Integrity. I was treated fairly and respectfully. The service was complicated and the communicated with me throughout the process. Jose, store manager, was amazing and I appreciate his customer service orientation. Julian and Rogelio were also good to work with. I recommend this location and the staff there.

I got my car inspected on Wednesday at around 10:30 am. When I got into my car Thursday night at 9:00 pm to go to work, none of my dashboard lights were working. They were working just fine before my inspection. Very fishy if you ask me.

The guys there at this location are awesome very nice and professional. I definitely will be going back. They explain everything in details and to where people feel they aren't being taken advantage of. Keep up the good work guys.

Jose has always given good care and is honest about work needed on my vehicle. I gave been coming to this Firestone for over 10 years and have been given great care. David is a great master mechanic.

The manager and the staff are amazing!!!!! They make the extra effort to help me and get my cars done as soon as posible!My closes location is in Coppell, TX and they never have time for my me or my business. After I purchased my last set of tires, they never time for my small jobs.THE Lewisville location, always tell me to Come Over and they get my car done so quick!Everyone in that location has positive and happy actitud! I love coming there and I willMake that my permanent location!!!

UPDATE: I had a much different experience this time around when I needed it. Jos� was on-point with managing time expectations, keeping me informed about the car issues, and overall maintaining a friendly demeanor amidst a busy Wednesday. This was a far cry from the first time a while ago when I was yelled at to leave by someone else. Overall, this was an experience I'd expect from a Firestone.

While we did not end up spending any money here the staff helped us identify a tire problem and had the integrity to send us down the street to a repair shop that would honor our tire warranty. Very satisfied and if needed I would use this shop in the future!!

I love getting my car serviced here because I feel full check up on the engine bay and tires while I m getting my vehicle serviced, letting me know about problems before they become catastrophic. And they are always willing to work with you.

This location is the best we've been to. We really trust this location and the people who work here. We purchased tires and have come back for a repair from a nail. We were seen pretty quickly as a walk-in and were able to get the repair done same day while we waited. They seem trustworthy and don't try to upsell you or talk you into things you don't actually need.

The guys were able to keep the work I needed well under budget. They had the best price for what I wanted, and I'd shopped many options. The work was also performed in a timely manner and they were able to work around my schedule. I've always been please with Firestone

I got the pleasure of working with Jose a few days ago, and my experience couldn t have gone better! Not only did Jose go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of on my car, he also assisted me by bringing my backpack to my home when I left it at the shop. Jose s expertise and customer service are some of the BEST I have ever encountered. I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to him and his team when you have a need. My partner and I lived in Texas for three years and took our main car here several times. Everyone we've talked to has been super friendly and it feels like they really want to be honest about what your car does and doesn't need. Getting your car worked on can be stressful and it's really nice to have people break down in 'normal' terms what's going on. They're also really flexible about when you can bring your car in. Most recently we had Jose help us out, and he was super cool.

We were heading out of town and noticed one of our tires was really low. Pulled in and they were able to fix. We were back on the road in 45 minutes which was great because we had a 7 hour trip in front of us. Thanks to all involved.

Brought my car in on a Sunday since a couple competitors were closed. I had a very small nail in my driver side rear tire (losing a couple psi per day). I bought my tires a couple years ago and the tread is still in great condition since I've been working from home. The salesperson (who was professional and polite) tried to sell me a new tire for $270. I watched a few videos and knew the placement of the nail was close enough to the center that a repair could definitely be done. I was willing to pay the $30 for repair but they claimed the tire needed replacement. A couple days later I went to Discount Tire and they repaired it in less than 30 mins for free. I don't know if this place is just desperate for business, but I certainly will not be returning for any work at this location.Service: Tires

So my roommate and I have been here several times, & the only times we ve had issues is when Lisa is the one up front. Lisa has been very condescending, uninformative, and all around not the nicest to ask questions about our cars. Today she didn t ask any clarifying questions and so a mixup of accounts happened. We didn t realize until after payment and everything else was already done, but went back inside to clarify our invoice and she was just rude when we asked for said clarification. We understand being stressed this time, but that s still no excuse for the past couple visits at this location that we ve dealt with her.

WOMEN: Do not trust taking your business here. A guy named Josh (with a bunch of tattoos) at the front counter tried charging us for a premium oil change after specifically being told we didn t want that, we wanted the standard oil change with the promotional price of $19.99 on their website. He was shown the promotion on our phone when we dropped the car off, he recommended the $49.99 premium oil change, but then accepted we only wanted the $19.99. When going to pick up the vehicle and pay, he tried charging us for the premium oil change and said he couldn t do standard because of the mileage on the car, but applied our coupon. 1. We didn t have a coupon, it was a promotional price just for standard. 2. Money isn t the issue I had at this location, it was a man trying to take advantage of a woman needing service for her car. 3. I understand if a service recommendation may be better for the car, but you can t charge for that service when you re specifically told no on it and quoted a cheaper price before it s done. This Josh guy was absolutely horrible, the supervisor working today was also horrible at handling the situation. He wanted to argue on how he doesn t believe his employee is a liar and he was on his side. When you re running a business, you have to accept that your employees are going to make mistakes, but they have to own up to them and fix it. Either way, this was a horrible experience. Double check whatever they charge you here and research any recommendations they try to make. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS.
