Found by total accident or maybe it was fate! I purchased an Audi R8 from this location and from delivery to service these guys aren t just too notch, they re setting new bars for others to aspire to. I called 24 hours after my purchase and was swiftly called back by management to handle the situation. I live out of town but without missing beat they said not a problem, we ll get you taken care of I love my new (to me) ride so glad I chose to stop by and to go back the next day to purchase!

This is a GREAT company that provides a phenomenal customer experience! I bought a 2018 Mustang GT a couple weeks ago from Johnny and couldn t ve had a seamless experience start to finish. I called in asking if they had the mustang, he said yes, set the appointment and within 24 hours I got the keys to my new ride! Thank you to all of the staff that was involved with my purchase! You guys are awesome!

The owners, Tristan and Johnny, run the business with integrity and pride themselves on customer satisfaction. You can walk in and not have to worry about the pressures of buying a car. They are transparent with sales price, so you don t have to worry about hidden or unexpected fees when finalizing your purchase. I purchased my 2020 procharged mustang GT from Autopark Dallas. Johnny reached out to me instantly after putting in my credit app. I live in Georgia and he walked me thru the whole process of buying & getting it delivered to me in Georgia. He was always very communicative & professional the whole process. I got an amazing car and I had an amazing experience the whole process. While looking at cars Johnny was very helpful with information and didn't try to pull anything like other dealerships do. It felt like I was talking to someone that was actually interested in cars and what was an amazing experience and I love the Focus RS he sold me. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here if they are car enthusiasts.

Personally, I am not one to write reviews, but these guys definitely deserve it! Took a visit yesterday to have a look around and went home with this masterpiece. Tristan and Jose were absolutely helpful in every aspect. They even stayed late with me to make sure they covered every single question Id have. 10/10 shopping experience here. Johnny did an amazing job helping me out pick out my dream car out of their amazing cars in their inventory. Purchased my corvette here and the process was super easy and a great experience. From sales to finance you couldn t get a better team that are all very friendly and helpful. This by far was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They have so many beautiful cars at their location it is hard to choose. Nice guys, very knowledgeable. Car was delivered in a timely manner and they were great help with financing options. Couple gripes. Damage was noted on the Carfax report, I asked where it was and said they couldn't even tell. The car literally had glue/tape right by the front quarter panel and hood on the drivers side. 30 second inspection underneath and it was obviously a replacement panel (and not done well). Start up the vehicle after being told its turn key. You could hear the whipping noise from a broken exhaust manifold instantly. I would have purchased the car either way. Just be more transparent. We get they are used and will have some issues. There's no need to falsify the state of the car, especially when customers are buying it online. With all that said I would buy from them again due to ease of purchase.

The guys at AutoPark Dallas were super easy to work with. I traded them in a unique 427r Roush Mustang after being lowballed by a Ford dealer. They understood its value and matched what I wanted for it. They made the process seamless, even without buying a car from them. Tristan and Jay were cool guys on top of it all. I recently purchased this badass 2018 Mustang GT that was modified front to back from Johnny. I really appreciate him letting me walk their floor without following me around and making me feel pressured to buy. Once I had my eyes on my dream car, I enjoyed working with him and his team to make the deal happen! Completely ignorant and uneducated on car prices. Every one of their vehicles are overpriced regardless of the shape it s in. Completely disappointed I can t get my dream car. They want $5,000 more than the car is clearly worth, if they spent 2 minutes checking prices of other vehicles that were sold this wouldn t be a problem. 100% the people that shouldn t own and operate a dealership.

Our salesman was Jay he was a super nice guy and helped us out. They have a lot of great cars and they let us look at all them while we were there. Fair pricing and very honest. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to buy a sick car.

I can t believe the lies on their response.I can only suggest to others that you read the other reviews to determine what type of business and persons that you could possibly be dealings with. I have all the documents and the text from Nick to prove that they are not being honest. I would like to communicate that I can only advised that you do NOT purchase a car from Auto Park Dallas. I had plan to fly there to test drive the car, but unfortunately, I got COVID. Johnny assured me that if there was anything not right with the car when it arrived, that they would take care of it. Well, this is NOT the case. When the car arrived, I noticed some minor things wrong with the car, such as no antenna, the rear view mirror was loose, so it would wobble. Then one major thing was when I started the car, it was so loud, I couldn't believe it. I asked about this and was told, no it's normal. There was nothing normal about how loud this vehicle was. Then to top it off, we had rain that day and night, and when I woke up the following morning, both front seats were soaked with water. Then when I drove the car, when you would press the breaks, the entire care would shake. It was clear that this business did not go over the car to ensure that it was in good condition to sale. I called several times and Johnny assure me that a manager would be contacting me, but I had to call again and when I reached a manager, he told me: "I am went customers and therefore, I will have to reached back out to me in a couple of hours". I communicated to this manager that he was speaking to a current customer that paid cash in advance and he didn't have the time to talk with me regarding the issues with the car. Then I posted, a honest review online and then Nick, one of the owners reached out to me and talked a good game. The bottom line he wanted me to change the review, etc. Later, we went back and forth. I told him that I had the mirror, antenna and exhaust fixed, which was I had to purchase an antenna and exhaust. The exhaust had been modified where it did not have mufflers, etc. Wow! Then I brought the car to have the top looked at and I was inform that the convertible top needed to be replaced, $2K. I reached back out to Nick and he later said, that he would pay me $1K, but I would have to sign a document and change the review to good instead of bad. I hate to say, but I agree to this, and I still had to have the breaks looked at. Well, I took the car to a brake shop and was first told that it would cost $650.00 to replace the rotors and pads. However, when they tried to install them it would not fit. The car had been so modified that they couldn't determine which rotors and pads would be required and therefor, they could only suggest to change it back to stock, which will cost $1500.00. Again WOW! I reached back out to Nick, hoping that I would at least recover $1K, but never heard back from him. I share this review, not to hurt Auto Park, but to warn others that I would NOT recommend you purchase a car from these people, unless you go see it in person, test drive and then have a good mechanic look at it top to bottom. After reading at least 100 reviews on this place, I had to do what was right and not accept the $1K and for me to lie. I read where another gentlemen had lost his wife and purchased possibly his dream car so that it would help with the hurt of his lost, and he too purchase a car that was not what they claimed and paid the price, just unbelievable. It is clear to me that these people detail the cars they purchased and put them for sale, without going through them like other top notch dealerships. Here are items to date wrong with the car: rear view mirror, exhaust, antenna, brakes, convertible top. Nick the owner told me that this is a used car and you can not expect for it to be new, I told Nick I agree, I have purchased over 40 used cars, but not once, has anyone lie about the car, and did not provide customer service if something was wrong. Again, AutoPark Dallas can not be trusted, so please be careful! God Bless!

Everyone there, especially Jay and Nick, are condescending and liars. Their nasty replies to paying customers in their reviews tells you everything you need to know. Pretty sure they delete reviews too! :) DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. LOOK AT THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. Lied about EVERYTHING on the car I purchased. After just two years, the catalytic converters, struts, shocks, steering rack AND transmission ALL WENT OUT. They knew these issues were present and still put the car out on the floor for $30,000 ($20,000 to fix all the problems. car wasn t even worth $10,000) When i called them about my problems they said we hope you learned your lesson . NO JOKE WORD FOR WORD THATS WHAT THEY SAID. Then they tried to force me to sign an NDA if they gave me $100 gift card. I got this all on voice recording and was planning on taking this to court. Unfortunately it never happened because too much time passed. I hope my story can ward off potential buyers. They seem nice and trustworthy but they re SUPER manipulative. They need to check themselves before they wreck themselves screwing over HIGH paying customers, they ll get sued one day mark my words. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.
