Best discount tire I ve been too. I came here for 4 new tires. Excellent customer service from Aaron, he was really helpful. A lot of people ahead of me but he gave me a fair and accurate wait time.

I visited 3 places before coming here. Nick got me checked in - looked at our issue and said it would be taken care of in 30-45 minutes. We stepped out for a quick lunch and came back to our car ready. I was then greeted and assisted by Joseph. He said he worked on the car and the patch on the tire was taken care of. Thank you so much for all the help. Saved me from spending 100 s on a tire for which a patch was possible. This will definitely be my go to from now on. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Nick and Joseph! :)

I had a great experience at Discount Tire in Lewisville! I had to get two tires replaced, and they had me in and out in under an hour (which I greatly appreciated since I had my three kids with me). We worked with Lucas who was extremely kind, friendly, and patient. I ll definitely be returning here for any future tire needs or issues.

Easy to set an appointment. Service was very quick. Cameron and Lucas were great as I originally ordered the wrong size tire so they got me setup with the correct size and saved me some money on better tires as well. Will always bring my vehicles here in the future. Thanks guys!

Outstanding customer service and I was in and out in under 30 mins. I arrived about 10 minutes after they opened where there already multiple people in the lobby. An attendant came right to to me and I informed of the nail in my tire. They got right to wok and not once did they attempt to sell me on anything. Great location!

Do NOT recommend this place. They just push to sell everything not only tires like wheels and window wipers. I refuse it and they give me attitude. I am uncomfortable for that.

Fastest Discount Tire I've ever been to! Made an appointment online last night for 11:45am, got there and dropped my car off, and was quoted 30 mins to replace my 2 back tires. I assumed it would take longer like usual, but it was ready within 30 mins as quoted.

I ran over a screw and not only did they repair it quickly they didn t charge me anything for it! When I was prepared to pay for a new tire this was such a relief! Christopher helped me out and was really good about not only explaining the problem but gave me tips on tire warranties for the future.

Aaron was very helpful. He ordered the tires I needed and had them the same day. I had made an appointment for later in the week but he called me to let me know I could come earlier if I wanted because he had the tires in hand. I stopped by this afternoon and they got my new tires installed in no time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great experience! I appreciate it!

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and for the most part you don t think about it much. But every time you come in, they want to sell you a tired no matter what instead of just doing the service. God for bid you have your tires slightly warm because I will stop servicing you. Even if you just bought two new tires from them, they won t service the new tires because of the old tires. I m just getting tired of it and I hear NTX is really good.

For the moms out there who needs help putting air on your baby's stroller, you need to come see Kenny! He is super helpful and the service was quick. Also I've called in the morning to ask the question and the customer service is on point.

I deleted my 5-star review. I used to come over here for the Mexican guy. He gives honest feedback. He would tell me the real situation with my tires, how bad it is, how much more time estimate before I am in trouble. He will show photos and measurements, etc. I don't see him anymore....... The new guy (young, curly hair) just wanted to sell tires, I asked him what he thinks he said it looks worn out and uneven so the only thing I can do is buy new tires and it's not covered by warranty and too risky to repair. Blah blah blah. I went to a different discount tire by grapevine mills and they are able to patch up my tire and told me I just have to get tire rotation and that they'd let me know if it's time to replace.

Con Artists!My mother in law went in to get a free tire rotation. The representative took a look at her rear tires and said they looked great. During the rotation they were pressuring her to try to get two new tires. She kept telling them she was okay. She comes back to her car and there is a HUGE YELLOW NAIL sticking out of the side of her tire. Fresh nail that obviously wasn't there before the car got to discount tire. The nail wasn't even all the way in the tire. It looked as if someone had just stuck it in the sidewall of the tire.Someone purposely STUCK a big yellow nail into the tire AFTER saying the rear tires looked perfect. Just to tried to get us to buy new tires

Waited for over 5 min to have air in my tires. Nobody acknowledged my car parked or even came to say they ll have someone coming over. Everyone inside the shop worked as if I was invisible. A complete opposite of what the brand stands for. Shame on this branch manager!

Such friendly and helpful techs. Was greeted and pulled into the tire bay within minutes. I loved that I had the option to stay in my car or wait in the waiting area. Turns out, I had a screw in my right left tire, which they were able to fix quickly. This is within minutes of my home, so will be back for all my vehicle needs.

Amazing, fast, and friendly service. I was checked in by William, who was very pleasant to deal with.I got a nail in one of my tires while driving around and got the warning indicator. Since I'm a member of Costco and I was close by, I took it in to the Costco tire shop, only to be told they may not be able to repair it that day and I may need to leave it overnight.I called Discount Tire nearby and was told to bring it in. Within a minute of arriving, I was checked in. Even though it was every bit as busy on Saturday afternoon as Costco, they repaired my tire and I was on my way home in less than 40 mins from the time I arrived. I was shocked when they said there was no charge for the flat tire repair.That is the type of service that makes me become loyal. Although there are other tire shops closer to where I live, I will be bringing my car here for any tire related purchase or repair.

Just wanted to let you know how discount tire helped me!!I am having a real bad day and it's hotter than heck!!!!Your staff was able to fix a nail in my right front tire and notified me of excessive ware on the left front tire.I will need to get aligned the new tires on the front. Your staff saved me from a potential blowout with a trailer full of livestock.I WILL BE BACK

I purchased two tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. I showed up for my noon appointment at 12:01 and walked out at 12:13. That is incredible!!! When I pulled up I was greeted by a friendly technician who pulled my car in. I walked inside to check in where I was greeted by another awesome employee and before our conversation ended he told me my car was ready to go!!This was definitely worth the drive from Denton to Lewisville! I will definitely be coming back here to do business!

This place is fantastic. Got 4 new tires and windshield wiper blades in ~25 mins. Super friendly and helpful staff, which is beyond impressive in this extreme heat. Tires are a rare, expensive purchase and this location reminds me why I'll always do business with Discount Tire.

Great fast service. Please greet your clients upon entry. It makes a world of difference. Clients that feel ignored will not return. A simple, hello, we ll be right with you, will do. Walking off is a turn off Everything else was good. -award winning customer service manager

I am so grateful for professional and honest employees. I was beyond pleased with the quick and easy service I received today for my tire. I had gone to a dealership where I was lied to about the condition of my tire and within 10min of me being at Discount the issue was identified and solved free of charge. Thank-you so much! :)

Very nice people working at Discount Tire, and I certainly recommend them. They are well stock and move vehicles in and out fast. My only concern, in my personal experience, is that several times I had to go back to get the wheels properly balanced... They are certainly capable and would get five stars from me if they could be more diligent in that regard.
