We ordered a 2024 Bronco several months back and got to pick it up from the dealership last week. The sales staff was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire ordering process. They even made sure the accessories I wanted were in stock by the time my vehicle got there. I got the vehicle I wanted and received an excellent experience from Smith Auto Family. We are customers for life!

Randy made our buying process so smooth & easy! Very honest, caring & humble person. Any questions we may have he continues to reply to us & shows us he really cares for his customers! We have bought several cars, but this was our first time to buy at Smith s Auto Family in Levelland, & we are so glad we did. Everyone was very friendly & not pushy at all! One of our best experiences. Definitely recommend Randy & Smiths Auto Family!

We actually enjoyed working with Jacob to help us make up our collective mind to buy a new vehicle. He was very kind and low-pressure. We are pleased with the Smith Ford experience. I only wish we were not coerced by our government to pay part of the expenses for EVs that don t help a non- problem that doesn t exist. Shame on car makers for bending to a liberal agenda.Good for honest family businesses.

I am a car haulerI delivered 2 vans to this location. I called a couple hours before I delivered and talked to a sales manager. He gave me perfect directions. Once I got there they came out promptly and checked the vans in.I noticed some merchandise that I ve not seen before and purchased it for a very reasonable price. The cashier was so nice and pleasant. After I purchased the items an older gentleman came up and said I had the wrong hat on. It was a UT hat and he asked me where was my TT hat. I said I didn t have one either me and he proceeded to give me a hat from their store. It s a very nice hat and the gentleman was so so nice.This place is what I expect from real Texas people.I hope this family business thrives and keeps the same values it has.

So, I live about 90 miles away from Smith Auto Family, but I go there for service even if it s only an oil change. Why? Because they have given me excellent service from the very beginning. I always get 5 star service.

Dakota Holden is a very easy salesman to work with. We did the majority of the deal online since we live 130 miles away. He made an offer and I made a counter offer. It was accepted immediately, no running to the manager. I would highly recommend Dakota and Smith Family Ford.

I went in without an appointment due to an issue I was having, they took the time to look at it immediately, they attempted to fix it then but it needed more time. They made an appointment for me. Thuis is a top notch dealership.

We purchased a used 2020 GMC Pickup from Smith Auto Family Ford this past Saturday. They were very nice to work with, Cade Doty was our Salesman and was able to get the process of purchasing our new vehicle quickly. We arrived and was driving my new Pickup home in 2 hrs. or less. Everyone involved with the process was very friendly and professional. I would recommend getting your next vehicle from them.

I have never bought a vehicle from a dealership that is 5 hours away before! My experience was seamless. Transparent. And the best part? They ll deliver it if you re an out of town customer! Family owned and operated which makes a big difference in your overall buying experience! My edge is easy to handle which is what my immediate need is and the features are amazing! Heated seats, heated steering wheel, Michelin tires, remote start, apple car play, SIRIUS for 6 months, lane assist and intelligent cruise. The ecoboost is awesome! Pricing and trade with Ford rebate were fantastic. They ll get what you re looking for and great to work with. Thank you Smith South Plains. Job WELL DONE!!!!

I recently had some maintenance done at your dealership on my 2022 F250. I was very happy with the service by Koy. He even checked for recalls on my truck and found that it needed an update on the computer system. I would definitely recommend your dealership to anyone that needs service. Thanks again!

Thanks to Smith Auto Family in Levelland I called the service department to setup service on my vehicle. I talked with Suzanne and setup a time to bring in my vehicle. She also scheduled a loaner for me.I brought my car in at the scheduled and was greeted with a very friendly staff. Suzanne introduced me to Sam who immediately got it on the service list. Suzanne completed the paperwork for the loaner and I was on my way.I was told it would take about three days for repairs and that is what it took.I very much appreciate the excellent care I was given. I will continue to recommend your company.Thank you and God bless you all.

Michael was friendly, respectful & attentive to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He took the time to show me several different vehicles and focused and what I wanted. He endured the 100 degree heat, stayed late and spent a considerable amount of time educating me on how to operate my new high-tech ride. Not to mention he took the time to sync my phone!!! That s going above & beyond, in my opinion!!! Thank you for putting the customer first !!

Just purchased a vehicle from Smith yesterday and it was by far my most seamless dealer buying experience. They gave the most for my trade and offered the best purchase price around on the new vehicle.Mr. Holder was very easy to work with, and didn t apply any sales pressure, and was knowledgeable about the vehicles they sold. Mr. Greene had my paperwork done in minutes, and was very patient to answer all my questions. Between Mr. Holder and Mr.Greene I might have spent 30-45 minutes inside the dealership. Any other dealer has kept me for multiple hours for the process.Highly recommend Smith Ford Levelland.

Highly recommend this dealer talked to Hunter in sales told him what I was lookin for n he found exactly what I wanted. Plus there finance guy Justin did a amazing job at getting low interest rate financing everything went smooth definitely all around cool and friendly people to deal with. THANKS! Just completed a purchase on a new Ford F-150 Tremor with Smith South Plains Ford. This was probably the smoothest/easiest deal that I have done on a new truck. Thanks to my excellent salesman Dakota Holder and his team they had our deal wrapped up in one quick early evening visit.Dakota and I were able to sort out most of the details electronically earlier in the day which was very convenient for me since I was very busy. Once we had an agreement in place I told Dakota that I could come pick up the truck after work, however, I was going to be a bit late since it was ~2hr drive and we couldn t leave work until 3:30 pm, Dakota assured this was not a problem. When we finally showed up Dakota had the truck all detailed, looking good and ready to go. We did a quick test drive, the truck ran great and was everything we expected. We finished up some quick paperwork and Dakota gave us a nice tutorial going over the features of the truck and we were on our way home. Thank you for the smooth deal and I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check these folks out.

When I moved to Lubbock ten years ago, the first thing I looked for was a reliable car dealership. A friend referred me to Smith South Plains. I bought a brand spanky-new Mustang, and I've been back for every oil change and any needed repairs since then. Great service staff!

Dakota and the rest of the staff were very easy to work with and made the buying process simple and easy. They were transparent and upfront about their process and responded to my questions in a timely manner. I used the valet service to have my vehicle picked up from my home, repaired and then returned to my garage. I came back with all the repairs taken care of an an interior and exterior wash as well. A great experience. Thanks Smith Auto Family for all you do for our community here in Levelland!

I had a great experience with Smith Auto Family and Jeff Brown at the Levelland location. They were courteous and efficent. I had most of my transaction done online before I bought my Lincoln.After arriving I was in and out with my "new to me" vehicle in less than 2 hours. Although my sales guy Jeff Brown was fairly new, he made sure I was taken care of nonetheless and anything he didn't know, he quickly got answers. Justin Greene, the finance manager, was patient and spent time with me going over the extended warranty options to help me understand what I was getting and paying extra for. I would highly recommend this dealership.
