Wonderful Big truck dealership. They are good to work with, especially Julie. We use them for our box truck. Julie's communication regarding repair/service is excellent. They have a very good online portal for approvals and payments. They also have a pickup/drop off service. Overall a great experience.

Ms Julie Martin is awesome. She has been my official mechanic advisor for my truck since I been to this location earlier this year. She has been honest through every shop visit while also asking about my family which gives me a family shop type of experience. The team is also complementary as well. Great service and great communication.I deal with a lot of vendors and dealers and Industrial Power tops them all for my Hino, Cummins and Autocar trucks.A.J. in parts is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He really takes care of us and gets us the correct parts delivered quickly.When we send a truck to them, Julie is the best. She communicates every step and deals with all the warranties. She gets my tractors repaired quickly. Cody was hands down the best service representative I've ever dealt with. My Hino, which I purchased from an outside dealer in december, had a ton of issues. I was confident from jump these guys could get the job done as cody was extremely knowledgeable of everything the truck was experiencing and assured me of his guys in the shop. He was sure to follow up days after the repairs to my unit were complete, which was extremely appreciated. The guy was practically at my fingertips reach all January. Aside from his job, this is sincerely a good guy. As for IP itself, the facility is spotless. Comfortable, clean, and everyone seems to be friendly. I'll be sure to let them keep the maintenance on my '17 268.

Industrial Powers is a GREAT COMPANY. I started doing Business with them about 6 months ago and they have taken care of every single need that we had. Albert Gomez the Sales Manager is very professional and always checking in on us, Victor Diaz the Service Advisor follows up with me, with every single detail of the parts we need and the cost. When we need service, they will send a mobile mechanic out to our site and complete the oil change or whatever else we need. Analleli Gaspar is the receptionist, and she will greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in the building. Everyone else there are great and professional. I will continue to use them in the future and i would recommend that you check them out in Lewisville, Tx.Pablo

My story is like winning a jackpot. I was just on my work schedule few miles from IP truck in Lewisville TX location when Albert and his colleague found me and told me about a free oil change and a defect warranty offer at no cost ongoing on their premises for Hino trucks. To cut the story short, I got the free oil change and few days later my truck qualified for a DPR filter and injectors replacement at no cost worth almost $10,000. The whole process was smooth and amazing. All thanks to the team of professionals like Albert, Victor etc. When I told my friends using other truck brands about the Hino defect part replacement at no cost, they were jealous. Thank you all from a proud Hino owner!!!

Update: I was contacted by the owner who instead of tried to fix the issue , was more concerned about my negative review and remained firm that they did what they were supposed to do as far as fixing the speed of my vehicle which is the reason i brought it in , even though After i paid them almost $2000 the vehicle is still doing the exact same thing just a few days later . I am extremely disappointed in an establishment of this size and will never be back .Run, Worst Service Ever!! My speed was derating in Feb, I took the truck to the shop and they fixed the issue. On Wednesday 8/9th I called the Dealer and spoke to my service advisor regarding my speed derating to only 45 MPH, his response was Hey Antonio, I have actually been meaning to call you regarding an extended warranty Hino Just released for the YEAR/MAKE /MODEL of your vehicle regarding an issue that could cause the speed to drop . I am 98 percent positive once you bring your vehicle in and we look at it, it will be covered and fixed at no charge and it will take 2-3 days MAX Why did it take me having to call them if My vehicle comes there often. Fast forward to it being in the shop, each and every day they had no update and the Service advisor kept dragging it out. Around day 7 that s when I was told that the issue was actually not covered under the warranty and I would have to pay to get my tank dropped/cleaned and hopefully that fixed the issue. My Vehicle was in the shop from 8/10th -8/19th. I ended up spending the money to fix this issue with them even though I was told it was going to be covered by the warranty.I also notified the service advisor Victor that my AC was not blowing cold air. I was charged almost $300 for him to look at it and was emailed a projected invoice for a little over $2500 for them to fix my AC with him stating that my compressor was maybe bad and that s why my AC did not blow cold air plus he stated I needed a new dryer. The strangest thing is I picked up my vehicle, took it to a location in Grand Prairie to have them look at the Air condition system and they stated that I had ZERO FREON in the vehicle. They placed Freon in it and let it run for two hours and it blew cold air. It has now been a few days that past and the vehicle is STILL blowing cold air. Why didn t the dealership check my FREON and notify me that it was low. The reason why is simple: They do not have the best interest for the customers and simply want to get as much cash as possible for their invoice, Even if it means RIPPING THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS OFF. As a repeat customer, I was highly disappointed at this establishment and will be pursuing further action.

We took our truck in because the blower motor was acting up. Talked to Anthony the service manager. He was very helpful replaced the blower motor and serviced the truck. Anthony kept us informed during the process. Very pleased with the work and service department.
