This store is ridiculous! Can t shop due to the carts shopping for online orders and they are rude will cut you off don t matter your age they don t care. They won t say excuse me nothing. Reach over you around you can t get down isles sometimes due to them. They tell you to use your phone and check prices cause you can. They are rude and also make ppl feel horrible about having to use electric carts. If you find a happy and friendly employee it s like 1-2 out of the whole store. Go to Lbbk they have a huge and better selection than LL store does for sure and so much friendlier

I really do like this Walmart better than the one on I-20. People seem to be nicer and it's a lot cleaner here.

This Walmart is so clean and the works we're so helpful and the other Walmarts can learn from this store and I can't say nothing bad about the Walmart and the pharmacy was the best pharmacy and the pharmacist when out of her way and got my pills switched from the Plainview pharmacy switched to this one again these people are friendly and very helpful

I ve lived here for a while now and have to say most of the staff here is wonderful but the online ordering crew and manager staff is lacking they are rude and are of no help. I ve ordered items from online only to have them marked with not available when I went into the store they had them. It is what it is but I guess I ll just have to shop in person to ensure I can do it myself.

Super helpful staff and accommodating... I went in at closing time and they never rushed me, helped me find my stuff, and helped me at the self checkout. In moving from Lubbock I've found that this Walmart is so much more organized, clean, and has staff that is a lot more knowledgeable and friendly. I also love the door greeter, or as he says "asset protection specialist" because he always remembers me, never hassles me, and is super funny! Good job Walmart Levelland

It was good until I asked a store employee if my stuff could be watched while I used the restroom i was told it was ok. So I went and used the restroom when I got out my stuff was gone.luckly a customer had turned it in at the customer service desk. When I asked the employee where my stuff was I don't know was all the employees would say. The employee said that my stuff was not his to watch because said employee had to watch the registers I said well then next time don't tell me you can if you can't. I started to leave when I was flagged down and given my stuff. After getting my stuff I left the store not happy being lied to and almost losing my stuff because of it.

I WENT THRU AUTOMOTIVE TO GET IN STORE AND WAITED OVER 15 MIN FOR SOMEONE TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME N EVEN THN HE COULDNT RING ME UP... WORST WALMART EVER

We did self checking! It was a new experience. They only had 2checkers lines , that's why we decided to go on selfcheck, I didn't take the lady's name but we asked if she could help us if we had problems with it. She was real unfriendly, didn't smile nor even cared,just went on,like she didn't care, no customer skills.She should be glad she is working for our Great!!Walmart

I felt very disrespected and not able to shop in peace because of loss prevention following me. I was friendly and cordial to staff spoke to them kindly yet I was followed like I was doing something wrong. I checked out at the register paid for my purchases every single one and still was looked at like I had done something wrong. only one employee was any sort of nice polite or kind. how sad.

To be honest second time I've been there and no tires but that's okay they ordered them. They're going to set them back until I'm ready for them which is awesome because I have a very busy schedule, my schedule prevents me from living a life worth living but I've said this before.....I believe is his name EC the manager honestly not sure what his name is but he's such a great manager I have no disagreement as to what he says my car needs I just agree and keep it moving because he knows more than I when it comes to vehicles I trust him.

This Walmart I guess it's okay the employees are pretty nice about helping you find stuff and helping you reach stuff however their management is always changing stuff around in the store to where you can never find what you're looking for so I am grateful that there's a map that you can look the item up as as long as you're able to find it on the map

Absolutely horrible customer service, nothing is ever stocked when I go!! and if you try to talk to management all you get is attitude, really wish they would just close this location or get a manager who actually cares about customer service !! The same thing I've been trying to buy for 3 weeks is still not stocked !!! When I went a few days ago they had associates spray painting shelves in the store!!! I couldn't even stay to shop I couldn't breathe!!!

Nice big store. Mostly self checkout but many lanes not operational. Out of Great Value Cheerios. Got one and only bottle of Downy FS frag. Free. No Nathan's FF hot dogs.

Need to be open overnight. The team that puts up stock was all over the store in all the aisles and in everyones way. Your online shopping pullers are a bunch of hateful and inconsiderate people that are also in everyone's way.

This is one of the older WalMarts in Lubbock and, being a few days before Christmas, it was poppin'! However, the one thing we REALLY appreciated was that this store had far more cashier lanes open than most stores. Idk about y'all, but I HATE "Self Checkouts". I mean, really! You're gonna make me pay for the groceries AND work for WalMart???Maybe I'm just a Grinch. Or maybe just tired. But it doesn't matter...I really despise those things.Why?? 'Cause it doesn't matter what items I'm purchasing....Flour to cereal, cranberries to underwear... I ALWAYS end up having to get some poor, overworked kid coming over to press the Yes-This-Lady-Is-Waaaayy-Older-Than-18 Button when I dare to buy some alcohol (gasp!). (Sure makes wrapping all those presents easier... )Oh, and I got into some great conversations with my fellow shoppers during the 1 hr.44 min waiting time in line. If I was braver, I would've popped the top on those canned margaritas and started a little line party for any other exhausted Christmas shoppers AND employees whose feet were hurting.That's itJust a Wally World.Take care, y'all!

Hard to conduct business when customer service doesn't answer their phones so you have to call Pharmacy to get them to transfer you. Managers! Get your team together and teach them what to do when the phone rings!

The gentleman at tire lube Express are amazing they did such a wonderful job in helping me put the donut on my vehicle I have a trimmer in my hands and so it's very difficult for me to do it myself. The folks at tire lube Express did outstanding job I would recommend anytime you need tires. To go into this location they're very knowledgeable they're very friendly to their customers and they treat you with respect.

This was my 1st time using this location. I ordered on the Walmart grocery app and picked up. It was fast ,easy and super convenient. The new best way to grocery shop! I will use this method from now on. The quality of fruit and veggies picked were good, I had a few things that were not available but i still had a great experience. The staff was kind and quickly retrieved my order and loaded it in my trunk. I didn't go inside so I don't know how clean or well organized the store is so I only gave 4 stars. Will update if I ever go inside.

I despise this place more than any other establishment in the world. On the plus side they still have some registers that are staffed. Being I m not on the pay roll I use them for the check out. They don t carry any clothes that fit. If your bigger round than your inseam look elsewhere. Meat prices are ridiculous, especially when you look at the quality.

They were out of stock of most flavors of Gatorade and Powerade. Their prices on Red bulls weren't bad though.

Many thanks to David and the other curbside pick up department staff at the Levelland Walmart. I have been quarantined. I needed groceries. They did my shopping. When I called from the parking lot for pick up, he brought it out to me quickly....even before my scheduled t slot. He was friendly and polite. Thank you so much for providing this service!

Me and my wife always come to this location because it is convenient,We were at this location 01/09/2022 We were helped by the Automotive Manager and service desk today would like to say they went beyond there services to help us resolve our issue this store will always be my first choice to shop,Its employeeike this that make you want to continue to return THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!!

Nice people and very helpful. The store is super clean! The veggies, fruits and meats are fresh and great quality. They recently renovated their cosmetics department and it is much easier to find all the best products plus there is always someone knowledgeable and courteous over there to answer any questions about the products, too. Awesome store and great location! :-)

Great place and I always seem to find what I look for which is not the same case when O moved to Lubbock. The repair guys are cool too and always got my car up and running. Rarely crowded when it comes to repair, and we'll maintains when it comes to the shopping part. Great place overall with great friendly staff.

Great place to go purchase food in all accessories you might want, but the only thing I have in the negatives is that they need more physical checkers. I just don't like checking myself out

I had a grocery pick up order and Sara was very helpful. She informed me she made sure the item they needed to substitute was taken off my order because I chose not to accept it. She was very nice and polite.

This Walmart is the most unorganized business in west Texas. They stuff the shelves so the store appears to have a decent selection. The only problem with that is the same product is on the shelf with multiple prices. For example I needed a new fire/Carbon Monoxide alarm. The exact same product was in three different places all with different prices from 10 dollars up to 50 dollars. I go to checkout and turns out it s 75 dollars. Just about every time I go in there this happens. It is extremely frustrating. All that can easily be avoided by simply putting the items in their correct spot.
