Dillon Auto Hail Repair was amazing . CAROLINA was so patient with all my hesitation and questions. This was my first time filing a claim, so it was uncharted waters for me. Carolina did an amazing step-by-step job explaining the process to a tee. My car came out looking brand new. They repaired all of the hail damage and chipped the windshield from the storm. I would highly recommend Dillion, the entire staff is so friendly and professional. Check them out and ask for Carolina.

I recently had my car repaired here and the service was top notch! Carolina was so wonderful about answering all of my questions!! When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely perfect! Don t take a chance on a company that has multiple mixed reviews; Dillon will take excellent care of you and you will be thrilled with the results.

During the hailstorm in June, we unfortunately got caught with 3 vehicles outside that all sustained hail damage. We talked with several PDR shops and got a lot of run around. It wasn t until we spoke with a rep from Dillon Hail Repair that we felt confident to move forward. The process was incredibly smooth. Sarah was a joy to work with and always so responsive to my texts and phone calls. We got all 3 cars repaired and they look wonderful- you would never know they had hail damage. Dillon also has their own body shop so the few big dings that couldn t be fixed with PDR, they took care of as well on site. Dillon conveniently has a drop off and pick up service if needed, which we took advantage of. I HIGHLY recommend Dillon Hail Repair.

Wow!!! Words can't explain how happy I am with Dillon! My car looks brand new after getting slammed by the June hail storms in Dallas. I will definitely use them in the future if I'm ever caught in a hail storm. Jenny walked me through the entire process and there was literally no stress at all. One thing I love to do is support family owned and operated businesses! Dillon is just that and they stand by their work. I was literally doing the happy dance when I saw my car! Dillon Hail repair did a great job. My brand new Ford Maverick got a ton of hail damage and they fixed it right up and worked with insurance hassle free. Sara worked with me and did a great job communicating and letting me know what s going on. I just got my Silverado truck fixed from one of our recent bad hail storms in DFW. Dillon Hail Repair did an absolute amazing job and also treats their customers as family. Jenny kept me informed throughout the entire process and gave me a car to use while I was waiting for my truck. I highly recommend them not only for their amazing work, but also for the personal attention you get as a customer, which is very hard to find these days. 10 out of 10!

I took my car to Dillon hail repair after getting hit with tennis ball sized hail in June. I was very impressed with their work. My car looks brand new! Sarah was very professional, and handled all the insurance claims. They were even able to drop the car off at my house when it was finished. I would definitely use them again.

The quality and service of Dillon Auto Hail Repair is absolutely fantastic. Sarah in particular gets another 5 stars. She walked me through the hail repair process step by step. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dillon Hail Repair, specifically Jenny Dillon. From when I inquired about getting my car fixed to when I picked it up, Jenny and the rest of the staff were nothing short of excellent! My car had $10,000 worth of damages from a hail storm and I walked away paying nothing (deductibles under $1,000 are waived) AND my car was done in just two weeks. Jenny constantly kept me updated and answered all of my questions. My car looks brand new and I m so thankful! I was so in love with my experience that I convinced my husband to take his car to DHR once mine was done. I can guarantee we ll get his car back in beautiful condition just like we did with mine. I can t recommend DHR and Jenny enough! We ll definitely be back if we re hit by another hail storm.

I just picked up my car and they did a fantastic job. Crista and Carol and the Dillon family were amazing people to talk with .. The hail damage was extensive, but they were able to work with my insurance and get it all taken care of in just a matter of days. My car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot!Dropped my girlfriend s car off with them today to take care of his.I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are amazing to work with.

Our June storm left my vehicle with substantial hail damage. Dillon Hail Repair was amazing! Communication throughout was impeccable, kudos to Sarah! My car was repaired back good as new and returned cleaned inside and out.

Dillon Hail Repair is the GOLD STANDARD in the industry. Spectacular family owned business. Honest and attentive all along the way. The results are amazing, and I never had to worry about anything. Everyone at Dillon Hail Repair was great. They picked up my truck, handled the insurance process and fixed all the damage from the hail storm we had last month. I'm very happy with the quality of work and how they answered all my questions. I ve already referred a few of my neighbors. If you have hail damage on your vehicle, I would definitely recommend them.

After the hail storm had, my husbands car got hit bad! I was recommended by a friend and couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The entire process was seamless, and they made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. My car was picked up from the house, they dealt directly with State Farm and delivered the car cleaned and detailed which saved us so much time. I appreciate the convenience they provided and made a potentially stressful situation incredibly easy for us.The repair work on my car was exceptional! My 2023 Tesla Model Y was destroyed with hail, luckily I found DHR on google saw nothing but great reviews and never looked back, these brothers are great especially Isaac who walked me through the whole process and let me know every step without having to call and ask! I had an absolutely spectacular experience with Dillon Hail Repair. Christa was amazing & the whole team is incredibly professional, courteous, helpful, & efficient, making for a seamless, smooth, & wonderful experience. They did superb work on my car & even took the time to remove some coke stains from the interior of the roof! Talk about going above & beyond! I can't recommend Dillon Hail Repair enough! The folks at Dillon are fantastic! They keep their word and do a terrific hail repair. My truck looks better than new! And they were so gracious to work with me on scheduling and getting my truck back in time for a planned trip. I hope I don t need hail repair again but if I do, I ll go back to Dillon!

Wow! What a great experience I had at Dillon Auto Hail Repair. From the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it up I was super impressed with their professionalism, friendly service and the WAY above and beyond customer service they provided. Oh yeah, and my car looks AMAZING ... just as beautiful as the day I bought it. The Red GLA is mine. The white SUV was my rental that I barely lifted a finger to rent the entire time my car was being repaired. Thanks Jenny! Amazing work from the team, from the claims department handling the estimate and helping me out with my rental car to my service advisor and the shop managers for staying on top of it. And last but not least the people who actually repaired my cadillac Ats V...left ME speechless and the car second to none! I was worried it would not look the same after the damage that was caused BUT this exceeded my expectations. dillon hail repair fought on my behalf and handled everything to where I did not have to lift a finger. Carolina and Christa were absolutely amazing. They made scheduling, drop off and pick up super easy. The shop did an amazing job on my hail damage and much to my surprise I dropped off a dirty truck inside and out and picked up a clean truck. Obviously I expected them to wash the outside but they took it a step further and detailed the inside too! Would definitely recommend you use Dillion hail repair!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Dillon Hail Repair did a remarkable job with my 2018 Hyundai SantaFe. They made it look like brand-new and even added some extra touches like polishing the tires, giving it a carwash, and a great shine. They are in Lewisville, TX and I live out near Greenville, TX. With my complicated set of personal logistics issues, I was surprised to learn that they could pick up and deliver the car, even though I was over 60 miles away from their shop. They worked with my insurance and I ended up not having to pay anything out of pocket. Sarah has been the most helpful in keeping me in the loop via text, working with the insurance rep, and making sure I was taken care of. Her coworkers behind the scenes did an awesome job of taking care of me, the insurance, the repairs, and the final delivery. I highly recommend Dillon Hail Repair, absolutely!!

Dillion Hail Repair is a very professional and welcoming place. It was a very smooth process and prices were very fair. Please schedule with (Carolina) for she is very professional and will update you accordingly when your car is done for repairs. She is kind and will work with your schedule as well as answer any questions you have. Hence I drove over 300 miles to get my car done here for hail damage!!!!!!

My car was badly damaged by hail during the March hailstorm in my area. I stopped by to check out DILLON HAIL REPAIR and they said they could get my car in and repair all the damages. I spoke with Carolina at the Lewisville location. She was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Based on this, I decided to leave my car there. They did an excellent job and worked with my insurance with no problems. Carolina kept me updated throughout the entire process. Grade A service. Highly recommend these guys. I got my car back looking like a new car!!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Dillon Auto Repair from the hail storms that we always have in a north Texas. It s always a hassle finding someone that does the job right and the process always seems long and complicated everywhere I go.Christa was my service advisor and she was amazing! Customer service and follow up - gold standard! My company vehicle had hail damage from a summer storm and the company insurance was requiring multiple quotes from different shops before approving. Carolina was great in following up a a consistent basis to see how things were going in our process. After getting an appraiser to come out from our companies insurance, I was able to take the car to Dillon Hail repair for inspection. Since my car is being traded in and the value of the car wasn t warranted by the lease company they didn t approve repairs. Bottom line is Carolina s flawless customer service and follow up is rare and I recommend them to my friends and will use next time I need a repair.
