I was sent to this center by insurance co.They were amazing! Very precise, informative, fabulous work, my car looks brand new! Thank you for caring about customer service. You went above and beyond!

Had been backed into and insurance suggested Precision for repairs. The people at Precision told me they'd do the best they could matching the paint, because it was a second paint job and not the factory color. Just look at the results - WOW! So impressed with this place. Take your car here and you won't be disappointed!

I cannot get a straight answer regarding when my car will be deemed a total loss or if it can be repaired. It s been there since last Thursday (a week) and when I called today Doug said will be a couple days before we know . Extremely frustrated waiting on an answer. It shouldn t take over a week to evaluate and create an estimate to make this decision.

We took our white sienna almost a year ago and we are still waiting for a piece that they don t know when is coming (even though they told us it would take a couple of months)Every time we ask for the piece (because of course they don t care about letting us know anything) they don t know or care to look what is happening.Besides that, the new door they installed makes a cracking sound every time we open it, we took it back twice and they just swear the sound is fixed only to be back again in two or three days.

Precision Hail & Body is the best company in North Texas for auto body repair, period. They provide High Quality work but also didn't overcharge for the work done. Honest and great quality body work. The staff is super friendly. Doug was great. They use a text notification system to keep you in the loop while waiting on parts and whatnot. Great job with my repair.

Dont go to this shop.i called them to let them know that im picking up my car back due to enterprise dont have available car for me and i forgot what shes name but she hangup my call,so rude to do that to your costumer. I will never suggest this shop ever again.

So my car has been sitting at this shop for about a month, so when I arrived I found my car outside of the establishment unlocked, my hood opened, my key in the ignition and my key probe broken Douglas Fisher and his staff never touched my car and for the whole time was giving me the run around about my car Douglas Fisher even told me that my car was a $6 car and he would put my car in the middle of the street doesn t want to honor their lifetime warranty for poor workmanship but this business is supposed to be about honesty and integrity

I ve use this body shop several times for many years with large repairs. I am a repeat customer so I would think they would take good care of me. I had a minor repair that I needed to be made on my current vehicle so I took it there to get an estimate from them. It s been over three months and I have never gotten so much as a courtesy phone call back or an estimate. I guess there must be new owners that don t know what customer service and repeat businesses is anymore. Don t waste your time getting an estimate.

Fantastic & quick work! Someone hit my new car in a parking lot and left a deep scratch in the door. They worked with the insurance company and the entire process was seamless. I honestly cannot tell where the scratch used to be - the work is flawless! An added bonus - my car looked like it had been detailed upon return! I am a very pleased customer and while I hope I never need to use their services again, I definitely would!Service: Painting

They were a preferred shop of an insurance company I was filing a claim with. I called a few days before I came in to schedule an appointment to look at my vehicle. I told the gentlemen the year, make, and model of my vehicle as well as the company. He told me that they would be able to fix my vehicle and he gave me a date to come in so he could take a look at it. When I walked in the day of the appointment I wasn't even greeted properly. I told the gentlemen that I had called and talk to someone about getting my vehicle repair. His response was "well you didnt talk to me." That was a bit strange for me but oh well, he called someone and as I'm there waiting no real customer service about asking me anything. So after about 10 minutes or more the guy that I apparently had the phone conversation with arrive and started asking me question about my vehicle. Just when the guy asked me for the keys to go outside to get pictures, the "well you didn't talk to me guy" told the other gentlemen we dont do work on those vehicles. I'm sitting there stunned just as well as the guy I talked to. I'm like I called and you got all my information the guy said man I didnt even know we dont work on those. I wasted time and all getting off of work to have my vehicle looked at. They need to do a better job of knowing what they fix and what they dont fix. The customer service could be a lot better. I'm pray the "well you didn't talk to me guy" is not tele owner. If so, please do better talking to customers. Show better customer service.

The repairs done on my vehicle were fantastic. You can't even see where the damage was. Parts too longer than expected but the service was superb. I was amazed and delighted by the customer service and repair work to my Fit. I was recommended here by my insurance and I would recommend it to everyone! I was treated with kindness and respect from the very first phone call to the time I picked up my keys. Jaime and Richard clearly communicated with me about what would be done and how long to expect the repairs to take. My little 2010 looks almost new again! Very happy that the best was made out of a rough situation.

Fantastic Service Exceptional Quality---Great price Good Honest peopleI recently had a minor incident that caused a dent in the roof, and a scratch down the trunk of the car. I stopped at several local collision repair facilities with a wide range of prices and explanations as well as how long it was going to take. Precision Hail and Collision offered the lowest price, the shortest down time, a great explanation of what needed to be done and guaranteed the work for as long as I own the car.Jaime De La Rosa is a straight shooter and committed to customer satisfaction and quality service.I will take all of my auto repairs to him in the future and highly recommend Precision Hail and Collision for all your auto body repair needs.

The process was seamless and quick. The best part, my car looks beautiful. Freddy made everything easy and gave us exceptional service. We were provided a loaner. I would definitely recommend Precision Hail, ask for Freddy.

Hands down best shop! We have a 2018 truck with less than 3,000 miles and didn't want to take it to just "any shop". We live in Allen and were willing to make the drive to have Precision Hail and Collision in Lewisville do the work. We were updated every week and they only used the best parts. What I thought would be a horrible experience ended up being smooth and we are 100% satisfied. Thank you again Jamie, Robert and everyone that worked on my truck!

Me and my husband moved in this area about 2 years ago. Recently someone hit the side of my car in a parking lot it was a bad looking ding. I saw this shop close in our neighborhood I talked to manger and he was very honest. They got the ding out and looked brand new. We were so happy and pleased. Very nice and professional shop I d highly recommend for any kind of dings, hell damage, and or collision. Thanks guys!

These guys just did about $10k on work in my F-150 after an accident and I couldn t be happier. Jamie and Brandon are who I worked with and they were the ultimate professionals. Brandon more than once throughout the process went out of his way - above and beyond my expectations. Had a great experience and anytime in the future I need body work - this is my shop.

This is the best place that you can take your vehicle to for repair. I took my Tahoe in and they had it completed that same day. Richard Schneider Is Very professional and will get you in and out fast with no hassle. One of the best customer experiences that I ve ever had!!

When I went by for the initial consultation, when I called for an appointment, when I dropped off my car, when I picked up my car - at NO time did they mention they were going to drive my car all the way to their Carrollton shop to have the work done. If I had known that, I would have taken my car there instead. There is a,new chip in the side of my car that they swear was there when I brought it in, but I know my car. Then I pull out to leave and they have left me with ONE mile of gas left! It would have been nice to get a heads up - hey we drove your car 25 miles and ran it out of gas! So i had to coast it, empty, into the closest gas station i could find. Not cool.

Oscar did fantastic on my car, she looks better than when I bought her! Exceptional costumer service all questions answered throughly. I don t know why someone would want to go anywhere else? Worth every penny for the quality! Wish I could put 20 stars!!

They drove my car and emptied the gas tank, i had to stop at the first gas station I could reach. I told them to touch upSeveral areas around my car when I dropped it, none of that was done.

My car was totalled, but Richard was still so kind. He was actually the nicest part of losing my car. Everyone else was dismissive of me, but y'all weren't. Y'all fought to get my little car out of the wreck yard. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Precision Hail and Collision repair, Took no time at all to get my car fixed up and everyone was very friendly! Would definitely reccommend to everyone and will go again!

Horrible paint work, my truck came out both times worse than before. Damage to my vehicle while in their possession. My truck still not fixed but tired of dealing with misdirection, lies and inconvenience. I'm literally sick to my stomach how my truck is now ,2016 Chevy blacked out.

Awesome customer service, very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Fast turn around time, and AWESOME quality work. Wouldn t take my truck anywhere else but here.

If you get an estimate from them and decide not to have them do the repairs they will charge you $250 administrative fee for the estimate and $35 a day storage until you come pick your vehicle up.

Absolutely horrible!!! Left paint on the car and in the car and on the steering wheel!!! Pink paint left on the roof of car, with blue tape left on the inside of car. Tacky work, very unprofessional and rude staff!!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
