Quick Lane has been taking care of my car and it's needs for some time now. All of the employees areso polite and friendly. I couldn't ask for better service. I purchased new tires there this week( first time I've ever bought tires and Rob was a great help to me) I also got the oil changed and new windshield wipers put on. I waited in their comfortable waiting area and it was quick and easy. It was Top Notch service.

The team there is courteous and very efficient. I got new tires and was out the door in 30-40 minutes. Wow!!! Couldn't even finish the project I was going work onwhile I was there. Great Job!!!

These guys get you in quick and are friendly and courteous. Went in for an oil change and they were not pushy on other items. I have been paying more elsewhere for less service (in another city). They went over tread tire and brake pads life with me also. Highly recommend!! I will be back.

I had a flat tire I needed to have fixed. I arrived 30 min before closing time and the team was very busy. I knew it was a longshot to get me in. The quick lane crew jumped into action and got me back on the road with top notch service! Thanks again!

I was greeted right went I walked in. Very nice atmosphere and felt comfortable going in. The employees went far and beyond to help me with my issues. Even show mePictures what was wrong with my car. My daughter was in about a week before me and they even treated her the same way. I would recommend Quick Lane to anymore

They provided excellent, personalized service! They were able to read my codes at my request to find the reason for a check engine issue. I also love their hours to 7 pm, the only place in town open after 5 pm.

David is always a pleasure to speak with, I have been several times in the last few months and couldn t ask for better customer service! As well as everyone in the back of house, they are kind and efficient at what they do. I will never come anywhere else for Oil Changes or any service within their realm.

Quick Lane did a fantastic job on my F150. I was so impressed with how professional and kind they were with me. I dropped my truck of around there clothing. They told me they would get ot done first thing in the morning. It was finished as quoted. The manager got with me and showed me and explained the paperwork on the truck. He was very informative. Your operation is a class act. Thank you. I will be back.

If you want fast effective service this is the place!! Went in for an oil change and purchased/ put on two tires. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:43 a.m and left at 11:38 a.m! The waiting area is very clean and spacious. Aiden Lopez had been in communication with my husband the evening prior and sent over a very competitive quote, when I arrived he greeted me at the door and handled our needs professionally and promptly. We will definitely be returning for all of our automotive needs! Thanks so much guys!

Worst service ever went for an alignment after getting new tires installed my tires were wearing down faster then before I took my vehicle in. I was promised 2 replacement tires they've been giving me the run around til this day will never go back again

Very friendly and helpful. I didn't realize my tags were expiring this month. They were able to reach out to my insurance carrier and acquire a copy of a current insurance card since mine was expired. They want above and beyond to help me get my vehicle inspected and ready to get back on the road

It was great, friendly, trusting environment. They were straight up with you and didn't try to sell you anything extra or replace something that didn't need to be replaced because it was still in good condition. Oil change/rotation price is the best price around. I'll be going there more often.

amazing amazing customer service! hit a snag when I dropped off my new vehicle for its first oil change. after realizing they didn t have my oil filter in store they checked for it s availability in the surrounding area but were unlucky! David did not hesitate to make a quick trip to ensure I had my minivan for the busy weekend of baseball I had ahead! will definitely be going there for all my future services!

Family member just had a horrible experience! Lost her key fob then took all her stuff out of the glovebox and threw it all in the floorboard looking for the tire lock. Then took all of her luggage out of the back of her car for a oil change didn t need to touch any of her luggage in the back of her car for anything and didn t even acted like they cared. Just trying to get her out cause they had customer/s and didn t want them to hear the issues at hand. Ridiculous like come on.

They saved this stranded out-of-towner & had a new alternator installed within 2.5 hours! They also drove me back to my hotel while I waited and picked me up when they were finished. They were recommended to me by 2 people I met after my car died during my long road trip. I also highly recommend Quick Lane!

From counter to technician, thorough and professional attention. Friendliness genuine. Options clearly outlined without pressured up-selling. Even though I live remote/rural - will definitely make this our regular for oil changes and maintenance upkeep. Far better than any experience I ve had in similar establishments in LBK.

Purchased 4 new tires for my truck. They had to order them and they were here the next day at 9am and installed by 11am. Excellent staff with great customer service: very knowledgeable and friendly! Also prices are fantastic as their price for the 4 tires was cheaper than all tire shops in Lubbock: including big ole Discount Tire! You can t go wrong here as they offer many services, not just Tire install. Check them out and you won t be disappointed! Highly recommend to all!
