Title: Exceptional Engine Rebuild from Trusted Mechanics!I recently had the engine of my Audi Q7 completely rebuilt at European Auto care in Lewisville Texas and I couldn't be happier with the result. I have taken multiple cars to Tony and he always makes sure everything is done right. They ve fixed a hood latch, replaced tires, replaced batteries, and when my key got stuck in the ignition they fixed that too. Literally just dropped off a car to have them fix the ac compressor. I know they will do a great job and I m looking forward to having cold air blowing again.

Back in July 2023, I saw a post from one of my neighbors via our FB Group,.....which was perfect timing, since I needed some work done to my Jeep Cherokee. I talked to Tony, and he was well versed, which made it comfortable to transition over to them (I have always had the dealership service my car)....him and his team, did a great job fixing my Jeep.....then, fast forward to now....I reached out to Tony, and asked him, if he could do an oil change. "no problem he says".....brought it in, didn't take long, and felt at ease that the job was done to the "T". Very pleased!!!

It s hard to find an auto repair shop that can explain and provide high quality repairs, give good customer service and is honest. European Auto does all of these. Frustrated with dealer pricing we first started using them 10 years ago for our Mercedes Sprinter van. Completely satisfied with European Auto work and honest pricing we have used them for our Mini Cooper, Subarus, Buick Enclave and even my 1969 Triumph GT6. Their mechanics are experienced and know what they are doing. Auto repair is a tough business. Tony runs a good operation, is honest and provides fair pricing, detailed estimates and great customer service. Our whole family now uses European Auto, highly recommend them to anyone .

European Auto Care has my complete trust and loyalty! They service 3 of my cars ..a BMW, a Porsche and a Mercedes Benz. They are trained and certified and do the work in a timely manner and at a remarkably fair price! They are very attentive to my needs for my cars and treat me like family when I go in. I FULLY recommend and endorse European Auto Care for ALL of your automotive needs!

My BMW X5 needed a service repair as the thermostat broke and started leaking coolant and motor oil. I had a very hard and stressful time finding a repair shop to take care of me considering that I needed the car to be towed and repaired in a matter of days since due to the nature of my work, I could not afford being without my car for long. I came across European Auto Care and decided to give them a call! Bardhi, the owner of the company, ensured me that they will do their best to complete the work as soon as possible. The result was fascinating. Quality work done on time. My car runs like new! Highly recommended shop!

Friendly and extremely helpful staff, and great pricing and fast service they have it all! I have been a loyal customer for years and swear by this business!!! They have helped me in so many tough situations, and it is so hard now-a-days to find a mechanic that cares for its customers and this business does that ten-fold every time!

THE BEST! Looking to have your vehicle in good hands? This is the place to be. Great service highly recommend my mercedes was having issues they had it done very fast and always use professional european parts. Have warranty for my vehicle to take it anytime!

Came to this shop and was taken care by Tony on a few different work vehicles I have. He always takes care of things on time and is very reliable, definitely will keep bringing my cars over as it s hard to find an honest mechanic

EAC is by far the BEST shop in DFW for my Porsche service and repairs. I would recommend them highly for any European auto service you might need. Amazing service at a very fair and competitive price! No brainer!

Came to get an oil leak fix which they delivered on pretty well. Though that also required an oil change which was $180, nothing about an oil change is that price but regardless when I start the car there's no oil in it and the sensor detects it immediately, after driving off the engine starts to smoke running on no oil in which I had to buy and poor in myself later on. Don't these fools know you're supposed to pour the oil back in?

I took my Lincoln in to get front end work and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about what was needed but when I tell you Tony went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything that was required before the repairs were made I must say I m very pleased with the work and service I highly recommend them even if you don t have a European car like me they take car of all your car need s quickly and efficiently without costing you a ton of money Great service guys I will be back

Went to them on 5/03/23. I was having my Volvo serviced for an oil change. Had my appointment set up with their promo code. Spoke with the owner prior to my arrival to make sure everything was okay. Once I arrived the owner was not there and everyone within the shop was telling me it was too late of an appointment to get things done because they didn t have the oil filter (I gave them a weeks notice). Once the oil was finally done, they didn t provide me with promo price and couldn t reset my oil light because the owner wasn t in office to do it for me. I reached out to the owner via email for a reimbursement that never happened. Yes all of this bugged me, but the icing on the cake was when I went to change my oil recently, to see my locking oil filter was completely stripped. I reached out via my bank for a claim and European Auto still denied any form of reimbursement. We all have bad days, but not trying to fix things when mistakes are made is why I wouldn t trust them with your car.

this was a first ... first visit, "multiple" disappointments, including keeping my car for 3 days without even looking at it. I eventually went pick up my car so I could find a reputable mechanic.

When it come to solving cars and the headaches they can be. Tony is the person to see, the staff are great and continues to keep my Audi running like the first day I got it.Expertise and quality service does not come cheap. at European you will both get both for the right price.

Tony helped me out with my Porsche. Prompt, courteous service at a good price. Highly recommended! Since he did such a good job on my other car I started taking my BMW to him as well and services have been stellar. If you have any high end vehicle this is the shop to visit.

Came here with my Fiat Camper imported from Europe. No single other repair shop in Dallas was able and willing to help me with the clutch problem it had. Dennis did a great job after ordering the spare parts from overseas and we are on the road again! Thank you!

Tony is one of the nicest and most trustworthy mechanics. His team will do it right and not blow smoke in your face like many other places in DFW. Best auto care shop around regardless of make!! Very professional, no games with diagnostics, honest and upfront pricing. Repairs completed in timely manner.
