I took my 2022 Camry to Metro Dent after lots of places said they couldn't handle the dent using PDR. Metro Dent didn't disappoint. They fixed the dent at an attractive price and even advised addressing the hail damages without the standard deductible. Now, my Camry looks pristine again!

Justin and his team did a great job taking care of me. My car had a lot of hail damage, from the roof, to the hood to the trunk he took care of it all. The end product is phenomenal, highly recommend.

I was one of the unlucky folks to get really bad hail damage earlier this year. However, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the DFW Metro Dent my car looks brand new again!From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with professionalism and a friendly atmosphere offering me a cold drink which was really appreciated because it was such a hot day. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the repair process as well as what to expect from my insurance company. They also acted as my liaison with my insurance company which was a huge relief. They provided me with a detailed estimate and kept me informed throughout the entire process.The quality of the repair work was truly outstanding. Every dent and scratch caused by the hail was expertly repaired, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The attention to detail and craftsmanship displayed by the PDR technicians is truly commendable.Not only did they restore my car to its original condition, but they also went above and beyond by cleaning and detailing it inside and out. It felt like driving a brand new car off the lot!I would highly recommend Justin and his staff at DFW Metro Dent to anyone in need of professional and reliable repair services. I had occasion to use both the free shuttle and a free loaner car recently. Alex, the driver, was awesome! Friendly and on time! And the loaner car was clean, had plenty of gas, and pickup and drop off were quick and easy. Staff in the office was friendly and helpful. The free bottled water was a nice extra. I definitely recommend DFW Metro Dent!!

DFW Metro dent was awesome, when they knew I'd be without my car , they provided me a loaner car for next to nothing. (my insurance didn't cover a rental) This was unexpected but SO appreciated. The loaner was great, just a one time fee and I had it for several days. The owners of the place are very gracious and easy to work with, even made calls on my behalf. Will defintely be bringing my car here in the future. They were super flexible with my schedule, affordable and eased my stress through a frustrating time. Thanks Metro dent!!

Just got my car back from their shop today. I m so happy of what had been done with the repair. I got some hail damage and the driver s door got dinged by a van. I can t even roll the window down. Seeing my car today feels like I got a brand new car. It s even clean, like detailed clean. The look of the brand new car and smell of a brand new car. DFW Metro Dent is the place where you want to repair your car. This place is a hundred times highly recommended!!! Big thanks to Serhii, Amy and Justin and all the crew for the job well done!!

My loaner car process with DFW metro dent was such an easy experience. Samantha, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. The car was clean and worked great. I even got a size option to fit my needs. Alex was kind and welcoming when I retuned the car, too.

We had hail damage back in June 2023. We had our car appraised and waited for a place that worked with our insurance co to repair our cars. But they were very backed up for months. So we waited. Then Metro Dent called us as our insurance company works in connection with Metro Dent. We brought in my car and they were able to get more money from our insurance company. My car looks great and I am 100% happy. Then we dropped off my husband s car and we rented a loaner this time from Metro Dent versus a rental car from Enterprise . They were also able to get more money for repairs. . Today my husband is picking up his car and I know he will be happy too. I recommend this company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I stopped by here to get my vehicle looked at for hail damage. I decided to use them and booked an appointment. I called, but couldn't get through to the facility by phone. I will post an update upon completion of my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle and inspected the entire vehicle and found that it was repaired to my visual satisfaction. My vehicle was washed and the interior was cleaned and vacuumed. The administrative staff also worked hard to get my insurance company to replace my tonneau cover that was also damaged by the storm.You know it's an interesting thing that I got a free loaner vehicle from the company with the coupon. It seems like everyday, I was being asked about the company and what I can do for their vehicle damages. I should be a company employee after this experience. After turning in my loaner car and deductible coupon, I am impressed with the staff and the completed work.I had to stop by this location today due to the front end of the grill attachment on the hood had come apart. I also noticed that the air flaps under the hood had not been reattached as they were when I originally brought the vehicle here. The front office staff was shown the items of concern and she took my vehicle into the bay for examination and adjustment without added questions. They also repaired the flaps that were damaged when removed by the technician.They have really earned five stars.

Doing business with DFW Metro Dent is an amazing experience. They are very up to date with the way they communicated. So much so that they have a dedicated text line if you are more comfortable communicating that way. I have referred 3 people to DFW Metro Dent, all of which were very pleased with their work. I am a picky person, If they can make me happy, I'm sure they can do the same for you.

Great work! Very friendly, nice people! They did it exactly how I asked, knowing I was on a budget, they were able to find some great workarounds to keep the car looking fantastic without breaking the bank. Definitely recommend!

Justin seems like a great guy so this review is nothing personal. However, I will not be a returning customer due to the quality control of the final product. I would love to leave a 5-star review as their work in removing dents is great. Please keep in mind that the truck I brought in is 105K dollar vehicle so I would have thought much more care would have been taken when it was ready for pickup.However, here are the following reasons I will not be returning:1) I found many fender screws that were missing2) My weather strip trim was cut in to and there were areas were it was not reinstalled correctly3) There was green marker marks on the roof, trim, and other places that I had to scrub off4) After picking up my truck I had to return the same day as my electronic rear view mirror was not properly plugged in5) My truck was in their possession for a total of 6-weeks. It took 2-weeks before their estimator looked at it, another 4-weeks where I had to follow up weekly for an update. Keep in mind, I called before dropping off and was informed they had immediate openings6) When I arrived to pick up the truck their was compound material all over the paint. Justin did spend about 30-minutes re-detailing the truck in the worst spots but since then I have noticed the compound has dried on the weather striping and now has a "faded" appearance7) As I was cleaning my interior I noticed interior body fasteners were broken and left in many spots. I picked up at least 6 of themI was hesitant to leave this review as I support local businesses. However, after already returning once for the mirror and needing the paint addressed at time of pickup, I noticed the fender screws missing and window weather stripping missing/damaged while cleaning my truck today. I believe this is the next appropriate step so if you do have work done on your vehicle I suggest being VERY thorough on inspection before leaving the shop.Again, this is nothing personal but I would not leave my expensive vehicle there again as I do not trust the quality control of the final product.

Not enough good things to say about the staff, service, and delivery of this place.Since 2016 this has been my shop for pretty much everything. It all started when my new Golf R covered in hail damage. They restored it to mint condition, I had a car to drive while they completed what ended up to be an impeccable job.From here I began having lots of work done here. From body work and paint, to restoration help on projects to high performance work.Have several projects in the works here still right now. They just finished a ceramic coating on one car....James is a master...hands down. Currently doing an S2000 restore and mod. Justin is a master with the body and the guts ; ) Zach and co is about to turn my daddy mobile into a fire breathing race care with a car seat!If you want a 1 stop shop with great prices and awesome staff...this would be the place. Thank you metro dent team and looking for to much more to come!

First, thanks to Justin, Tony, Samantha, and Amy. They all contributed to a smooth process and made an aggravating (hail) experience alittle easier to deal with. Kudos to the repair folks that did an exceptional repair on my Camaro. In addition, when i noticed some damage that had been overlooked until pick-up, they went above and beyond and corrected the problem immediately; with the same detail and craftsmanship. Hopefully ill not need their services in the future, but highly recommend them to any that may!

The staff in the front office were very friendly and immediately got to work with my estimate. They offered me complimentary waters and the owner Justin walked me through the whole process, and gave me a time estimate, which was quicker than I expected due to my insurance(Farmers) while other customers were still waiting on their insurance to get back to them. They offered to come pick my vehicle up or I could drop it off at a convenient time for myself. Overall a great experience and excited to see the final results all of the other customers cars looked great!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Metro Dent/DFW Dent Repair was the most accommodating and amazing car repair company I have experience by far! Amy was so amazing, kind, prepared, and helpful! They fixed my car perfectly, I paid 0 DOLLARS, and they gave me a FREE rental car as my insurance did not cover it!! They were also super fast and communicated with me through ever step! I recommend them to the FULLEST!! Don t think twice about taking your car here, they are amazing!!!

Justin and his team are first class. I thought I had ruined my clear coat and needed a respray, but these guys flawlessly cut through my mistake and brought my 20+ year finish back better than new. Best in town for PDR and paint correction!

Had a severe door ding, and they got me in basically the next day, when others wanted me to wait close to two months. Both of the other quotes I got were higher, and both wanted to do invasive work, one wanting to drill a hole in my door. These guys did it right, taking great care of my vehicle, and you couldn't even tell it had happened.

This was my second experience with metro dent and i am very satisfied with their work and customer service. The staff are very friendly and the mechanics did a great job on the repairs my vehicle needed. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I will be coming back if i ever need repairs in the future!

Just recently had my car up at DFW Metro dent, and I have to say my service was fantastic. The owner Justin was great he walked me through the whole process and about how long it would take for my car to be finished, and once they had it done they were even kind enough to deliver my car to me. Overall great service and will definitely be back again if I have any more hail damage to my car.

The team at Metro Dent went above and beyond with this huge job they had on their hands. I was very worried when i saw the condition of the pillars and roof on the car, but it came out looking like brand new. They do so much more than just your average PDR work. They also have a full service body shop that handled everything extremely well. If I'm ever in need of work in the future, I'll be going back to them. The quality and craftsmanship of their work is second to none. I want to thank everyone in the office who handled all my requests from the guys in the body shop who went above and beyond with their work.Thank you!-Joe

I visited Metro Dent last week for an estimate and was quite surprised with how quickly the staff got to me. They quickly finished the estimate and helped me find my way around filing a claim and and quickly getting my vehicle fixed. I will definitely be dropping my vehicle off here to be repaired after seeing other customers vehicles!

The owner is very knowledgeable about colision and body repairs. The staff is polite and they offer a loaner car which is a great value and time saver. I'm pretty meticulous and I can vouch, Metro Dent are professionals who know all facets of paint and body repairs.Also do professional ceramic protection thats awesome to admire.

Great folks with a great attitude. When some 6foot guy ran out in front of me at Six Flags entrance in November, he bent my fender, rolled across my hood and busted the glass out.I am so glad I chose Metro Dent. Bonnie and everyone over there is just good honest folks that will help you out and fix your car correctly! I wasn't even aware of them until I saw an article in my Castle Hills publication.While the repairs were very expensive for this type of auto, Metro even helped me get the carbon fiber hood I wanted, it was cheaper than even repairing the old OEM hood!I will be taking my cars back to Metro Dent in the future for any type of damage!Thanks guys!
