This is a great shop! I'm new to European cars and needed one looked at to ensure it was in good shape. They got me in that day, and the mechanic who went over it was very attentive, making sure to show me what he was looking for.Nice to find a shop that's close by and so professional. I now have 2 euro cars and they'll be getting service with Carlos and crew.

Carlos is the owner of the shop and he was very polite and extremely accommodating. He and his crew replaced my radiator and checked out my A/C. Their work is very thorough and they are all about quality. His technician even agreed to stay late to finish my repair due to me going out of town. Customer service is excellent and he is reasonably priced. The shop is also very clean and organized, which I appreciated. He takes great care of his customers and the cars he works on and it shows. I highly recommend this shop, everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable, and patient. They had my car fixed, and gave me great advice all in a very timely manner, and didn t charge me a crazy amount. I ll definitely be coming back with my Mini Cooper, as they seemed well versed in the ins and outs of my kind of car.

I had taken in an Audi A6 for a minor oil leak and had got different quotes from other places around including Audi Dealership in Plano. The Quotes were around 2.5k to 6k all suggesting to replacement of different parts and different causes of the leak.I went and spoke to Crew at Euromechanics, and they diagnosed the leak in less than 3 min, the offered to fix it for half the cost, I was skeptical but after the service was done as they suggested, all my issues were gone.

Edmar and his crew are of super honest mechanics and they get you in and out quickly. Their pricing is also more than fair. I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for Carlos and his bodyshop, Euromechanic Autoworks. I recently drove 3.5 hours from Austin to his shop in Lewisville because of the trust he had earned from my previous car repair visit, and once again, he exceeded all my expectations.Carlos went above and beyond to accommodate me, taking my car for a brake pad and rotor fix, even though it was Saturday evening. His willingness to open the shop and work on my vehicle is a testament to his exceptional customer service.I was amazed by the efficiency and speed with which Carlos completed the repair. By Monday evening, my car was ready to hit the road back to Austin. He even suggested the daytime running light fix by changing the light bulb instead of the entire headlight console. This mobile auto repair company was quick to respond and showed up on time, they provided a professional, diligent and knowledgeable mechanic that was able to resolve my issue.
