These guys fixed my car when everyone else just talked I had a problem with my Tahoe. It was making super annoying grinding sound coming from the wheels or under the car. I called three dealers and one auto repair shop. I explained my issue. Every single one wanted my car for few days to do diagnostics, evaluation etc.. I have had bad experience with dealers so I was hesitant. I researched online and it seemed to be an issue hard to diagnose.. I was desperate and sound was driving me crazy.This car shop straight up suggested to look under the car to see if there is an issue with wheels or something else. They drove it/ debated for a bit and were able to find the cause!!! They didn t need expensive diagnostics and didn t offer me to replace half of transmission system.. they fixed the issue.I m very thankful.

This is the 3rd time I've used Automotive & Diesel Services. Every time I have brought in my 1999 F350 I have been more than impressed. I never have to wait long for service, the prices are very fair and they keep you updated throughout the entire process. The customer service here is phenomenal, but beyond that the quality of work that they do deserves more than the allotted 5 star rating. I have had older diesels my entire life and there are a lot of auto shops out there that will run your price, run the list of repairs and halfway fix the problem. This is NOT one of those shops! I cannot speak highly enough about my experiences here and I will never take my truck anywhere else for repairs. I am a customer for life, thank you Ginger and Alex you guys and your crew are the best.

Very rude when doing my inspection. Gave me a fake failed inspection. Went to an actual professional shop and I passed. Please do not go here they are rude and dishonest. They will about your car to take your money.

I found this place on accident and haven't taken my vehicles anywhere else since. The employees here take great pride in their work and appreciate your business. The Owner Chris is always updating technology and equipment to stay competitive with other companies but keeping the prices fair for a "small town" feel.

After over 10 years of going here my car is on the road again after several different problems space over a month or so. Each one correct as per the sounds of the car and handling before and after. I go there because I know cars and don't have the time to do it myself. I don't go here because I want an espresso and my backside powdering. I do go here to get the job done and on occasion a laugh.I am not about to go into who I am or my accolades but after reading some of the comments on here I can not help but wonder who these people are.Its a real car shop, it does great work. Its one of those places you wished you knew about earlier when you eventually find it.

This place is a joke and they are crooks. They told me putting a lift on my truck would fix my problem. So I spent the 1500. And still had the same front end issue. So I took it back and he told me it was shocks. So they put shocks on my truck and the shocks were used shocks and the bolts fell off the shocks and The sharks he gave me didn t even fit my truck. worst place to take your car. I wouldn t refer nobody to this place.

I gave this place a 5 star review less than a year ago. I always had great experiences with them, but after sending my mother their way, I'm very disappointed. They charged her over $200 for a "tune-up" and computer diagnostics, yet didn't provide any details. Come to find out they only replaced her sparks plugs.

This place is awesome! Don't be deceived by the Automotive Diesel name...they work on all makes and models! Even Rv's!Had my brakes go ut in the RV...they got me in same day and back on the road to my destination. Good work, honest guys. I think I've found my new shop!

Great staff. I've been messed over by other shops. What I love about this place is the honesty. Chris will advise against doing the work if it is a bad deal. Been doing business here for several years and plan to keep doing business here for several more. And the receptionist is great

Honest, Flexible to my schedule, Efficient, Knowledgeable, Great Service, and Great Quality workmanship are only a few words that come to mind after my experience this past weekend. Ethan definitely knows how a business should be ran and has gained my future business for all of my future vehicle needs and recommendations from here on out. It's amazing how REFRESHING it feels to finally find an HONEST automotive repair shop.Oh and the lobby area when you walk in was nice. It had a very modern rustic look and feel to it, which was very welcoming.

From out of state day before Thanksgiving 2 in the afternoon. I drove in no appointment they got me right in starter issues figured out replaced starter took 30 minutes off labor. Very friendly very accommodating good honest place to get my truck worked on thank you very much david

My wife and are from RI and was passing through Lewisville when the alternator on our truck was acting up. We were towing a 30 foot Rv trailer and immediately got off the highway and found AA Automotive. The owner Chris & his wife were very pleasant and took us in right a way. Our total time there was about 1.5 hours NOT BAD AT ALL! New alternator at a very reasonable price. For outer-staters passing through we were very blessed.

Started out they were very nice about my 7.3 f250. The more I took it to them the more problems I experienced! Started when I had them help with a lift kit. They installed extension brake lines and now my brake light is on all the time. Like there is air in the line.. took it back to have the oil pan replaced! And rear main was leaking.. TRUCK RAN LIKE A BEAST until they took the motor out.. done me a favor and sealed seveal leaks.. front main.. and other places that was leaking.. replaced the turbo .. $1600 .. the whole time I thought Chris was a friend.. the truck after all this.. $4200 the truck still leaked like a siv .. took it back.. they said it's fixed.. still LEAKS the. The started fell off!! And the ground wasn't ever tighted up on the frame.. and the bran new oil pan has a huge dent in it!!! And it still leaks oil and runs like SH'T !!! Took it back and he said it's an injector.. another $700 for a injector and other stuff.. guess what.. TRUCK STILL LEAKS OIL AND I CANT DRIVE IT! I've had it over at Chris's at least 6-7 times.. cost me Everytime with no results!! Almost 5 grand and truck is parked and they can care less!! Their knowledge on diesels is super limited.. this shop has cost me everyway possible.. left me without a truck.. took my beast of a truck and has ruined it! Jacked up my hood.. jacked up my Dixie horn.. not to mention when the aligned it.. I ruined 2 $300 tires and had to spend $800 to have it aligned correctly!! And replacing tires! And the whole time.. I thought we were friends!!

This happened about 7 years ago, but I think it may still be applicable just by seeing some of the other negative reviews. I had to have my minivan towed to AA Automotive because the serpentine belt wouldn't stay on and I had a major gas leak that was not only giving me headaches when I drove, but it was extremely dangerous. AA Automotive was at the top of the list (alphabetically) and I was desperate so I gave them a call. The guy told me that one of my pulleys was tilted. It was easy to see that it was so I agreed to let him fix it. The guy was a little rough around the edges, but I'd never had to take my car in to get it fixed at that point so I figured it was the norm. I was in his office waiting for a coworker to pick me up when the guy actually asked me to turn around so he could check out my "pants". I was really nervous and uncomfortable so I tried to give a polite smile and didn't move. He then took a call from a buddy of his (I assume) and he actually used the word "n*gger" in the conversation. It was very confederate south. I went to pick up my car a couple days later and the serpentine belt was fixed. He charged me $100 additional to fix the gas leak. I never had problems with the serpentine belt on that car again, but the gas leak? Well that was a different stories. For $100 he slapped some JB Weld over the leak and called it a day. Well for those of you who don't know, JB Weld is like a metal like glue that will help temporarily fix certain cracks in your engine and such, however you cannot use it on gas leaks because there is too much pressure in the engine. I was mortified. The problem was worse than before. Luckily, that particular leak was listed in a recall by Chevy so I was able to get it fixed for free after that, but I'll never be back to give money to that misogynistic racist.

I've been having problems with my a/c they've been working to fix the problem. They believe they have the problem figured out and should be able to fix it once I have the time. They unlike the dealership get me in right away. And that means a lot !

Worst shop ever , not honest at all, thief's if you ask me they literally lied about what they said they had done to my vehicle, wouldn't ever go there if it was the only shop as a last resource. Honestly if you wanna get robbed this is the perfect place siutyourself

My Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed in from Grapevine. I thought it was the starter that went out. Brian found out what the problem was by 9:00am!! He called me it wasn't the starter but a couple of minor repairs. He had already ordered the parts and had it fixed by noon. These guys at AA Automotive know there stuff and how to treat their customer's right :) They are certainly my choice for anything that I need for my Jeep or my daughters Mustang.

Took my motorhome to Bob's RV service in Lewisville - turned into a nightmare - avoid them especially Jeff Myers.After recovering my vehicle, I took it to AA-Automotive, also in Lewisville, met Chris, Keith - they completed the repairs on time, on budget - good work, fair price. I recommend these guys. They repair cars, trucks, RVs and boats.

I m very disappointed I show up to get tires replaced on company truck this guy tell me he was going to put some bfgoddrich tires on the truck and wen they give the truck to me I found some china tires

After we were scammed out of $300 did some googling only to find out the owner of this place was arrested on Saturday for assault with a deadly weapon...needless to say Kharma feels good :)
