Service department seems knowledgeable. I Travel for work and have been waiting for adviser to send me link to pay online as said. 2 weeks now but staying in the hopeful it's completed this time at this Ford service department.

Nothing but praise for this service department and my advisor, Mr. Diamond. Brought in a list with 4 or 5 unrelated items and a recall and all were addressed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. The shuttle was convenient and efficient. I will continue to trust this dealership for service as I have over the past several years.

Absolutely appalled with how I was treated by 2 different employees at the service department. Both Jonathan and Zack were condescending and rude while my vehicle was to have service. I specifically asked for nothing to be done that was not covered under warranty, pulled my car early from the shop due to the service and cost. Somehow still ended up with almost $400 bill. Have called to speak with manager twice with no call back.

I recently purchased a new 2022 F-250 and absolutely love it! I shopped around at a ton of dealers and was given the run around and all sorts of shady sales tactics. I went to Sam Pack in Lewisville and worked with a sales rep Chris Johnson. He was amazing to work with I got the truck that I wanted for the price I wanted and a fair deal on my trade in. I highly recommend checking out Sam Pack if you are shopping for a vehicle.. these folks treat their customers right!

Service Department is seriously lacking. First appointment to get oil change, almost 5 hours later after being continually told "its almost ready" said I'd never return. After a follow up satisfaction survey call I explained my frustration and was assured it would not happen if I'd return for a complimentary service so I agreed. Sadly over 6 months later the same exact issue only this time I was told by the service manager my appointment was ONLY a set time to meet with the service writer .. WHAT ?!I have never SET an appointment for an oil change at ANY Ford dealership with the expectation of them not working on it in a timely manner. Second time I waited THREE HOURS and just asked for my keys and left. Made an appointment for Planet Ford in Dallas for 3pm Friday and here I am in the bay getting service @ 3:10Get it together Sam Pack's one star Ford

STAY AWAY. There s a reason they have a shorter wait than other service departments in the metroplex. Their techs are either unable or unwilling to perform the work right the first time so they can rack up additional labor charges.

They did a fantastic job on my fianc�s car for its 100k mile service. They were friendly and efficient and kept us updated. The prices weren't bad at all for being a dealership either. Would definitely recommend their service department.

Worst service EVER!Brought our truck in January to fix brake lights and AC. It stayed there for over 10 days, then finally when it was ready we were charged a fortune only to realize the AC was never fixed !!!!!Took it back again on a Wednesday to check what was wrong and they promised it would be done by Friday ( as it should ve been an easy fix) but Nooo. Not only have they not fixed it yet, but the phone numbers are not working, and the ones that do , they simply ignore calls and don t pick up , they don t call back , then finally found out they only started looking at it on FRIDAY afternoon!!!!!!!!I tried to call again and they still don t pick up and service agent is not answering texts.Horrible service! Would not recommend it to anyone.

We dropped off our truck 8 days ago to get worked on (sensor harness). It has been the worst service experience ever. Not sure if it's just us or anyone else who has experienced this but they fail to communicate within a timely manner. We had to repeatedly call numerous attempts to get an update. No organization whatsoever. Take your vehicle elsewhere to get your work done. This is NOT the place

Misled me about the cost of recommendservices, and didn't even tell my WHY my check engine light was on until I was walking back to my car, already paid. NEVER GOING BACK, I WISH I HADNT GONE THERR IN THE FIRST PLACE

No les recomiendo para nada este lugar lleve mi carro por la luz y me dijeron que requer�a el cambio de cables , buj�as , el coil y se lo hicieron y sigui� igual , y luego demoraron tres meses con el carro para decirme que era computadora del motor pagu� 780 por ello y sigui� igual lo lleve de regreso y tardaron otros dos mese para decirme que era el harnes principal del motor pero que el costo de la reparaci�n ser�a $3450 y fue cuando les dije que no porque estaban aldivinamdo la falla al �ltimo recojo mi carro y les ped� que me reembolsaran mi dinero y me dijeron que si quitaba el primer comentario que puse me lo regresar�an y hasta ahorita no me han regresado nada y yo con mi carro igual aparte de que pague por un trabajo que no arreglo el problema me hablaron para que borrara el comentario c�mo amenasandome si no me regresar�an el dinero y no quiero ninguna otra llamada de hay por favor s�lo quiero mi reembolso si no voy a demandar a la compa��a por amenaz gracias
