Excellent service. I got updates every week about the progress on my car repairs. This is very convenient, since I didn't have to worry about calling. The repairs were finished sooner than anticipated. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

They did a great job. The delay was mostly because Nissan has a one piece tailgate. My only issue was that they left the broken pieces that were replaced on my back seat. I have leather seats, so that rubbed me wrong. But there was no damage done. It is possible that they were trying to get my car back to me, and forgot. Outside of that, excellent work, and great service. Thank you, Brandon!

Second time using Caliber collision for my repairs. I appreciate Robert, the receptionist and the manager. They all made sure my husband and I were content with the services done to my car. There was a small issue that got fixed immediately. Customer service was awesome and they kept me up to date on everything being done at the time it was being performed. I had a small scratch and dent on my 2022 Ford Mustang, and the touch up kit with the proper paint code was only available through Ford for an astronomical price. The branch manager Alan offered to take a look for me, and actually free of charge buffed out as much of the scratch as possible, and offered advice on the dent as well. Now it's hardly noticeable compared to before. Very knowledgeable and helpful guy. The front desk clerk walked me through the process of getting the origina Ford paint for as little as possible also. If I ever find myself needing collision repair they'll definitely have my business. Good, honest shop. I've posted before and after photos of the damaged area.

Alan was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I feel he went above and beyond to make me happy. My car was finished two days before the estimated completion date. The receptionist was also amazing. She was on top of everything, knew exactly who I was and took great care of me, too. Unfortunately I was in a crash, and the insurance sent me to Caliber Collision for an estimate, The service was so kind and professional so I decided to take advantage of this service to fix my car. I'm so happy with their service, very recommended!

Fantastic experience. Please bring your car here you will not be disappointed. The customer service is beyond what you could imagine. They are communicative, reliable, and honest. Brandon was the gentleman who kept me updated on my cars progress and I think he s a rockstar. Good service is so hard to find. Andrew the manager is also someone who deserves a shoutout. Fantastic! I couldn t be happier with my vehicles repairs and I encourage you to take your car there if you need repairs.

My experience with caliber was great. Robert gave timely updates and had the car ready before the estimated completion date. The car looks great, like nothing happened. I d definitely recommend Caliber for any repair work.

I want to publicly thank Andrew for his kindness, the degree to which he went above and beyond for me, and the extent to which he took care of my vehicle in such a timely fashion.I originally brought my vehicle here in 2018, and I was never happy with the repair/had constant issues and legitimate warranty concerns.Andrew has repainted and fully replaced the original repair and this time my car actually does look like it did when I bought it. My bumper isn t sticking out and I m not having to constantly advocate for this to be done right.I really thought after my experience with this shop in 2018 that I would not use Caliber again, but I can honestly say that if I could work with Andrew personally on any future repairs for my vehicles, I would choose him every time. He is such a nice human on top of everything with the best attitude, and he made sure I had my vehicle back in the timeline that we initially planned.Andrew: my Prius looks amazing. Thank you for your integrity, for caring, and for making sure this got fixed correctly for me this time. Thanks also to Elliott for delivering my vehicle to me at home. Alan and Andrew were incredible in helping me with my F-150 truck's broken side mirror.Right from the start, Alan's attentive approach made me feel at ease. He patiently explained the repair process and addressed all my concerns with genuine care, especially since I was working with insurance.Their efficiency was remarkable. They wasted no time in working on my truck and kept me informed throughout the speedy repair process. I have had the opportunity of using Caliber for repair work. Front desk staff, KeeKee was amazing as was Andrew, the GM and Robert, the advisor. I was having work done that was both using insurance and out of pocket at my cost. I was kept in the loop through the entire process, including during a part backorder and a custom part that was no longer available through KIA. The entire team was so helpful in getting my car back quickly, despite hold-up with supply-chain. Prices were fair and reasonable for the work I had done. Due to issues getting parts my repair took much longer than expected but both Brandon & Andrew kept me informed the whole time and even worked overtime to get my car back to me as soon as possible because I was moving out of state. This is the 3rd vehicle I ve taken to this location so needless to say I trust them with repairs. The only reason for 4 stars is because there isn t much interaction anymore, everything was communicated via text message and unfortunately did not include specifics so I wasn t fully informed and aware of the actual status of my vehicle. I understand in our current climate that businesses are busy but if I have to call to get more information it s still taking time from the assigned associate. I appreciated the original personal and personable contact I received when I took my first two vehicles and I missed it this time around.

10/10 recommend. Every one there is wonderful. From beginning to end, they were so nice, kept me informed and were just amazing. My car was even finished before estimated. If I ever need work done again, this is the only place I will go. I have no complaints and don t see why anyone would. Thank you to Robert and the rest of the staff!!

My car was dropped off there and they ran into some issues getting parts. I was a little freaked out at first but the General Manager Andrew called me and talked me through it. They were able to locate the parts and get me on my way. The great repair work and friendly staff was just a bonus! I definitely recommend this shop for their prompt service and honest communication!

Robert and the guys at this location are awesome! I called to ask about panel clips that had broken on my driver's side door. Robert told me to come in so they could take a quick look at it. I stopped in and was helped right away! The guys knew exactly how to affix the clips to ensure the panel would snap back in and stay! I'm so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received here!

Outstanding job. Andrew may be one the most professional customer care people I have ever dealt with. My entire experience was painless and Andrew kept me up-to-date on all steps during the process. I was going to take my daughters vehicle to another location closer to my home for additional work and regretted it immediately. My Experience withCaliber Collision was awesome!! I would most definitely recommend this company. The guy I worked with, Robert, was amazing! He called every week giving me any updates. Robert made me feel at ease , like I knew my car was in good hands. The front desk lady was amazing also!! I expected them to have my car much longer than they actually had it, which of course was awesome. I Pray I don t have anymore accidents, but if I do lol, Caliber would most definitely be the company I choose to do the job. Caliber Collision in Lewisville, TX on 121 is the best! Thank you guys for all you ve done!?

There outstanding. I bought a Toyota Camry LE and if it wasn't for them I would not have known it was involved in 3 other accidents. Someone tack welded the underneath of the car. I have bought 4 car's from My New Used Car. I always been a good customer but Jonathan the owner sure sold me a lemon this time. I returning the car I wont get my deposit back but we live and learn. Some people would rather screw you over than to have a good repeat customer. My insurance will not insure all the places he rigged. Don't go to that place you would be better off buying from someone on the street.

The GM and his team are the absolute best there is! My mechanic, Andrew, kept me apprised of all work performed throughout. He was very friendly and even went in on his day off, during our Apocalyptic freeze up, to call me, & update me on repairs and parts ordered! These guys know what they're doing, and I would highly recommend them to everyone one I know. They went above and beyond for me, and werevery compassionate about my situation! I can't sing their praises enough! More than happy with their outstanding job on my car, and stellar customer service! They've got a customer for life, with me! My friend curb checked too hard in front of this location and popped her tired while we were on our way to a work event. The staff was friendly and helpful and helped change our tire. It was 105� outside they gave us water and had us wait inside. Shout out to Micky and Elliot!

This place is too weird! I must be a glutton for punishment because I had a choice of office to take my car!! After initial assessment for quote I waited almost 3 weeks before I called to bring my damaged car in for repair that girl couldn t find me in there system, this was after they promised to call me. I made appointment showed morning of and she couldn t me. It was just one bad experience. That place is so disorganized I am literally worried about my car. Fingers crossed my car is being work on. I got 2 messages stating repair has started but progress haven t changed messages are a week apart. They did a great job on my car but I will only add 1more star customer service is that important .
