Such an incredible experience! I talked to a lot of other places about a dent in the rear of my truck, and they all said it had to be repainted. When I reached out to DFW Dent Repair, they offered to come to my house to give me a free estimate on the dent, and they even said they could do it without having to repaint anything! Sean was so helpful and open with me throughout the entire process, and even kept me updated on how the work was going throughout the week. They have a really great group of guys, and gave me a very reasonable price to help work with my budget. I hope I don t get any more dents in my truck, but if I do, I m definitely going back to these guys.

My truck was totaled by major hail storm last year, i called DFW Dent Repair and they took care of it ASAP. When they were done, i could not find one hail ding left on the body. it was amazing. I can also add, it was a pleasure doing business with an honest person, you can trust Justin and his team to take care of your vehicle. i highly recommend this company.

DFW Dent Repair went above and beyond when repairing my car from the recent hail storms. From driving 30 miles to me to assess damage, coordinating the rental with my insurance company, repairing my car super quick, to even trying to fix my backup camera that stopped working sometime ago out of goodwill. August and Team kept me in the loop every step of the way and truly made this experience the easiest and most stress-free repair I ve ever had! My husband will be bringing his truck in next week! The guys there are good people, very trustworthy, I felt confident that my vehicle was in their hands. BEST EXPERIENCE AND TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL WORK AND OUTCOME!!!!!!!!! Sean was amazing, very helpful and professional. Helped me through the whole process and kept me updated as well. My car had really extensive hail damage, and now NOT a dent can be seen and paint job was great. The outcome was breath taking. My car looks great, paint job amazing. Friends and fam were more than impressed. I was nervous at first do to past experiences but Sean made the whole process of getting a rental super easy and fast. They even dropped of my car at work. Stay away from this place. I have a much much longer review which maxes out the character limit allowed so this is just the basics. Posting this to multiple business pages too since dfw dent repair and metro dent combined to form dfw metro dent which doesn t really have any pages. Also hailfreecar seems to be associated with them as well. Either way Justin is the owner just so you know this is the right place. Dropped my truck off June 9th for hail damage didn t pick up until July 31st. Was told it would take 2 weeks for the work to be completed. The work would start after insurance gave the go ahead which was June 21st. They don t communicate with you and blame insurance for their extremely slow times. Once I got my truck back it looked horrible. I had to get a completely new hood due to the hail damage so it of course it had to be painted. Paint job had swirls, blemishes and bumps. Anywhere they painted had some form of the above issues. Paint overspray on the weather striping between my front doors and the front end of the truck. Hood looked like it was dropped or bumped on the edge which could been seen easily from several yards away. This could have just been a sloppy clear coat job but it looked bad. Roof molding strips and window weather strip molding not replaced and still damaged to this day. Compound mixture left all over the vehicle including black plastic inserts in the hood which stuck out like a sore thumb and along fender flares. Plastic attachment points to bed rail cap were torn off when they removed it making the rail cap barely secure when it was put back on. Had to take it back up for them to fix the issues and told 3-4 days for them to clean it up. It took 2 weeks so double the time. Was told a bold face lie when talking to one of the staff members at one point. Told multiple times they would give me a call back and never received those calls. I had to go up to the place to get any answers. Just all around nightmare of a place to deal with. Still have damage to my vehicle after being promised it would look better than it did before the hail damage.

Hands down the best experience I have had with any company. From start to finish the staff was extremely professional. It is difficult to find companies that truly have the customers best interest at heart, but DFW dent repair has it down to a T. The communication is incredible and hard to find these days. I was constantly in the loop with the status of my vehicle and they went above and beyond to make my experience, top notch. I was sitting in the lobby waiting on my keys and witnessed a conversation between another customer and the staff. The customer couldn t stop thanking the staff for the service and communication he received. I live over an hour away and will happily drive to this business, if I need anything in the future. I know leaving my vehicle with DFW Dent repair, Sean Preston and any of the other staff, that I will be in good hands. Thank you DFW Dent repair taking care of us the way you did. DFW Dent Repair did a great job with the dent repairs on my car. Shawn was very attentive to what I wanted done and reassured everything I wanted done would be completed in a timely manner. Griselda was great as well; always calling and keeping me informed with all updates regarding my car. A tiny part even got lost while putting my car together (which happens sometimes) and Shawn and Griselda made sure to order the part to replace it for me. I had 2 vehicles damaged by hail, in late February. Contacted Sean at DFW Dent Repair and told him of my very tight schedule due to moving out of state. He came out and gave me estimates.We agreed to have the work done, they took 1 vehicle at a time, they picked up and delivered to my house. They worked closely with insurance to get the work done.Both vehicles look great, they finished a day ahead of schedule, and I did not notice, but my truck was empty when they took it but Tony filled it up on the way back to me, at no charge.These guys are honest, good to their word, professional and do great work.Trust them with your business, you will not be disappointedService: Body & Trim

I had been searching for a shop who could repair my vehicles. I didn't have the best of luck. Shops now days are very unprofessional, inconvenient, no customer service and very greedy! I was beginning to lose hope when I came across DFW Dent Repair and spoke with Justin. He was such a sweet and caring guy. Definitely wanted to help me make the best decision and not just out for the money. Trustworthy shops are hard to come by nowadays. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had an excellent experience with DFW DENT REPAIR. Recently they completed hail damage repair on my lease car. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Sean Preston was amazing, followed up responsibly, picked up my car from my place, worked with my insurance company and got everything fixed without any issues. Turnaround time was only 2 days. I had an incredible experience from start to finish with DFW Dent Repair!! Griselda was very helpful and informed me in the beginning how the process works, answered all of my questions, and helped guide me along the way. Shawn did a great job taking care of all of my vehicle needs and did a remarkable job fixing EACH one of my dents in my car no matter the size or severity of the damage!! I was so close to going with another dent shop, but after discovering DFW Dent Repair online, reading the 5 star reviews, and not to mention the added bonuses/incentives, I no doubt made a great decision by choosing them. My car did not take long in the shop and looks brand new!! I HIGHLY recommend everyone to choose DFW Dent Repair for any hail damage or dents that your car may or will have. Brought car in due to paint on paint issue from car running me into a median stick divider. Team was quick and very professional and fixed my issue in less than 15 minutes.Use them every time hail damage may occur on my vehicles. Also replaced my windshield on truck. AMAZING!!!! Did you ever hear the phrase "It's To Good to be True"? DFW Dent Repair proves that phrase wrong. They truly are an excellent company. When I first met Paul I was a little doubtful, since I am naturally skeptical. However, once I spoke to Paul, Justin and Colin I was comfortable with them repairing my car. Their service was the best experience I have ever had. My car had severe hail damage from 8 months ago. Even though Insurance was covering the cost of the repairs I was unable to have my car repaired because most repair shops wanted to keep my car for 3++ weeks. There was no way I would be able to be without a car that long or afford a rental car for that length of time. DFW Dent Repair repaired my car in a week and assisted me in getting a rental car. Not only are they professional they care about their customers and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about DFW Dent Repair! GREAT customer service & GREAT work. I took both of my cars to them after a bad hail storm and they look like they just came off the car lot. Through the entire process Collin was incredible. From offering to give me a ride to the rental car place to giving me updates every couple of days, Collin took care of all my concerns. It is rare to find excellent customer service, and DFW Dent Repair exceeded my expectations.When there was some residue on my car at pick up, he immediately had his detail guy take care of it. It caused me to miss my workout, which I get charged $18 for canceling last minute. When I mentioned this to Collin, he literally handed me $20 to cover the fee without me even asking. He definitely did NOT have to do that, but it was just another example of how much he cares about his customers. He is genuine, knowledgeable and takes pride in the shop's work. This is now my go to place, and it should be yours too!

Amazing experience! Friendly & professional, you can tell Colin runs a great shop and cares about his customers. After being hail damaged, my Accord was returned clean and completely free of dents! The folks at DFW Dent Repair are car guys and it shows! They love cars and working on cars (and trucks)! Kelley and Colin were great to deal with. Kelley spent a lot of time with me and with my insurance company to make sure the damage to my prized truck was fixed to my total satisfaction. The whole experience was very pleasant and I was confident throughout that my truck was in good hands. I picked it up today and it looks great! I was so impressed with DFW Dent Repair that I left my wife's car for them to repair a particularly bad set of door dents. I won't go anywhere else for paintless dent repair.

I have been going to see Justin and the team at DFW Dent Repair for 5 years now. They are always professional, friendly, and provide the best service. The work they do is second to none and I won't go anywhere else. The first time I went to see them, not only did they fix the dent in the roof, but also took the time to look over the entire car. It has to be the straightest Challenger in DFW! They were pretty busy today, but Justin got me in and out, fixing the 2 dings I had, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Justin and DFW Dent Repair!

Colin and August did amazing work on my car. Didn't think PDR was possible on a car made of aluminum but they made it work, looks brand new now. Also, they gave me very reasonable price, and were able to squeeze me in same week I contacted them. Highly recommend!UPDATE: Have come back again for more recent work in April 2019 and still the same nice professional people to deal with, honest quotes and high quality work on my car. Once again, can t recommend this place enough!

Great service from start to finish. I had some dents on my Mercedes and had someone else work on them that did a horrible job and made them worse. I then brought it to DFW dent repair and Sean and Wes did a fantastic job. Can t say enough about the quality of work and level of customer service. I had my classic 1994 Nissan Kingcab repaired by Justin. I had severe hail damage on the roof and hood, over 50 dings on each with many golf ball and baseball size dents. I do not carry full coverage insurance so I had to pay for this out of pocket. I got several other bids from big shops to some of the smaller guys, the choice was clear to use DFW Dent Repair. Shawn was incredible from start to finish with setting everything up, super great guy. My truck looks perfect, hard to believe it was damaged and the quote was the best price, beat the other guys by a lot!I bought my truck brand new 25 years ago and I am very picky about taking care of it and these guys treated me and my classic over and beyond my expectations! I will take all of my cars here from now on and will tell all my friends and family. Thank you DFW Dent for your above and beyond service!

Where to begin? Let me just start out by saying that I ve experienced the absolute best and worst spectrums of repair/cosmetic service imaginable from cars and trucks to motorcycles. This has been THE BEST so far! From start to finish August made sure I was looped in on the whole process and didn t waste an ounce of time getting started. My car looks brand new after getting hit pretty heavily by hail on every visible surface. They repaired my car without it costing me a penny and worked with my insurance on the estimate. They did a wonderful job and truly get what it means to give impeccable customer service. These guys (and gal) are the real deal. If you re looking for a place to fix your car, don t even bother shopping around! DFW Dent Repair gets my seal of approval for sure.

Extremely polite and professional service throughout my entire experience with DFW Dent Repair. The work on my Z71 was done to perfection and completed on schedule as promised. I had some pretty serious hail dents when I took it in and now my truck looks brand new! I will HIGHLY recommended this business to all of my friends and family!
