Great experience, I was new to the process but they walked me through everything and took care of my claim. They paid extra attention to detail when they delivered my car and I would go back again in the future. Looks great, thanks again.

*Update: This shop had my car for 5 weeks. When I called to check on the status I was told to use the online tool.I even drove to the shop once because nothing seemed to be happening. Finally, at week 4 it said my repairs were done and it was moving to the paint stage. I was so excited thinking I was finally about to get my car back! Wrong! A week later I get an email from the insurance company of the girl that hit me. My car was a total loss! Explain to me how the repairs were done, then a week later my car is a total loss. It took them over 4 weeks to submit an estimate and lied about the status and repairs! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!*Make sure you double check that they have staff to do the work you need. I know it's during the holidays, but my car has been there 3 weeks & no repairs have been started. The people in the office can only do so much when the technicians don't come in to work. Hopefully this can be resolved soon, but I won't be holding my breath.

I had to get a sun visor installed in my Toyota Camry. What felt like an easy straight forward job got messed up while removing the old one from the fixture. I was not sure if the visor fixture needed some fixing and did not wish to mess up with the new visor. Josh agreed to see me without an appointment and got the job done for free.

This establishment appears to be inadequately representing its capabilities, resulting in a considerable misuse of my time. Having patronized this facility during its Service King era, where proficient collision repairs were conducted, my recent experience under the "Crash Champions" banner has left me questioning the correlation between the name and the service quality observed today. Despite scheduling an appointment for a vehicle repair estimate, my entrance revealed a disheveled environment with scattered dirt and leaves, poorly maintained desks, and disorganization marked by stacks of papers.After check-in with the receptionist situated behind the cluttered front desk, I was informed that her manager was on break, and due to my vehicle being purportedly "taken apart", they were unable to give me an estimate. Subsequently, I waited for approximately 10 minutes, only to be notified that no estimate could be provided. This raised concerns about the establishment's commitment to collision repairs. I will add that my vehicle was not taken apart. The front bumper was removed and placed in my trunk.The experience prompts reflection on whether I inadvertently visited a retail chain instead of a dedicated collision repair facility. Contrary to my expectations of a scheduled appointment with Service King, the current operation appears incapable of executing vehicle repairs, exacerbated by the manager's (or any employee with the ability to estimate and repair) absence during my appointment.

I brought my car here for hail repair. It turned out perfect, there is no trace of hail damage at all. It took just 2 weeks instead of 3. They also updated me of my car's status every step of the repair. Another thing is they are a preferred shop for my insurance thus making it a bit more hassle free for the claim and adjustments on the estimate. Staff was very much accommodating. Pristine job i would say. If you need a shop to get your car body repaired this is it. Thank you so much guys! Keep it up.

I trust the people at Service King. Not only did I have them work on my car after an accident but I brought my car in twice for them to look at something and both times they said it was okay and I didn't have to pay anything.

The team at Service King Collision were very professional, quick and knowledgeable in the service of what our vehicle needed. They dealt directly w/our insurance. Kept us in constant communication w/every step of the way. Any updates that arise, they quickly notified and sent us a detail of repairs that needed to be done. The team at the Leander location was awesome. I would like to thank Ms.Jessica for helping me out. She took care of my truck and I was back on the road in no time. Overall, I had a positive experience getting a quote quickly from Service King. All of the people were incredibly cheery and looking to help customers. If someone was waiting, more than one employee asked people who were waiting if they had been helped, if they needed anything, or they were invited to get water or other drinks while waiting. I only came on for a quote, which took less than 15 minutes.The main issue that detracted a start has to do with their systems. They have a messaging system for appointment reminders that sent me the correct times twice, but a half hour before my appointment, it sent a message that I had missed the appointment and sent a prompt to reschedule. I arrived on time and the receptionist said she didn't see anything about it in the system and checked me in.Additionally, there were corrections that needed to be made to the information taken down over the phone. The receptionist made the corrections, and as she continued checking me in she had to correct the information again because the system hadn't updated. After the quote was printed, it had to be corrected and reprinted because the system still had not updated the information. It seems like - despite their employees best efforts - the system has issues that can only be handled by people who purchase and troubleshoot their systems. The employees (end users) have little to no control over it. The last time a correction was needed, the employee apologized and mentioned that the system hadn't updated the information. If you have documents going through your insurance, check the information (all of it) and make sure it's correct.

I was very impressed with this place of business today! Friendly and professional staff and prompt service. Anne went the extra mile for me on contacting Enterprise car rental for pick up. She was very thorough, professional, friendly and had everything down for me on paper on all the steps of the process and expectations. I highly recommend this business and to give Anne an acknowledgement for her outstanding work towards customers.

Ryan took care of my vehicle after a collision. He did an awesome job and made sure to have it done before my rental coverage ended. Even with the delay on parts. Not a fan. The woman working inside was nice. However, had to make an appointment for the estimate and that took a couple of weeks. Then after taking the car for the estimate, I had to keep calling to see if it had been completed. Between the estimate and the final word, it took about a month. I think that's awful.

Amazing service! They proactively provided details on where my car was in the process and even helped us with dropping off the rental once the vehicle was completed. If I have to use a collision enter again, it will be this one!

Took my car here for a wreck. I had never been in a wreck before and I loved how the team was very professional and leaneant with me. They walked me though the process of repairs and the entire trip of what and where my vehicle was going. They kept me updated and were very nice and patient over the phone when I had questions. When it came to payment and COVID-19 precautions, they knew what they were doing. No hidden fees and no surprises. They cleaned the exterior of my vehicle and made it look brand new. In addition to cleaning the exterior, they also cleaned the interior and gave me plenty of time to check and make sure the repairs were 100% concise and functional. Worse hillbilly, hole in the wall, store front I've seen in my life that's not located in a ghetto part of town! I'm going back up to this dump because my car is still supposedly getting fixed after being there for almost 2 months! I had picked this particular "Service King #082 ROUND ROCK" because of the beautiful "Store Front"! But after walking inside I was repulsed! I didn't even sit down; I stood up the whole time! I hope they have good lawyers because having this place audited, raided, investigated and brought down will be my job for the rest of the year.

I ve had three vehicles repaired here. I was quite pleased with the first one. My second trip required a few return trips because they put the wrong pinstriping on the side of the car they repaired. Last week, I decided to give them another try. I had to take the vehicle back because they didn t address the wheel well covers. I specifically mentioned them when I dropped the car. The folks there are very nice and they want to do well, but it is a pain to go back for return visits.Service: Body & Trim

While the personnel is friendly and courteous they may waste your time not knowing even what cars they will or won't work on. So if you have a kia... find another shop they don't work on them. Also let's not forget their bot that tries to make it appear like they try and resolve these issues in reviews but best I can tell no one monitors that e-mail so it's just a clever trick.

At Service King service is definitly king! I brought my wife's new SUV in that I had partially ripped the bumper off, broke the headlight and dented the quarter panel.Service King was a delight and professional to work with from begining to end. When we got the SUV back it looked brand new! All the panels lined up perfect, the paint was blended perfect.From begging to end I got daily texts detailing the process AND whats even better, they finished the vehicle 4 days early! Driving the vehicle was as normal as it ever was. No weird noises or handling issues. I would reccomend Service King!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I went to their location after my wife called them because our front bumper was coming off after going over a low crossing.An Estimator came out to the parking lot, looked at the car, took some photos and told me that they were going to email me a quote later in the day.I received the reasonable quote, and scheduled an appointment. When my wife went in to drop off the car, they asked if we were using insurance and we told them No. They immediately told me that it was going to cost more. I feel that it was a bait and switch. They said they had to do a "better job" in our case and that it would cost more. I won't take my car to a place that doesn't do the same great job regardless of insurance or cash.Service: Body & Trim
