Super pleased with my experience with Caliber Collision Flower Mound. Having a car in the shop isn't exactly my (or I'd imagine most people's) favorite thing to deal with, but Jennifer was awesome and kept me informed with any updates or changes throughout the process. The repairs look great & they got it back to me a week earlier than expected. Highly recommend!!

Brandon was really good to work with. Provided great updates and promised and car is back and I m happy. They also assured me that if any issues are found with their work to bring it back and they will take care of it. Their work is warranted.

Calliper Collision on 407 near 35. Did a fantastic job on my car it looks brand new! They were exceptional to deal with from drop off to pick up! Car was ready when they said it would be and were great communicators throughout the process. I can t recommend them highly enough!

Wonderful techs and customer service who always updated frequently and answered any questions I had. They did an amazing job on my infinity making him look like a new car after my collision! Would recommend for any repairs you need, they will get the job done, asked for Frankie best tech out there!!

Well, I would reduce the stars for how extended the schedule is - no more dropping by for an estimate. Three to four weeks out for an appointment to get estimate. But they do a great job once you get there and it isn't their fault so many bad drivers exist.

Great service, knowledgeable and were able to get us our vehicle back early. Have used the shop twice now and both experiences were excellent. Highly recommend. Plus a great warranty on the work.

Frustrated with quality of service, lack of professionalism, cleanliness of vehicle when returned, length of time it took to repair, and lack of customer service.I dropped off my vehicle after the first week of May to receive paintless dent repair from hail storm. After several delays and the pushback of my pickup date, I received my vehicle one month later. My car was missing the hood insulation parts, the trim around my windshield was popping out, there were still dents on the hood, in the inside windshield and sunroof had a greasy residue smeared by gloves. My rear dash cam had the wire pulled and the camera was now unaligned.I communicated this to Raymond, the manager, of all of these issues, but it took him over 2 weeks to respond with a solution. He told me to not write a review and to wait until we can get it resolved. When I told her about the dirty windshield, he laughed and asked if I tried cleaning it myself... I'm thinking to myself that I should not have to clean up after them, especially when they're getting over $15,000 worth of revenue from my car. Raymond also had tobacco and was spitting as I was having a conversation with him on the driveway of the business. I could tell Raymond did not like it when I told him that I need that windshield to be cleaned before I pick up the car. Completely unexcusable behavior.After getting the missing pieces replaced, I got into my car and trash was thrown in the passenger seat and they did not remove the sticker off the outside of the windshield and the inside windshield was still dirty.I paid a separate company to professionally detail the interior of my car to clean up after caliber collision.I have been more than patient as this process started in February when I scheduled my appointment and it's now mid-august and we're still not to a full resolution. I've had to ask off several days of work to make to pick up my vehicle, even though caliber at the last minute said it was not ready over and over. I have escalated this to the general manager Tony of this location any hands the job back down to Raymond. There's a reason why I stepped over Raymond's position to get the job done. I will not take my business back to this location because it's clear they cannot get the job done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The repair experience was the best. The front desk staff and my service tech were awesome! They were very attentive and took care of our vehicle quickly and washed my vehicle and cleaned the interior as well!!

They provided excellent service, staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. Jennifer, our representative was especially very helpful, providing updates on the work to our vehicle which we truly appreciated very much. In addition, Jennifer went above and beyond to get a door issue fixed which she put a technician to work on so that I would have the vehicle returned to me quickly. My wife and I would like to thank Caliber Collision in Flower Mound for incredible service and restoration of our passenger door on our Lexus 350ES which came into contact with a mailbox unexpectedly on a very dark road a few days after Christmas. As you can see, it is 1/27/2021. The encounter with the mailbox was on 12/26/2020. The before and after pictures says it all! Beautiful job done by Frank! Exceptional professionalism by Kristi at front desk and Jennifer who was our contact person was simply brilliant. I took the car in on 12/28 and picked it up today, 1/7. It was done on time promised by Jennifer! Overall customer service and repair quality was terrific!

Caliber really takes care of their customers. They send regular text updates, even when the update is just that they re waiting on a part. They are kind and courteous. They do what they say they re going to do and they make the whole process super easy for their customers.

Work done on vehicle was great. Staff friendly and professional. Only complaint was when they disconnected and reconnected battery they failed to tighten negative terminal. After picking it up tried to start car and it didn't start. Contacted them and informed them. Other than that very satisfied.

These guys do it right the first time! My vehicle was at a different Caliber location due to the large number of vehicles in repair. Had the worst experience with them. The receptionist at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called in and attempted to schedule a repair. She directed me to an incorrect website and wasted an entire day causing me to delay my repair. I called another Caliber location I had used in the past on business 121 and they were able to assist me immediately. Should have gone there the first time. The 407 location was just closer to my house. Won't make that mistake again.

Troy, Kyle, and the guys at Caliber Collision really came through for us at Freedom Marine. We needed a trailer painted on the fly for a boat we had coming in, and the Caliber team did an amazing job in a short amount of time! Thank you Caliber Collision!!

They did an ok job on the repairs. A section was off with the repair and when I brought it to their attention they nicely blew it off. Also, the communication was pretty poor. They were hard to reach in person and seemed to prefer email and auto replies. Nice enough in person but the overall experience was pretty meh

I had great customer experience at this place. We have a radiator issue with my car during last Friday holiday season and went to see this place. Kyle the manager was really nice and took care of the whole thing and rental car while my car got fixed. Terry who inspected my car immediately figured out the issue and explained next steps. They all are amazing. Truly have personal touch from reception to the manager Kyle . I was little stressed with car issue and the place is a big relief on my stressful day. Thank you all. I have to include the enterprise car person who took care of my rental car is also so nice. Overall amazing job guys. customer experience is 5 out of 5. Thank you all for being at your best. Hope you all had great thanksgiving.
