People are great friendly and know what they are doing. They are always available for help and don't mind you asking questions. Rent a tool is kinda nice just take the money out of your account immediately and when you are done you have to wait couple days for your money to come back to your card.

Had a terrible experience there ,would not refund my core charge of 35 dollars! Bought new carb for over 300 and 2 carbs later wouldn't return core for my old carb in their box ! No body new what they were doing g, even Mgr, also lied and said their plumbing was out and I couldn't pee, old men hafta go a lot ! Will not do business here again. Auto zone here I Come!

I have a strong dislike for liars!!! Not only did the cashier lie but the store manager lied to me about their supposed "store policy!" Called several Lubbock stores who tell me the complete opposite! I call back to the store and the store manager answers and again lies to me! So i called the 1800# and guess who straightened the issue out?? Ridiculous that I had to take those measures!!

Staff does a good job unfortunately the company's fraudulent warranty is why I go somewhere else for my parts. So much for the database they brag about because it's designed to dump your purchase history. If you do not keep your receipt you do not have any warranty.

I've been using O'Reilly in Levelland for years and never been unsatisfied until today. The young lady that answer the phone had an attitude with me for no reason. She talk to me like very rudely. I let my husband know and he said that she always has an attitude. This O'Reillys has lost my business because of her and I bet they will loses more. Then I called back to report her and the guy basically told me that she's gonna be working there and I can deal with someone else. Which I didn't wont her fired I wanted them to know they need to check her attitude because she needs to check her attitude at the door before her shift start.

Totally helpful people, even will guide you as to how to put on new parts. Way Kewl so glad they are in our Littlefield,Rexas. The other place has a really nice guy who works there full time. But owner is a conceited person.

Great service friendly staff it is my part store of choice in Levelland. The young lady who I always go to Sarita is just amazing she knows her parts and every time gets me the right parts for my pickup.

Ive shoppeenat oreiillys for just about everything i need to fix my vehicles and keep with their maintenance. But man these last two days I was unfortunate enough to be checked out by some condescending guy. I think id rather pay autozone or auto parts the higher price per part just to not feel bad to shop there anyways.

Got terrible customer service from the older gentleman that works there. Haven't had issues with any others but I will be going to autozone from now on because I was given excellent service there.
