Service advisor Mike Malone always gives the highest quality service even when his garage is packed. If the repairs get tied up that no longer meet my schedule, they adapt to get what they can done to return the vehicle. Shuttle could be a little better organized but grateful for the service when you need to leave the vehicle all day.

I just don t understand why this service center overcharge almost every service. I had a passenger side view mirror that needed to be replaced. So I called the service center and they quoted me a price of $150-160 labor charge to replace it. I took time off with my family member and dropped my car off at 7am for this repair and told them to try and prioritize my car since i have to drive out of town. At around 11am I get a text from the service advisor that it will be $209 to repair it. I ask them why the price is so much more and they said that is the price. They asked me who I spoke with over the phone and I did not know the name. They said this is the price at the labor technician is quoting and he says it will take 1.1 hour worth of work to repair this. I called Abilene Honda and they quoted $145 to repair it and said it will take only 1 hour of work. I have no idea how Honda Lewisville says it will take 1.1 hour of work. The only logical explanation is they overcharging me. And what makes me angry that they quoted a different price over the phone and both my time and the person who dropped me off. Loyalty means nothing to them and we bought all three cars from the dealership and have always done service here. Very disappointed with this location and will probably never go here again

Had a great experience buying a used car from AutoNation!. Very responsive to communication and answered all questions I had. The transaction was very easy.Would be 5 stars but I do feel like their process makes wait times pretty long and my in dealership experience could have been better. I had to ask what was going on a few times and I was not very confident in some of the promises. Overall I'd buy from this dealer again!

Express oil change took 1.5 hours with appointment while I waited at dealership. Service advisor allowed my car to sit 20 minutes in pickup area before I decided to approach him to check me out. My paperwork included $877 of recommended services for my next visit without explanation if they were Honda required or AutoNation recommendations (upsells). Honda s business model change to control service from dashboard codes vs. maintenance schedule listed in manual is unfair practice. Buyer beware!

So far I liked their service, they assisted with what type of service can be helpful and what are recommended. And uploading photos and videos with mechanic explaining about the issue and this service would be best. And leaving up to customer to go with service or not. I felt good. And also they provide to and fro transportation which is good.

I have been servicing my Hondas at Autonation Honda for over 20 years. The key reason I go there is because of Mike Malone. He is my service advisor and is wonderful. He is pragmatic and a true consultant. I trust his opinion.

Cynthia was amazing! Very bubbly and attentive. I received frequent updates on my vehicle and detailed recommendations for additional services. I felt empowered to decide when I have the additional services completed vs. being pushed to have everything done on the spot. I will definitely be going back.

My service writer, Mike Malone, was great. Needed new tires and he got Michelin Defender 2's for me. They are great! Quieter with a much more comfortable ride plus they are very highly rated in Consumer Reports. Much better tire than what I had.

I had to take my car for a oil leak at this location. My service advisor Peter Hensley was amazing. He went above and beyond my expectations. He kept me updated throughout the repair process. Really appreciate the good customer service. Will highly recommend my Service Advisor and this location.

Very poor service, but the employees were very kind and as helpful as possible. I had a 7 am appt. When I called at 4 pm no one had even looked at the car I had to pick it up. I brought it in the next day and had to rent a car at my expense for 3 days. I purchased a passenger sideview mirror from the dealer a year or two ago. The skull cap fell off and was replaced at no charge. The skull cap fell off again, The technician documented the part was faulty, but the Dealer would not take responsibility and wanted to charge me $650 for their mistake. Thankful there are other Honda dealers I can go to. I will never darken the doorway of this Dealership again.

I had a great experience for the first time buying my car at Autonation Honda Lewisville. I got such a great deal on my certified pre-owned Honda Civic. Hector helped me and taught me a lot. He gave me advice on credit and refinancing and went the extra mile talking to me like an actual person and not just a customer. The process was smooth overall and made me feel confident in my decision. I drove 40 mins to shop here for a specific vehicle and ended up leaving with an even better deal. I actually got rear ended a week into having my car and immediately brought it back to the dealership. Their collision department fixed and handled everything for me.

My recent experience with Honda was extremely unpleasant. I had scheduled an appointment to view a specific car, but upon arrival, the salesperson who confirmed my appointment was absent. Instead, another salesman attempted to push a different vehicle on us. After waiting for 20 minutes, he informed us that the car we desired had already been sold. This salesman's demeanor was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Their manager was equally unhelpful and dismissive of our needs. They were determined to sell us what they wanted, regardless of our preferences. This entire ordeal resulted in a wasted two hours of our time. While this was not my first interaction with Honda, it was by far the most frustrating and unpleasant experience I've had with the brand.

First time service customer. I scheduled the night before online with ease. Upon arrival checked in about 10 minutes. I had a emission's warning displaying on dashboard. I was kept up to date on the progress of service repair and provided with an ETA. I was provided optional service suggestions. My Ridgeline truck is now fixed before lunch.

Visited last week for an oil change and used their express service. Michael was professional and kind. The entire service took a little bit more than an hour. Also, it's a plus that target is in a walkable distance (5 min) so you can actually get some shopping done while waiting.

AutoNation Honda Lewisville Service Center is a good service department. I took my Honda Odessey Van to have it checked for the rattling noise coming when driving on a bumpy road surface. The Service Advisor Mr. James Norris assigned to my vehicle was very curteous, friendly but professional, was very patient & listened carefully to my vehicle service needs and he appeared knowledgeable. Mr. Norris explained to me what could be possibly causing the rattling noise after taking a ride in the vehicle and took care of my vehicle problems diligently. I would recommend AutoNation Honda Lewisville Service Center for anyone.

Visited AutoNation Honda for servicing, and I'm impressed! The staff was efficient, although I didn't get the service in the end because not being covered under insurance. The service team was friendly and addressed all my concerns!

Bad experience 2 different sales people had been holding the same honda pilot for 2 weeks for 1 customer to purchase it & i came in there with money to purchase it & they chose to continue to wait for him. So the next day I text back to tell my sales guy that I works take the other more expensive suv & he never replied back to me. They're horrible there!

Smooth process, no haggling or dealer add ons for a used car purchase. Autonation should be your first stop when looking for a Honda.
