I almost gave Thomas a review before I even had any work on my windshield done. I had concerns about a few chips I saw on a recent car purchase and he let me know after looking at them the repairs had already been completed and I didn t need to worry about them spreading. His honesty brought me back a second time when I had a real need for a crack that ultimately couldn t be repaired without having concern that it may not hold. Again, with his honesty I came back a third time and had two new chips repaired and with no surprise, his work was top quality. He has great communication each time I reach out and is trustworthy. Highly recommend seeing Thomas if you have concerns or need a repair for your windshield. Pricing is fair, great work and care for your vehicle. I was in an out of his shop in less than 30 minutes. I ll be back again!

Very professional. Nice clean setup in new business park in Leander. First time I have had a windshield replacement without collateral damage. No scratches, no glass particles, stickers all replaced and in-tact. Windshield was spotless. I have had multiple windshields replaced and never had the glass properly cleaned. They do mobile and in-shop. They have all the latest equipment for camera calibration, etc. If you don t like the idea of someone replacing your glass out in a parking lot, you will like the shop. Very big and clean. Had a great experience and will be back for all my auto-glass needs. Thomas knows what he is doing and communication is outstanding.

I highly recommend Thomas, the owner and skillful craftsman at Windshield Doctor. I took our 2012 Pilot to him, and found him to be very friendly and professional. He replaced our windshield in a very timely and efficient manner, and I was very pleased with the price. If you have any windshield needs, you cannot lose taking your vehicle to him.

10/10 the doc got me in the next day. I love the fact that he has his own place. He already had my windshield in storage which was surprising compared to my last windshield guy. I would recommend him to anyone I talk to. I love supporting small businesses.

Thomas runs his business like businesses of the past. In the world of big business and computer age, the person can feel like the dollar is more important than the customer giving them their business. With Thomas, he cares and it's evident. He's professional and reliable. Mobile service or in shop service was offered. The job was done well, and quickly. The price was fair and competitive. I was referred to Thomas and I would do the same if asked where to go for windshield repair or replacement.

We had a icepocalpse and my windshield was broken from falling ice. Thomas accepted my call and got me in and out repaired within 24 hours at great pricing. His facility is very nice and clean. A rock from a construction truck hit my front window and cracked it. I did some searching on my phone to see if I could get it repaired same day.I went to Safelite first. They told me that they could repair it for $150 and that they could not see me until 3 days later.So I looked for another place and came across the Windshield Doctor. I drove there.Not only did he repair my window right away, he repaired it for a Great price $70!He has great customer service and will take great care of you!Highly recommend! TaTasha

I went to the Windshield Doctor to have the windshield of my 2021 Ford Explorer replaced. Not only was he fair on the price, but he had the windshield replaced in about 2 hours. I will definitely use him in the future.

Thomas is a great communicator and followed up immediately after submitting their online form. He continued to follow up in a timely manner via email or phone. He took care of my issue in about twenty minutes and I was on my way! I don t usually take time to leave reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about Thomas. He was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain the insurance process to me. He is quick to respond and eager to help. He was even able to squeeze me in on short notice. I m always weary about car repair service providers, but I can now always trust that I am getting the best service with Thomas. Highly highly recommend!

I can t recommend Thomas enough. I would give him my business for ANYTHING. He was responsive, quick, and more importantly, kind. I had a pretty knarly chip from a rock on my windshield and now I can t even see it. If you need a sign on who to contact, GO WITH YHE WINDSHIELD DOCTOR! There is no better choice!

I procrastinated when it came to having my windshield replaced because I thought it would be a hassle. Of course my car s windshield had every sensor in it so the mobile kind was out of the question. It took less time than I expected and Thomas worked with me to accommodate my schedule. Had a chip in my cars windshield. I texted with Thomas and he provided an accurate quote and was very flexible with scheduling. When I finally did have my appointment he was very detailed oriented and did a great job replacing the windshield. He started on time and was done a bit before the time he was promised. I was able to get my windshield completely replaced the experience was super easy. I received my quote and time to complete installation. I set up an appointment time all in the same weekend. The shop is kinda in the back of a business park next to the police station. There was a great little lobby that was quiet and comfortable while I waited. The installation went perfectly and completed in the exact time frame that was quoted. Super easy and friendly. I never enjoy doing anything with my car because it seems that everyone associated with cars and car repairs are all pressure, pressure, pressure but not this place!! It was chill and I got some much needed alone time. I even got a rundown on all the intricacies of the technology and such in the front windshield. Definitely cool to know and I never once felt like I was being talked down to because I am a woman. This place rocks and is professional and totally worth every penny that I spent. I would totally return to the Windshield Doctor. Oh and I forgot to mention that my windshield is the cleanest clearest that it has ever been even better than the day I rolled out of the dealer lot!! Totally satisfied!
