They were great! I tried going to quick lane to get an oil change and they told me they couldn t do it because the oil pan bolt was stripped. So I went to S&D and they did it with no problem! These folks are really good people. They have handled my mom's oil changes for years. What really impressed me about this place was their honesty and integrity. Mom had a mechanical issue, and they diagnosed it and then sent me to another mechanic shop they recommended, who they felt could handle the issue more efficiently and at a lower cost to us!What else needs to be said!?!New update: I went back and got 5 quarts of high milage oil AND a can of freon for the a/c all for $108!

They were fast excellent they did all change fast and they were very friendly nice accurate they let us know what needed to be done and stuff and a good price they will clean our window I recommend them to anybody who's looking for something like with the oil change or anything like that

My family and I have been loyal customers of S&D since they were originally Whitley's. They are reliable, friendly, and fast. The pricing is always fair. I can always count on their service. As a final touch, I really do appreciate that at the end of my oil change, they always clean the windshield. We will continue to rely on S&D and recommend them most highly.

First time customer. Can t say enough good things about this place. Friendly, fast and great prices. Went in for an oil change and was done in less than ten minutes. What a wonderful experience! First time there and they were super nice and efficient, it was a very reasonable price, and even though they didn t have my air filter they were able to get it same day for me so I didn t have to run around looking for the filter on my day off. I would definitely recommend S&D oil change and I will be back the next time I need my oil changed again!Service: Vehicle maintenance

These guys were amazing! It took a little longer just because I had a Fiat 500 L and it s a little tricky to get to what you need to get to the change the oil on it . They got it done as fast as they can! I give them a 10 out of 10 AND I will be going back and telling my friends and family about them

So EASY! I drive a Volkswagon which is always the oil guys worst nightmare because it take synthetic oil and has a lot of bolts in the plate they have to unscrew to change the oil. They didn't hesitate to come PICK my car up and get me taken care of! For this busy working mom of two kids they made what is normally a pain in the butt task so much easier and to top it off they are super friendly and helpful! Thank you Mike and S&D oil!

This is my place in Levelland! These guys are top notch, honest, and quick at getting you in and complete so you can be on your way. I showed up early before they opened one morning because I had to be at work, and they were more than happy to get my oil changed so I could make it to work on time. Always super friendly, I would recommend to all my family and friends!

I didn t notice the time when I pulled up. They were actually closed and working on their last client of the day. However, when they saw me pull up they immediately opened the other door to service me. They were very polite like always offering drinks and great customer service. Thank you!!!

I have always liked the customer service here. EVERYONE who works here is so polite! Although they are quick in service, they always offer one of their variety of cold drinks for the wait.Another plus is I get a discount for being a teacher!!!

The best place I have even changed oil at, clean place, not crowded, spacious, and fast clean no bs service. They also got a fridge with free drinks, go me some water. Overall great service and is one of those places you feel an urge to give them five stars because they really deserve it based on the great work they do and environment they have.

This is the only place I get my oil changed at now because they always do such a great job and are quick too! The service is awesome and they even vacuum your car when you get an oil change!

Great and fast service and you get a student discount or if you work for the school it's a 20 % discount. I have had them come to work to pick it up and do the oil change and delivered at no extra cost!

It s a great place to go to it s very quick and fast and they wash you windows and vacuum under 6 minutes and have great communication skills great place I d recommend them to anyone it s great service quick fast easy and they have free drinks and your not there long and coffee and good magazines
