Shane is absolutely the most honest mechanic. If you have a European car, he s the mechanic you can depend on.This shop was referred to me by someone that works heavily in the industry. From the first time he looked at my new to me (used) Audi, he has told me how to maintain her. He changed a headlight at reasonable cost in a short amount of time.My advice to new customers is to be patient and ask questions. Ask him what your car needs. If you already know, or think you might know, what needs to be done, share that with him and he will guide you to make the necessary repairs in your budget. I won t take my girl to anyone else from now on, not even for an oil change. Thanks Shane!

Where to start? I simply cannot recommend this shop highly enough! Shane has been taking care of mine and my family's/friends' cars for well over 5 years now. Every time, and every car, he has been nothing but amazing to us. He is fair, honest, and does not charge an arm and a leg. He may be a man of few words, but he knows his stuff, and he gets it done right. If you're looking for someone who won't steer you wrong, or make you overpay, then Shane's your guy! I've got 5 years and maintenance on at least a dozen vehicles to backup my experience with him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest mechanic! They're few and far between these days.

Shane has been serving my Mercedes (multiple cars) since 2004 when he was working at a different location in Lewisville before he owned his current shop. Without a doubt, he is the most reliable, professional and honest repair and service technician/mechanic I have ever dealt with over the course of 35 years of owning Mercedes Benz. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend European Auto Clinic (not to be confusedwith European Auto Care). Shane has been my go-to mechanic for years now, and I absolutely trust and appreciate his expertise. He is always patient with my many questions and helpful with recommendations on how to ensure my car continues to run at its best. His prices are reasonable plus he is the best at working with you on his availability. Whether you have a European car or not (he works on all types, not just European), and you re looking for an honest mechanic, I certainly would call Shane for your car needs.

Frank is amazing. he got a vehicle in and a PPI inspection done on super short notice I called the morning of to have the seller bring it in is the buyers were coming the following day and even though they were backed up and didn't have any appointments available tell the following week he got the car in they got it inspected to the super thorough job really professional. the seller was a very particular person it always is taking his vehicle to the dealership but this experience instead he'll be taking his cars to them in the future as it was super thorough and professional. Thank you again Frank I'm a gentleman at European Auto clinic.

The store is off the beaten path, but don't let that fool you. Good work, fair price. At first Shane said that I would have to get a crank valve, but then he figured out that it wasn't necessary and didn't charge me for it, which I appreciated the honesty. Support local business!

I was referred to this shop by another in the area. She warned me that Shane, the owner , is a man of few words. This was true. Without knowing it you would think this man was the most rude person you ever met. You ask him a question and he won't say a word. He will just ignore you. The issue I have is I had a 2008 BMW 328xi coupe that I simply needed a coil pack and spark plug replaced on Cylinder 1 due to misfire. This whole process is extremely simple and should take no more than 45 minutes, and realistically should be done within 20 minutes. He quoted me over the phone at $135, which was about right. Half for parts and half for labor with a minimum charge of 1 hour labor. When I got there, i walked in his office and asked him a question, and he ignored me, then finally after 2 minutes of awkward silence, he got up and told me to move the car into the bay. I left him to replace the coil and plug. While i was on the phone with a friend discussing the ridiculous rates other shops were charging, upwards of $320 for this simple job, I don't know if he heard it or not, but he comes in after that and has me come over to the car. Part of the job of getting to the coils is removing the cabin filter - THIS IS 6 SCREWS. THATS IT. Remove that and you get to the plugs. He said since this was there he has to DOUBLE the charge and now it is $260. I said "For what? To remove 6 bolts? This is a BMW E90 series, you have to do this with every BMW, whats the charge for? " Keep in mind he works o BMW's all the time, thats his shop's expertise. He replied, "Ill let you do it yourself" and he walked off. I NEVER write reviews, but this one warranted my time and warning to others. Ive never seen such ridiculous behavior from a shop. Now he may do good work, I don't know, but the overall experience was horrible. The manner of communication wasn't pleasant , however I was warned of, but the bigger issue is the ROBBERY he tried to pull with me. I know this is one of the most simple things he could do in the day, and tied to DOUBLE the charge on the fact of removing a cabin filter which is 6 screws, and part of the job he has done routinely. I do NOT RECOMMEND

I had an 04 Mercedes CLK that had been sitting for about a year towed to European Auto Clinic and they had it running like the day I bought it in less than a week. The staff was very knowledgeable and cooperative and fixed exactly what was wrong with the car for a very reasonable price. Anyone that drives a European make should go to this place for any and every problem they may have; I know I will!!

Shane came highly recommended but if he treats his customers like he answers the phone.... no thank you. There is enough rudeness in this world.
