great work on the car and it now runs like it doesn t have almost 300k miles.I will definitely be passing his cards to my friends and family. Very professional and very knowledgeable. 10/10 rating.

I am the owner of a 1989 Chevy Silverado. I was having major issues with getting my brakes done correctly. Josh received my truck from another mechanic that tapped out on working on it because he could not figure out what the matter was. Josh was quick to find out the problems and did an amazing job in a timely manner. He has become the only mechanic that will work on my truck from now on. Josh is the only person who works on my vehicles anymore. I have a small fleet of work vehicles and a few personal vehicles it is very convenient that he offers a mobile service. He comes and services all the vehicles at once since I do not have time to take them individually. Great service and he goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommend!

If I could give Josh 10 stars I would have. He is definitely a hidden gem! Owning a Audi everyone automatically thinks you are rich! Josh prices are unbeatable also his knowledge passion and humbleness gives you the security that you deserve. I will never take my car to any other shop but his!

I've brought my 20+ year old Lexus to Josh for service on two occasions for suspension and steering work. Both times Josh has determined the issue and made the repairs to get the car back on the road and driving well again. I appreciate Josh's persistence to dig in and find the real cause of the problem and solve it, particularly on an older vehicle that has seen a lot of miles.
