I came to show them my car s roof Antina, which was hit by garage door. Doug saw my car first and was the manager and a great guy who knows his stuff. They took care of car really good in extremely reasonable prices. I would recommend this place.Also cozy waiting area with coffee machine.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming front desk Lady. Their professionalism and efficiency set the tone for the entire process. I was fortunate enough to have Brandy as my point of contact throughout the repair journey. Brandy s knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine care for my situation was comforting. She walked me through each step of the process, I felt informed and supported every step of the way.Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the quality of work on my car exceeded my expectations. The repairs were completed promptly and flawlessly, and my car looked as good as new when I picked it up. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in need of automotive repairs.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Caliber Addison. Took ages to fix my car and then returned it to me twice broken. I ended up taking it to Caliber Collision in Castle Hills and worked with the manager Doug. He took control and investigated and fixed all the issues and things that were not addressed at the other location. Doug genuinely took concern and was incredibly thorough. Doug completely restored my faith in Caliber Collision and I would Gladly return to his shop if I was ever in need of service again.

Wrecked two of my cars few months ago and fixed both at Caliber. I usually don t write reviews, I just read. But it s worth writing about my positive experience with Brandy. She s just a sweetheart who really cares about her clients. The cars were fixed impeccably well. But the highlight is the interaction with the staff. Brandy went above and beyond to work with me to explain the process and kept me updated every week by personally calling me. It was a great experience overall! Will use Caliber again in the future.

While the insurance company side of things were not perfectly smooth, the Caliber side was excellent. My car looks great! Elizabeth stayed on top of the insurance side of things. She did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. The technician who worked on the vehicle went above and beyond in his work. I could not be more pleased. Definite 5 out of 5 stars are well deserved.

Hands down the best customer service! Doug and Shalina were professional, courteous, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond for me. Doug used his magic potion to get marks off my car right then and there. He also took the time to explain different options and costs so that I could make an informed decision at a good price. I don t think I ve ever had such a positive interaction with a company and I just can t say enough good things about them! If you need body repairs, this place should be your only thought! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Caliber Collision in Lewisville took care of all my issues in a timely manner. Very professional and clean location. Was very happy with the work and they got it fixed when they said it would be fixed. Great job folks. I hope I don't need you anytime soon but will be back if I do.

I recently had the pleasure to repair my SUV at the Caliber Collision Center in Lewisville,Tx and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. In particular,Mr. Dough's dedication to ensuring the quality of workmanship and his exceptional customer service skills truly set a high standard in the industry. After my car got rear ended, I brought my car here to this location. The friendly staff and kept me up to date with repair process and notified me of unforeseen delays when waiting for the new parts to arrive. They replaced and repainted the rear bumper, touched up paint around the rear door and latch as well as replaced some trim pieces and the badges on the rear. Car was washed and inside was detailed or cleaned thoroughly. The overall experience was awesome and I would highly recommend this location. They pay attention to detail and make sure you are satisfied. 10/10Service: Body & Trim

Avoid, not very good at all. They treat you like a number than as a customer. Everything seems rehearsed and per a script than a true customer focused experience. Moreover, the work takes longer than expected and in my case I was shocked to learn that my repairs were not fully complete on the day I arrived to pickup my car. They laid on me as a surprise that there is a backorder part for which there is no scheduled receive date. It doesn't seem like good business practice to me to make the customer wait such a long timer for backorder parts and surprise them at the end with this information. My car was also rather dirty on the day I picked it up. Recommend a different shop/location rather than this one if you want the work to be done by Caliber.

Received a quote here for some minor dents and scratches on a door on an aviator. They came back with $4900. Took the car to another caliber collision just to compare and the quote came back at $1900.This location seems to take advantage of people, in my opinion. $3000 is quite the difference on such a minor job.Keep in mind, these places have quotas .

They fixed my car perfectly even gave it back a little cleaner than I left it. They kept me updated on the progress calling or texting me every week. My car looks almost new again.

Quick review here. Read the whole thing. I have also submitted a review on carwise, a review which they sent me to take.I was in an accident and hit from behind that was not my fault. The other drivers insurance was paying for the repair.Here are the Highlights of my issues:5/26 - attempt to pickup truck- I was informed repairs were complete- check engine light was on6/2 - attempt to pick up truck again- three issues:Paint, tail pipe, interior6/3 - attempt to pick up truck again- paint and interior still not correct6/4 - picked up truck then noticed- Interior still not correct- Buffing compound on bed6/8 - brought truck back to shop6/10 - picked up truck- washed and interior corrected- this is the first time my vehicle was actually washed when I picked it up6/13 - I attempt to wash and find more issues, sent another email to a Jay and messaged him directly through there text-app program6/15 - bring truck back- paint still not correct and another interior issueJay Richardson was my adjustor and point of contact originally.6/2 - the first time I actually got to see my truck and was walking around it I was literally rubbing dirt and grease off of it. Dirt and grease off of the new bumper they installed! This obviously started to agitate me and as I continued to walk around I found more issues like the dent in the tail pipe and paint blobs in the clear coat. I unfortunately don t have pictures of these first paint imperfection. I asked Jay the same question 3 times and he got so frustrated with my attitude he walked away and went back inside. I want to clarify my mother was there and has joined me in each adventure to and from the shop. Neither of us could believe he would just walk away from a customer who is simply pointing out flaws in their work.I truly believe if you are going to charge my insurance over 16k for repairs, they should be done correctly the first time. I understand an imperfection here and there but when your own GM can spot the mistakes in the paint, like he did on 6/3, this is truly unacceptable.Thankfully I have a second vehicle and only live 12 minutes away or these trips back and forth would have cost me a fortune in Uber s.Kenneth, the GM at this location, has had to step in the last few times I have interacted with the shop as Jay would not respond to my messages within their own system or emails.In the end my repair is done but I have spent an excessive amount of time going back again and again for repairs that should have been done correctly the first time.6/19 - emailed the communitymanger in the comment below

The help these guys have provided is one of the best. From the very first moment I called, the lady over the phone was very easy going & respectful. They ve kept me informed every step of the way. There was no need to worry or have to find out what was going on. Horrible experience. The vehicle was in shop for almost 3 months. When I got it back. Damage was done to the rear bumper. Paint job was not completed. Damage to the trunk. Mirrors installed incorrectly. Front windshield leaks water. Windows are dirty along with the interior. I chose this place due to my insurance for my collision repairs after being in a car accident Nov 2021. I could not get my car in until January 2022. They took my car on January 18th and after my car being back and forth until May with continued issues, I decided to simply just deal with it and quit taking it back for repairs. Brandi was the beginning service rep and this is why everything went wrong. The estimate/insurance claim was to replace from drill/bumper but yet wear and tear marks were still on the replaced car parts charged for and painted over. She said this is normal, not my first rodeo. She also continued to tell me issues happening were there when I brought my car in, which was false and she could never prove with photos. The list goes on with things wrong with my car: dent not repaired, marks still on back bumper that was painted, wear and tear on tire trims, tires placed incorrectly on car, audio not working, lights not working, broken windshield, mud splash guards ripped, nothing bolted in place, broken car parts on the inside of car, missing car piece on top of car, torn up battery and fuse box after they damaged and blew fuses in my car. Long story short, my car kept coming back to me more damaged than the accident that took place initially for repairs. Parts were damaged that weren t even involved in the accident.Someone who can t place tires on a car correctly, simply shouldn t be working at a Caliber Collision. We had to take my car to a different location to resolve most issues but they just had to keep trying to fix the initial unsuccessful attempts to repair the car correctly. It needed to be started over completely or taken to Lexus. Also, Jessica in the front should not be in a customer service job. She rolls her eyes and ignores your concerns trying to force you to sign paperwork, take your car and just leave, rather than addressing issues. She also returned my rental and told them to come take my car asap when my car wasn t completed which led to me not having a rental. I then had to drive my car with the tires on incorrectly for the weekend and damaged my car even more. Her and the enterprise guy told me that I wasn t a paying customer so I didn t deserve the rental. I m pretty sure having insurance doesn t mean I m not a paying customer. Since I m not paying out of pocket I get different service?Upper management and directors work hard to make customers happy and I hate that they can t have better teams working for them. I would not trust this location. I have had way better experiences at other Caliber locations and these issues were frustrating for months.Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim
