Amazing repair quality, quick turn around (9 days) and Ultimate Hail & Dent saved me almost $1900 in repair costs! They covered my $1000 deductible, paid for my Hertz rental ($867.48 savings) and had my car back in less than 10 days!!!! My neighbor that went with his insurance instead of Ultimate is still waiting on his adjuster to show up. Don t miss out!!!

My vehicle recently was pelted by golf ball size hail. Made it a dimpled like a golf ball. Many dents. Broken lights and side mirrors. I found Manfred and his company by a flier in the mail. I chose his company out of many fliers recieved as well as a few street vendors. I must say I made the right choice. Manfred and his staff were all quite curtious and knowledgeable. They provided a comfortable, comparable loaner while my car was in service. Repairs were made within a week and I am quite satisfied with their care and service. I will recommend Ultimate hail and dent to anyone. Great job guys!

My car took one hell of a beating from this years hail storms and I felt overwhelmed by all the hail repair flyers going around - any of which may have been scams.Naturally, I was skeptic of this small new family-run business at first but, I am so glad I gave them a chance. I got my car back on time and it top condition.For anyone who is as wary of scams as I am, Manfred is highly responsive by phone & text. If you are insured, they will take care of everything directly with your insurance. They also went above & beyond to ensure a seamless rental & returns process.My fianc�, and few of our neighbours also eventually entrusted their cars to Manfred and his team at ultimate hail & dent. Manfred and his team were wonderful from start to finish. Like so many, my car received significant hail damage due to the storms this summer. It's always such an ordeal to work with insurance companies, but once I made the initial claim, Ultimate Hail and Dent took it from there. They met me at the rental car facility and drove my car to their shop while they made all the arrangements with the insurance company for payment and then repaired my car to its previous beauty. Once my car was ready to be returned to me, Manfred delivered my car to my home and picked up the rental. While returning the rental, he noticed that I hadn't removed my grandson's car seat along with a few other items. He called me to let me know and then said that he would return them to me the next day since he would be in the area. His "above and beyond" customer service along with the great work performed on my vehicle will make me a lifelong customer. Thanks, Team, for a job well done!

Ultimate hail and dent, Westminster Co. I would definitely recommend. The customer service was beyond great with growing concerns of scammers out there trying to get a quick buck. They reassured us the cars were in good hands and offerd a walk though of the shop, they also worked with the insurance company directly.Thank you.

I could not be more pleased, after a devastating hail storm beating our brand new car with 2+ inch hail, Jessica & Manfred took care of us! They took our car and in less than a week brought it back to brand new condition, handled the supplemental's with the insurance company, and took care of the deductible. That helps tremendously since we had all 3 cars damaged. I'm so fortunate to have been approached by one of the team members (Jim) of Ultimate Hail and Dent. I was scheduled to have an insurance adjuster examine my car on a Monday at 1:30 and had met Jim at my place of work the previous evening. I called that Monday morning and arranged to meet with an Ultimate rep at Hertz following my appointment with the adjuster. The meet time was 4 o'clock but I finished the adjuster appointment early and called to see if I could up the appointment to 3 and they immediately contacted me back and agreed to the adjusted appointment time. To make what's turning into a long story short, I met them at the car rental facility where they generously rented me a car for the 7-10 days that they said it would take to complete the repairs. They ended up finishing the job in 8 days and the kicker and the cherry on top is that they waived my $1000 deductible. To make matters even better, I had a pretty significant door ding on one of my doors that didn't receive any hail damage. I disclosed the damage to my insurance agent and then never mentioned it to anyone again. The team at Ultimate took it upon themselves to generously repair it at no additional cost to me. I'll also say that the work that they did is sheer perfection. My car looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot. I'm sure it's a surprise to no one reading this that I can't recommend them highly enough.Service: Body & Trim

Did they a great job on my BMW! Manfred got me set up with a loaner car right away and they got the job done quick. Highly recommend this place if you need hail repaired as they covered my deductible as well! Had an amazing experience with Manfred and Ultimate Hail & Dent. My Jeep got destroyed all over (hood, roof, doors) from one of the hail storms this year and they did an amazing job repairing it to like new condition! They covered my deductible and provided me with a rental for the full time they had the car (about 2 weeks). They also met with my insurance as well so that I didn t have to deal with any of that at all. Could not thank them enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of hail repair!

10/10 recommend Ultimate Hail and Dent. My 2021 Volvo XC60 was battered by the June hail storm in Littleton. Manny was going door-to-door in my neighborhood and while I usually don t give door-to-door salesmen the time of day, my husband and I were in the process of building a new home while getting our townhome ready to rent so I didn t have the time to look for a company to fix my car. Well, I couldn t be happier that Manny stopped by. He stood behind everything he pitched - he paid for a rental car, paid my deductible and the work done was outstanding. It was also done in a VERY timely manner. If such an event were to happen again, I would absolutely use Ultimate Hail and Dent, no questions asked. Thanks UH&D!

I received the best customer service from Manfred and Jessica! There was no out of cost for the deductible to me. They provided me with the rental vehicle free of charge, delivered to my home and picked it up when my vehicle was completed. I couldn t be happier with the most honest company and honest people to work with. My vehicle looks amazing!Thank you once again!

I would give them 6 stars if I could! I met Manny at a brewery, he mentioned he repaired hail damaged vehicles and we got to talking. One week later my truck was back to new (better than new!) - Easy process, they provided a rental car free of charge, took care of everything and cost me nothing out of pocket. Highly recommend!

I had the best customer service from Jim and Jessica from start to finish! I did not need a rental car at the time, so they gave me a check back for $100.00. My truck looks brand new like it did when I drove it off the lot seven years ago. I wasn't able to go to their shop to pick up my truck, so Jessica went out of her way to accommodate me on delivery. We have our own company that has been running for over 50 years and we know that word of mouth means everything! Ultimate Hail and Dent Co. deserves 100% appreciation through their professionalism and quality of service they provided. The company was very easy to work with and quickly responded after the hail damage to our vehicle. Manfred came to our residence with a rental vehicle the same day, waived the deductible and had the car back to us good as new in less than a week! Car looks great and recommend this business to anyone who has dents or hail damage to their vehicle!

Great customer service and took great care of my car! They have rentals onsite so you do not have to worry if there will be a rental for you with the shortages going on. Their estimate and my insurance (progressive) estimate were about the same. I knew I had some hail damage from the last storm but never imagined how many spots they found and fixed.Once insurance is approved, the work is rather quick! They got my car done in a day after the approval. Highly recommend them for your hail and dent repairs!

Manfred and Jessica were great to work with. We had three vehicles damaged in the hail storm and they were very flexible with everything, provided rentals when needed, and dropped off at my home. Unbelievable! Zero out of pocket, they took care of the deductible, gave me a brand new vehicle as a FREE loaner and worked with my insurance company on my behalf...The hardest part was calling in to insurance to make the claim. The work was also outstanding, I looked for over 20 minutes straight to try and find a dent and I couldn't find not a one. Very professional and a fun group that made the experience second to none. Ultimate Hail is the only shop I will ever use and recommend.

Was referred to this auto shop by a coworker of mine and they were phenomenal. My vehicle looks brand new, they delivered me a free rental while they worked on my vehicle and picked up the rental conveniently at my work. Excellent experience! Andrew knocked on my door after the hail storm and I was suspicious because their Google location said Austin, Texas at that time, but they explained that they move around to where the hail is, which makes sense. Andrew was very professional throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond, delivering a free rental car to me, dealing with the insurance company (after I submitted my claim), and waiving the $500 deductible. I also interacted with Jessica, one of the owners, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got my car back in 10 days and it looks brand new! Thank you!

We had just purchased a brand new Buick Encore GX and 14 days later got caught in a fairly nasty hail storm. Our beautiful new vehicle looked like a golf ball.After getting an estimate through our insurance company, we started looking for places to get everything repaired. I filled out several contact forms and called around to a few places on a Saturday afternoon. About 10 minutes after I'd finished my calls, I got a call back from Manny at Ultimate Hail & Dent. He asked if it would be ok to come out and take a look at our vehicle, and of course I said yes...fully expecting to schedule an appointment for the next few weeks. But Manny had other ideas, and was wanting to come out right then. On a Saturday afternoon. I asked him for a few minuted to get ready, and about 30 minutes later, he showed up.He looked over our vehicle, and I sent our estimate via email to Jessica. He said he could have our vehicle looking brand new again in 7-10 days, and I was totally happy with that. But he went above and beyond by delivering a rental vehicle to our home in about 20 minutes (funnily enough, the exact vehicle we'd just purchased, but a year older). He took our vehicle and told me he'd contact me when it was ready. Bear in mind it had only been maybe an hour or two since I filled out the contact form on their website, and we already had a rental delivered and our vehicle picked up.4 days later, I got a call (talk about under-promising and over-delivering!) saying that our vehicle was ready to go. I dropped the rental back at their shop (which is super easy to get to) and walked out in about 3 minutes. No money out of pocket, no hassles, vehicle looks just like the day we drove it off the lot.I genuinely cannot recommend Ultimate Hail & Dent enough. If I ever have the misfortune of having to get repairs done again, I already know who I'm calling.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Alan and the team at Ultimate Hail & Dent Co were outstanding to work with, super communicative, very friendly, and remarkably competent. They repaired two damaged vehicles for us, called our insurers to apply our coverage, and even made arrangements for an upgraded rental vehicle at a nearby agency. Honestly, it almost seemed too easy to be legit, but after about two weeks, our vehicles were returned in excellent shape at absolutely no out of pocket cost to us. Alan was super professional and pleasant and texted me often with updates (this after cold knocking on our door after the hail storm; he also ended up contracting several of our neighbors as well as the clerk at the car rental agency when I went to pick up the rental vehicle). I would definitely recommend them if the need arises. I would certainly use this company again.Service: Body & Trim

When Robert knocked on our door and told us about Ultimate Hail and Dent Co. Allen was very helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. Initially, I was a bit skeptical with how the process worked, but Allen was able to answer all of my questions, putting my mind at ease. There was clear communication with picking up the rental vehicle and when the damage on my vehicle was finished, with picking up the finished car. I appreciated how they took care of all of the "behind the scenes" information, in regards to the insurance company and the deductible coverage. Everything went smoothly, and now the dents are gone from my vehicle. I will definitely be recommending this service to everyone I know.

Robert and his team were great to work with! At first I was skeptical why they were coming by with a flyer and the deal just seemed to good to be true- Their service was turnkey! They brought me a rental car, took my car, worked directly with my insurance company and then returned my car with damages removed and clean. From start to finish it took less than two weeks to get it all done. I highly recommend the group.

I had already planned to use a different body shop for the hail damage to my car from the April 2021 hail storm. Allen was in the neighborhood to drop off flyers and I decided to hear what he had to say about Ultimate. They did a great job on the repairs, kept me updated, and were finished in about a week. Instead of providing a free rental car, Allen and a colleague followed me to the airport and took my car from there. Then returned it to my house so it was there when I returned from my trip. Also, Ultimate covered my deductible and offered a deal if I referred anyone to them. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks Ultimate!

I d like to start by saying my experience with these guys has been absolutely amazing! From start to finish they made it simple for me I didn t have to pay any deductible which helped my pockets! They were one of very few that had a rental ready the same day we discussed them doing the work on my truck extremely convenient and Allen was the best to communicate with he walked me through how everything was going to play out and they got my truck done in 7 days that s getting the insurance to approve my supplement and getting my truck fixed! Awesome work! I definitely recommend anyone that needs hail damage or Pdr work done to take it to these guys! Thanks again Allen for a job well done brother!!
