I was referred by one of my family members. I talked to Chris on phone, he was very polite and listened to the issues with my car. In the dealership place I was told that the battery was leaking and needed replacement along with the break pads. After Chris looked at it, he informed me that the battery is in good condition, need not to be replaced. He replaced the brake pads and the rotors. He was honest with the dealings and I got my car fixed on the same day. It was a great experience and it will be my go to place for car issues and I recommend this place!

Chris and Acute Auto Care have ALWAYS provided the best possible service with unmatched reliability !! As a single mom, I had no one trustworthy to care for my vehicles without taking advantage of me and making repairs that were unnecessary UNTIL a friend recommended Chris and Acute Auto Care. Chris has always been truthful and considerate of my financial state when recommending auto care. Chris was able to get our Honda HRV in quickly and his mechanic resolved the noise issue quickly! Great service and very reasonably priced! We ve used Acute Auto Care many times and have always been pleased.

Had a dash light on in my Nissan. Chris checked the codes and cleared them for me. Told me he thought that was all it needed. I kinda new what it was needing already. He told me to drive it and if it came back on bring it back. Was totally honest and up front with me. The best part was he didn't charge me anything or try to upsale me. I would highly recommend these guys. If I have any other issues I'll be back.

Accute is the type of shop, that you can trust what they are recommending actually needs done. I have been going to them for all my family vehicles for well over 20 years. Brandon and Chris are great. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors over the years.Everyone leaves happy.

I took my truck to Caliber and the said my right axle was leaking and that I need to replace the entire axle for over $2,000. I wanted a second opinion, so I brought it to Chris at Acute. He immediately sent me a picture showing me their poor misdiagnosis. Come to find out, it was my shock leaking on to the axle. He fixed it quick and fixed it right. If you want your vehicle fixed by a trustworthy mechanic, Chris is your guy. Highly recommended!

This place is friendly and quick they don't up sale you on stuff your car doesn't actually need like most big time repair shops and prices are very good here compares to those as well.

We ve been customers of Acute Auto for many years now. They ve always treated us fairly, and with kindness and courtesy. They do excellent and prompt work and always keep the customer aware of what s going on with the repair. I imagine they treat all their customers the way they d want their family treated. If you re a person with limited knowledge of cars, you can rest assured they will not take advantage of you, but more than that they care about their customers. I can t recommend them highly enough. Great service and fair pricing every time. Bring all our cars here. They can work on any vehicle and do a great and fair job.Always diagnose my issues and give me my options and let me know when it may not be worth it. Have brought all of our cars here rather than the dealer. Always feel we are getting the right answer and repair.Update: Just had a Catalytic Converter shield installed on my Prius. Acute has been my auto repair center for over well over 20 years now. Chris is a very knowledgeable service advisor and their mechanics have always done excellent work.I love the fact they offer loaner cars. They have worked my Toyota's, Vw's, Honda's and Mercedes over the years.They keep me current with the repair on with my car as well.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Chris and the team are absolutely amazing.I was nervous about finding a good mechanic and Acute Auto Care was recommended by friends as hands down the best service in the area.I would recommend Acute Auto to everyone without reservation. Perfect experience. I was rushing to find a mechanic in the area to fix some lug nuts on my tires and they did it no problem, were honest and fast. Chris at the front desk was super helpful and kind, definitely recommend to friends and family. Their waiting area was very cozy too.

Great service from these guys. We had rodent damage to some vacuum lines and ignition coil gaskets. They took care of it thoroughly and quickly. We'll be back for all our auto repair on our vehicles. I have found my new auto repair shop! I took my car in to have the engine checked out along with a wiper blade problem and received a clean bill and new quiet windshield wipers without being overcharged for any of it. Chris was friendly and explained everything to me. This is my new go-to repair shop because they're honest and don't try to take advantage of people--even old ladies that no nothing about cars!Services: Auto engine tuning, Wiper blade installation

Replaced front rotors on my Toyota 4 Runner - they do a could job of quoting prices, not adding things that do not need fixing. If they find a problem that costs, then they call before and give you the options. My Daughter recommended Accute Auto Care several years ago. We have been using them ever since. They will work with you to get the work completed, including putting on parts you may have already purchased, with some restrictions but fair. They do all work and will check in with you when things are done. Even helped me with recall knowledge to get some free work done at the dealership. Great bunch of guys, Chris can get the ball rolling for you.I have been using Acute Auto Care for many years. They continue to give me five star service in there when I Need them to answer questions and get me help. Great group, Very professional and very good at what they do.
