Just bought my new Pathfinder here. These guys were great. I scheduled an appointment in advance, and when I arrived they had already pulled the car I wanted to drive around. They were honest and straightforward with their pricing and it was by far the best deal. The GM even personally took the time to walk me out to my old car and help clean it out. Special thanks to Pastor (my sales professional) so knowledgeable. Top Tier establishment. I will use them again.

I couldn't be more impressed with my experience at Clay Cooley Nissan of Lewisville. They were willing to work with me and were respectful throughout the process. I was able to drive my dream car right off the showroom floor :) Absolutely everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, friendly, and not overbearing. By far my best experience ever buying a car.

I came to Clay Cooley on Eclipse day.My Rogue had been totaled by a drunk driver. My salesman Andy was phenomenal. They put me in a brand new Rogue and rolled it out right before totality.I definitely recommend this dealership. Extremely satisfied customer

Xris was very nice and patient with me while I took my time to explore the vehicle I was interested in and asking some questions to get familiar with all features. He and his manager Lance worked with me to make the deal and was very pleased with my new vehicle 2023 Pathfinder Rock Creek. I am glad I went to check it out and found what I was looking for.Then again we came back because my partner was interested into buy 2023 Rogue from the showroom. He is very happy with it. Both of our purchase process went smoothly without any issues.Thanks very much

This was the best dealership experience I ve had. The only hard part about it was waiting for finance to be available for the next customer! I felt so welcomed by Greg and Xris. They are very thoughtful and thorough when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and kind with this experience. It was not my plan to purchase a new vehicle, but I m glad it happened here. I will definitely recommend this dealership because of the people who provided such a wonderful experience during my visit.

Just wow! This dealership went above and beyond for me and my entire family! We bought multiple cars because of the red carpet experience. Anthony and Xavier are great with customer service and the GM Justin is fantastic. Everyone needs to buy a car from this dealership!! Truly made our experience better than we could have imaged! Edit they have since lost the 5 star review. The location received my plates in January. They failed to contact me. I go in 2 days after plates expired and they date they never received them and that the tax office is always behind. The Paul, the sales manager was not empathetic at all. He actually came across as condescending and rude. Said it happened to him as well. Stated I simply need to fill out more paperwork to get another temporary tag. So I did so only to find out the plates were delivered in January and the dealership lost them. Done! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from ANY Clay Cooley dealership. If they are permitted to behave this way at this location it happens at all their locations.Best car buying experience ever! Kyle listened to me and heard me. Paul as quick at getting the financing approved and the finance department (I forgot his name sorry) was super quick. Everybody I crossed paths with was over the top nice and so courteous! Thank you again everybody!

I visited here and was very pleased with my experience. I was helped by Exavier & Anthony, they were quick and professional and made my first time car buying experience an easy one. Thank you so muchUpdate: So I ve had my car less than a month and it s already in the shop & is running terribly. I know that cars are going to have problems but I didn t expect a car with less than 5000 miles to start having problems 20 days after purchasing it. I purchased a newer vehicle thinking it would be more reliable but now I m being set back from my daily life to get work done on a vehicle that shouldn t be needing it.

Worst experience with this place they didn t repaired car completely and handed me car with one alignment missingWhile driving I found my steering is tough n tight and also tilted, I was driving straight but steering was not in right position.While I was driving car with straight steering but it was moving in other direction.These guys screwed my brand new car #USA #texasAdditional after writing post here and fixing my carFeb-27: I am adding more photographs after discussing with two service center and my observation paint was not done accurately can see white marks on the edges and patches, check the attached three photos

Bought my daughter's first car here. This was the best car buying experience I have had in a while. My schedule didn't allow me to spend a lot of time waiting at a dealership. I reached out online and they had the car I was interested in pulled and waiting for me when I arrived.Xris understood my time constraint, was professional, and diligent (as was Jeremy). On my next car purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to drive to Lewisville first.

I've serviced my vehicle here several times now. Booking an online service appointment is quite easy. The staff has been helpful explaining service needs for my vehicle each time. It gets very busy on the weekends, so I advise picking a weekday if possible.

The staff was kind, patient and very easy to work with. They understood and respected our wishes and helped us with exactly the purchase we were looking for. They were not pushy at all like you see at some dealerships and their prices are straight forward, no hidden or additional fees! Absolutely incredible dealership! Mr. Tony greeted me in the parking lot and was helpful during the entirety of my visit. Their sales manager and finance manager went the extra mile for me to get exactly what I wanted on my terms, and I could not recommend this entire staff more! If you are looking for a car, do not hesitate to go over there, even if what you want is not on the lot, they will find it for you!

Nissan of Lewisville has been my auto dealership for more than 10 years and they have always been excellent. The service is always very reliable and the service techs always do an 5 star job. All services done to my vehicles has been excellent and even the car wash is very good. The service reps are always polite and professional. I will continue to have this dealership as my favorite.

My 2017 Nissan Sentra recently died on me,so I contacted Nissan of lewisville and got to talk to Anthony to see what could they help me with. They were Really welcoming, sweet and understanding people. Long story short Anthony helped me leave with a car , a brand new car at that .
