If I could give a negative star rating I would, the store opens at 8am, at that time there were 4 ppl, including myself, waiting in the parking lot. At 8:05 the store was still not open, although we could see the employee in the building. Another customer went to to the door and knocked. The employee continued to mess with her paperwork, then finally went to open the door. When she did, she told the customer, who was an elderly lady, that she would open the door when she was ready. I have encountered this employee before, and she one of the rudest people I have met.I left, I refuse to spend my hard earned money at an establishment that allows their employees to be so hateful against their customers. I went to O'Reilly's, where the employees had the store open, and we're friendly and helpful. I encourage everybody in Levelland to go there before going back to AutoZone.

I had taken a family member to a Dr. s visit in Levelland and had to stop by Auto Zone due to bad wipers. The manager Dina had assisted me, she put on both new wipers for me and added some fluids to the vehicle as well. That store has good people working there.

Dina Martinez is the best!!! It's late Friday afternoon and she went over and above to deliver the best customer service I have ever received. It was complicated but she had my problem taken care of and I was on the road in record time. Thank you again Dina!

AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went into get a rear light bulb was speaking to a gentlemen at the front counter for help another employee by the name of Dena walked in, right away she got the bulb and even replaced it she was a huge help I highly recommend her to anyone else.

Dina Martinez goes well above and beyond what is expected of an employee! Needed help with the windshield wiper fliud line, it had become brittle and broken. She had it replaced in no time at all! Many thanks to your store and your outstanding employees!!!

Didn't have what I needed, didn't offer to help find it somewhere else,went to O'REILLY'S,they didn't have it either but they found it for me somewhere else and had it delivered to store by end of day
