We just purchased our second vehicle from this dealership and once again it was an amazing experience. They gave fair value on our trade and did not pressure us into any upsales. Including the test drive, the buying experience took less than an hour. They even offered to bring the new vehicle and complete the paperwork at our home. Emerson Araujo is the best sales person and Christian in Finance was great! We have also had great experience with the service department. We will buy our next vehicle from Huffines Chevrolet in Lewisville.

If you are looking for vehicle, Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville is the place to go! I went with my son to purchase his first vehicle. They listened and gave him choices what was in his range. I appreciated how the General Manager took time to reach out to us and Scott made my son feel so confident in his decisions. I have purchased three cars from Huffines but I wanted my son to have the experience so he will know why I keep going back to Huffines. They treat you like family. Check them out! I promise, you won t regret it.

Tammy was great and helped me with the issues quickly. Knew what to do and very professional. Had the Corvette in and out within days, so fast I didn't even get a chance to follow up on the issues that I came in with. The car was done and ready to come home faster than any other dealership ever has done before. Thank you again Scott

I went in not thinking I would buy a car. I was looking at numbers from different dealerships. However, coming to this dealership was a pleasant experience as everyone was super helpful and kind. It is my first time purchasing a vehicle and Scott Spiegel was able to show me everything about the car. There wasn't one question he did not know the answer to. From all the dealerships I have visited, he has been the best Sales Consultant I have worked with. Also, Christian Segovia from Financing was able to break down everything and help me choose the best plan to fit my needs. Everything went super smooth. I was able to feel confident and comfortable with purchasing my first vehicle here unlike other dealerships. I will definitely recommend this dealership and will be back to purchase more vehicles from here.

My overall experience was nothing short of fantastic. Huffines renewed my faith in purchasing a car from a dealership. Keep in mind, I live out of state and basically purchased my new Corvette sight unseen. With that said, I really took take a leap of faith in my salesperson Greg. Everyone from Steve the General Manager to Ray in the finance department... were simply outstanding.Kudos everyone

Louis was very helpful and personable. Work was done in a timely manner. Lady ( sorry I don t remember her name) at the checkout counter was super nice. The Uber rides were very helpful since I had no other way to get home or retrieve my truck.

Last week I just purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Suburban at Huffines Lewisville with Emerson Araujo and it was one of the best experiences I ever had with a dealership. I had bought other vehicles from other dealers but none was as good as this experience with Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville. Emerson, our sales agent, took the time to understand my needs in order to offer the correct vehicle for our household. Thank you Emerson for the excellent service! My family and I really appreciate it and we love our new car.

Great experience overall!!! From the moment we walked in, until we drove off the lot in our new truck, everyone we interacted with was professional and personable. Our salesman Emerson was polite, honest, and friendly, and managed to get us in and out in 2 and 1/2 hours. I will certainly be back to work with Emerson again for my next vehicle!

While the Service Writer I was supposed to see was busy, I was quickly helped by another Service Writer and got checked in quickly for my appointment. All went well and when my vehicle was ready my Service Writer was busy again, so the other Service Writer jumped in again to get me checked out and on my way. That is what I call teamwork!

I was extremely impressed with my Service Advisor, as Michael McLarty was very knowledgeable and his expertise was easily recognized. He reviewed my maintenance history and included suggestions for upcoming scheduled service. Michael should be excellent candidate for training new advisors as his customer service and experience is spot on.

Everyone is helpful. Kelly Moon is terrific - he knows his customers and takes care of them! He knows us well and tailors his approach to us and our style/needs, that's important and we trust him. It also may not matter to most, he's fun to work with, as is everyone in this service department, we like that. Thanks for having people like Kelly at Huffines!

My advisor Tyler was great! He kept me in the loop of how long things would take and how they were going throughout the process. I recently worked with Kevin Adams and David Lewis in purchasing a pre-owned truck. I was in a position where I needed to move quickly and they could not have been more polite, respectful, and understanding of my goals. Kevin and David are NOT like your typical salesmen; there was no pressure, no obligation, and no harrassment throughout my search. I got car serviced here for an oil change and tire rotation and they were just outstanding. Their customer service was top notch and the work on my car was swift and well done. They even helped pop out the dent in my car hood that s been there for YEARS. Will absolutely be going back.

We have a fleet of vehicles on the road. I often have 1-3 vehicles in different shops for maintenance and repair. I usually need to call/email for status updates so I can properly plan when the vehicle can be picked up and put back on the road. Huffines is always great at getting the vehicle in and quickly and contacting me with an estimate to review and approve. However, once the work is approved the status updates are not forthcoming unless asked for and it usually takes a few hours to get one. If I am told the vehicle will be ready in two weeks i usually wait about 8-10 days and then I take the time to hunt someone down and get a realistic update. That update is usually different from the original projection. I would greatly appreciate a more efficient update process so that i can plan accordingly without having to seek out the right person. If I do not request an update then I will get a phone call when the vehicle is ready. My response time to be able to send two people to get a vehicle on the other side of town is 1-3 days. It is not ideal to get the call the same day the vehicle is ready. With all that said. Huffines is a pleasure to deal with and usually perform as good or better than the other shops we utilize.

I had a 10 am appointment for an oil and filter change. I arrived 10 minutes early and notified the service representative that I was there. He told me to have a seat and wait, I expected to be taken care of withing 15 minutes, but it was 30-35 minutes before he got to me. His excuse was that one customer came in a day early and another customer was late for an earlier appointment. Finally, a service manager put my vehicle through a priority lube section.

I have been to at least 50 dealers. Michael moss is the best person I've dealt with and it not even close. If you buyin a car do urself a favor amd request Mr. MOSS. He's the best in the business!!!

Sam and Alan in service are true gentlemen. My truck had a GM parts delay for 30 days- zero fault of the dealer. Sam put me into a Hertz car for the meantime and kept in contact with me the whole time. They made a bad experience a good one because of how they handled it. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and will be going back for continued service/maintenance. Thank you again for the help.

Based on my past experience this has been by far the worst of them. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and to check if my brakes had needed to be changed. The representative Mike initially was very laid back and calm. He contacted me to give me an update on the vehicle. He gave me a list of issues that may have needed to fixed. After, going over them I contacted him back to discuss the potential issues. Once I proceeded to ask about the problems he would not go into details about them. Stated that you either going to choose to get them fixed or not. I informed him I would get them fixed until I find out more information on the issues. Then I proceeded to ask does he know what the best thing to get fixed first he didn t have any knowledge of the how to proceed. I then ask if I could speak to Kelly the representative that normally helps me out. He stated he s the one that s handling my request. I stated to him I would like to have Kelly contact me or be transferred to him he then hangs the phone before I could explain my reasoning in the middle of me talking with him. I ve been bringing my vehicle to this dealership since I purchased the vehicle. No one has ever been as rude as this guy nor have anyone been unknowingly about the issues of the vehicle especially when discussing the service request. I m normally very satisfied when leaving the service area and have never completed a survey before. This is the only person that has ever made me feel uneasy about having my vehicle service there. Kelly Moon is the normal representative that I go to. He s a great guy and normally gives the best service there. Sorry, that ever spoke to someone different.

After a couple disappointing experiences at other dealerships, I got in touch with Scott Spiegel at Huffines Chevy Lewisville. He went out of his way to ensure I drove home in the exact truck I wanted at a monthly payment that met my needs. What is there to say?! Huffines Chevrolet is the best dealership we have ever dealt with in our 27 years. My wife wanted an Avalanche and Huffines just got one in and she spoke with Tony in Preowned and he went and took photos of the truck, informed her of any minor cosmetic imperfections before we made the trip from Shreveport, LA to look at it. We already had our financing and never did anyone ever pressure us to use their financing. Tony along with other staff members at Huffines made auto buying what it should be, Simple & Enjoyable. They even took the time to buff out scratches to have it like new for her. We recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you so much!!

Ordered a truck and they didn't add anything that was required for me to purchase. Most dealerships add at least $2k-$5k in dealer options even to ordered vehicles. I will for sure order my next vehicle from there. Also was a breeze in finance!

I had a defective purge pump that was under warranty. Tammy russin took great care of me. This was june of 2023. The part was on back order, but as soon as it became available Tammy called me right away. Was installed quickly and I was on my way. Tammy made my issue a priority. She was the best and I appreciate her dedication. She knows he stuff and takes pride in here job. I will come back for all my car needs because of her. She really cares and we need more people like that in this industry. A million thanks to Tammy!
