It took a few days to convince my mom to go to the dealership. And when she went, Tommy Williams delivered on his promise to get her taken care of. It was a smooth and easy transition, Tommy definitely knows his job.

Only Dodge Ram dealer I trust in the area that fixes stuff right the first time. No run arounds or drama, straightforward good people, and they have an in-house dyno for their aftermarket performance side.

These guys are 100% knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.I came in with a rig having issues with warranty and suspension. Lupe (manager I think) and Chance, (jeep subject matter expert) came in and knew exactly what was going on. They love this life outside work and they do it professionally as work.This is what a shop should be. 100% recommend. My jeep is moving like day one!

I purchased my Ram elsewhere however, I bring it here to be serviced due to the customer service, the friendliness, competent employees, and the rather quick turn around. I m able to make appointments that meet my needs and my schedule, the service team is polite, they explain what is going on and they listen when I don t agree or prefer something to go differently and we discuss the best options. This is how customer service should be handled and this is why I continue to return. I specifically drive out of town to take my vehicle to them and will continue to as long as they keep the service above par. Thank you for being better than your competitors!

I recently received my new truck ordered through this dealership. I was referred to them by a friend who told me Brandon and the crew would do a great job. My friend was certainly right. I've been in contact with Brandon and Brad as I ordered the new TRX back in July. They walked me through the order process and helped get things done efficiently. The truck took some time to arrive, likely due to the pandemic, but I don't think this dealership had any control over that . They kept me informed of delays and were always quick to respond to questions.When the truck arrived, they had it cleaned up and ready for me. Picking up the truck probably took less than 45 minutes including a great presentation of features by Brad Debusk. They worked hard to help me get the after-market running boards I asked for and everything looks great. I'm very impressed with this dealership and the entire process. Thanks for making things easy!!!

I have gotten a couple vehicles from Scoggin Dickey CJDR in levelland and not once have I had a bad experience. Everyone is so helpful and nice. They care about your wants and needs! They treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. I give them a 10/10!!! Highly recommend

This was our 3rd vehicle purchase from Scoggin-Dickey in a little over a year!! Our salesman, Evan Cole understood our needs and budget. He worked with our tight schedule and went above and beyond to ensure we received the best deal! Thank you Evan Cole for all your help and for coordinating with the service department on the recalls on our 2019 Ram when we picked up our new Ram truck!! Victor, Bryan and Eddie were amazing! After being given the run around, lied to, and not contacted about 2 different vehicles over a weeks time by a different dealership in the area, we came to Scoggin Dickey. Victor (service) let me in before opening and was very engaging. Bryan (sales) came in early, listened to my nightmare experience, and found us a newer, better used vehicle. Eddie (finance?) got us a better rate and better warranty. I can't say enough about the service, experience and integrity of this dealership. They will have my business for many years to come, and I will spread the word.

Simply great service and care for our Jeep! We were driving our daughter to TTU, when her Jeep had a check engine light come on. We stopped at a Jeep dealership in Lubbock. It quickly became clear that they taking advantage of us, and they didn't really know much about her Jeep. My brother recommended we drive to Scoggin Dickey Jeep in Levelland. Boy! Am I glad we did! What a breath of fresh air. They really cared about us, and they could even talk "Jeep". They were so honest, and they treated us like a family friend! In no time, they had the Jeep fixed, and it didn't cost a bunch. Best of all, no hidden fees or charges! Thanks to Micheal Culp, and all the guys at Scoggin Dickey Jeep!

Had a customer's Hellcat that would blow a fuse any time you went wide open throttle. The guys at Scoggin Dickey found the issue in only a matter of minutes! This was after the customer had taken it to THREE other Dodge dealerships in the region, with weeks of it not being in his possession, always returned with a "That's how the traction control is supposed to work" or some excuse.
