We purchased a 2020 Toyota Tundra and was looking for a trustworthy local shop that specialized in off road upgrades. We wanted someone local and small business because we love supporting small businesses.When we were referred to Epic Off road we paid them a visit. We had a cat shield installed then added a bed cover, power steps, plus an alignment. I am so happy we have found a trustworthy company that can handle all our off road needs.If you are ever in Lewisville stop by their shop and I guarantee you will not regret it whatsoever.Thank you Sam for all the hard work you put into our vehicle. Your workmanship is top notch and it shows. We look forward to our next upgrade.

they installed Ford Performance 2.5 inch lift kit and AMP research powerstep. it came out really good. they run a very tight operation. everything to the dot. excellent job from quotes, appointments, job itself, and communication to the final walk through.

I had this shop install a level kit from Carli. Horrible work! Did not tighten the front shocks, broke the track bar mount, and damaged the new track bar. I received a refund for the installationl but they never compensated for the parts they damaged. Don't trust this shop, look over the work before leaving the parking lot if you do. European vehicles is our specialty. Clearly we corrected your mistake and did a outstanding job without braking anything. I used you because of the recommendation of a friend ( who clearly regrets that decision) Understanding things happen its all about ownership of your mistakes and making right for your customers. You didn't do either. CJC Off Road and Bilistine both confirmed the parts where correct along with Carli. Carli did say that the track bar was installed incorrectly, the front shock nuts where not even tight. I have pictures and videos for proof. Again your rebuttal is a joke as is the quality of work you do.

They are the best! Our son is in college and his old 2002 truck finally died. We bought him a used Ford Bronco Sport and had less than one week to get everything done so that we could take it there and get him out of the rental car. They were very understanding and helped us pick out the tires, wheels, and lift. The car was actually done a day early and we made the trip on time. When he saw it, he was amazed that it looked better than he could ever had imagined. Wow what better customer service can you ask for. We will be forever in their debt!!!

Sam and The Crew at Epic 4x4 Offroad did an outstanding job installing an Amp Powerstep on our new 2023 Bronco. They were fairly priced, knowledgeable, and very curtious. We are extremely satisfied, Great work!!

I'm thrilled with the service I received from Sam at Epic 4x4. The installation of a 4" BDS lift kit, Method wheels, and Toyo RT Trail tires on my F150 was executed with precision and expertise, resulting in a seamlessly integrated upgrade. The Method wheels and Toyo RT Trail tires, installed by Epic 4x4, not only look fantastic but also perform phenomenally. The professionalism and deep product knowledge exhibited by the team made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Epic 4x4 for their top-notch service and expertise.

Great place with great people ! Let me bring my Honda Ridgeline a night before and leave it at their shop so they can start with it first thing in the morning! Did an amazing job installing my 2 inch front and back lift kit for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline. They also installed some bigger wheels on the truck and did an alignment. Very reasonable pricing compared to all other lift kit shops and great customer service. It s a family owned business and the wife and husband are such nice people. Def recommend this place don t waste your time looking anywhere else. These are some before and after photos

I was looking to upgrade the rear suspension of my 2021 Colorado Z71 and Epic 4x4 Offroad was the first DFW shop that I visited who was listed as a RAS Roadactive Suspension (the product I was considering) dealer/installer. Even though I intended to check out other options, I was so impressed with the owners that I ordered the kit on the spot. The product arrived in less than a week and Sam got it installed right away - going the extra mile to show me how I could do minor adjustments on my own in my garage. Check out Epic 4x4 Offroad - you'll be impressed!

Epic 4x4 Offroad is amazing. Sam is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helps me to install the TDR pro grill with 3 led lights and bed cover. They have the best price in the area. Will come back when the front lift kit for my truck coming out. Highly recommend if you want to do any upgrade with your truck.

Great experience clear communication, I m so happy with my truck how it looks now. Was struggling to find someone to help figure out what size tires I could run, I will definitely return with all my future modification that need to be done

Sam is the most amazing person helped me out when I needed him most nicest guys my car had damaged needed tires he had everything I need on point , Rims , tires all you need is in the shop put it this way ONE STOP SHOP.

I m so happy I found this place! They are so knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel so comfortable from the first call to my install. I had my new Jeep Gladiator lifted with Fuel wheels and Toyo tires. I m in love with the outcome! The whole team is awesome and they are very well priced. Will be back for all my Jeep mods! Definitely recommend!

My go to place for my truck accessories and upgrade needs.Very knowledgeable about the products. Not pushing things you don t need, collaborating with you on options that work for you. Worked with them on three vehicles so far and will continue working with epic on future projects. Latest was a level kit and two mirrors for the suburban also upgraded my headlights and fog lights

Took my 4runner in for an alignment, and the guys did a quality job! I made some special requests to get more caster out of my control arms to fit larger tires, and they made it happen! Very knowledgeable, helpful, affordable, and friendly. Will be coming back for more work!

My experience at Epic Off-Road was awesome. Gary and Brandon are very professional and helpful in finding just what I wanted. The mechanics in the shop have the experience to do the job right and in a very timely manner. Their shop is not very big (just the way I like it), but the reward is. Sam is amazing and honest. Definitely gonna go back to add more stuff to my Jeep Gladiator. The level of service I received was truly outstanding. I have been going to Epic for more than 5 years at first it was Sketchy, but now that Sam and his wife own and run it, It's a great place to get your truck ready for work or play! Sam has worked on all my family's trucks. Honestly one of the best places in the metroplex! Just ask for Sam and he'll help you!

This is THE place to go if you want exceptional customer service, friendly smiles, and all around good people vibes! I took my Jeep in for an emergency repair and Sam was the best. He got it taken care of quickly so my daughter could get back to college in time. This husband and wife team is amazing and they go above and beyond to do excellent work. I will not go anywhere else for my offroad vehicles and urge you to patronize this small business that has a TON of heart. THANK YOU guys for being soooo awesome!

This is by far one of the best off-road shops that I have been to and taking my oversize F250 to be worked on Sam the owner is amazing and his wife handles the phones like a straight boss if I m being straightforward I recommend taking your vehicles here rather than lifted 4 x 4 I had a situation happen over there and I no longer trust those guys unfortunately they say they re going to do something and they do not do it and they failed to follow up unless your pockets are extremely deep

What can I say about these guys? FIVE STARS work and service, and small business. Great honesty people. Sam did a full lift, light bar, grill swapped, tires and wheels on my GX. His work is precise and clean. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great offroad shop, you will not be disappointed. I also recommended my daughter and her fiancee to Sam. They were super happy with their new setup as well. Thank you Sam and Taryn... Great team!!

They took time with me going through lift options ,wheels and tires , bed covers. Down to every detail. Scheduled day to drop off and pick up . They called me to update progress, went there Saturday to pick up. 6 inch Lift ,wheels, tires, bed liner,bed cover with lights, more rear lights installed in stock bumper and a front ramming bar w light all done excellent with an alignment to keep it straight. I appreciated the updates and the extra work put forth to get my dream truck done. These guys are the REAL DEAL. Go there when your ready to custom up your ride.

Recommended by a friend that I know to support small businesses. Reached out and received quick responses and multiple time frames to schedule work for a leveling kit for my 2021 Ford Ranger.Great customer service. Answered all of my questions and even took the time to discuss other projects such as adding more exterior lighting in the future. Above and beyond service that s rare these days.Definitely looking forward to working with them soon!

I took my Jeep so they could check on some noises, I really like going on off-road, I didn't make an appointment, but the lady told me that they could check it for me the same day, the very kind man called me and explained the reasons and checked my Jeep and make sure everything was in placed.Thank you Epic Off-Road

Awesome Work!!! Everyone was very helpful and explained everything to me and even put up with my OCD about my 2017 TITAN XD being lifted, they was quick and the outcome was Amazing. Not only did they earn my business... I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I own a business and put my customers first just like Epic!! Thanks to all the Office and Techs... This is one of the best shop around DFW. Took my Tundra to install some lift kit, mount and balance my wheels and tires. Highly recommended this shop and straight to the point on what needed to be done. Amazing people and you will not regret it. Planning to bring back the truck and add more stuff to it!
