I had some work done to my 2009 Harley fat bob. Being a mechanic myself just in a different industry I could tell Ryan was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Got me done at a fair price compared to others in the area. I would recommend anyone to this shop. Good customer service and great prices. Thank you for you service

Great shop. Honest people. I ve been bringing my Harleys here for years. Meg and Ryan are excellent. They ve always treated me kindly and professionally. They did all the work on my 2013 Fatboy and my 2024 Performance Road Glide. Can t say enough good things about these guys! Support your local Pigg Pen!

It was time for my 15k oil change...Ryan and the crew got me in and out so fast I didn't even have time to browse through my phone lol He made a little adjustment to my clutch handle and did a cable check, tightened up a foot peg and as always he took it for a test ride before sending me on my way. They treat me like more than a customer, I feel like family

These guys are awesome. Did a cam upgrade for me on my 23 FXLRST and it's the bomb. They will definitely be my go to shop locally.

Have to say I rarely write a review to praise anyone for work I pay to have done ( just expect it to be done right ) but I have got to send out Doc and his son a HUGE compliment. Worked with me on pricing, was able to dress out my bike and found ways to save me a LOT of money. Said it would be done by a date and it was... Went well beyond what I was expecting !!! I will continue to use them for my services and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone... Thanks again for everything brother...

Pigg Penn came highly recommended by several friends that have ridden for a long time. I came in for some ape handlebars, and they worked with me to find the right model for the best price and then got them in and installed quickly, while making a date for an out of state ride I had. Fantastic team and really nice folks. Thanks Meg and Ryan!!! Be back soon for more improvements!

Overall great experience with Meg and Ryan. As many others have attested, Meg does a wonderful job at keeping you up to speed on the progress. We had a bit of a communication problem at one point where I they rec'd a part with the wrong specs - and this is one of the main reasons for the 5 stars. When I brought the issue to Meg and Ryan, they jumped in and made it right, as if I was family. As for the quality of the work - they did a phenomenal job with my CAM chest upgrade, exhaust and getting it tuned. The bike runs and sounds amazing and I look forward to years of future service.

Owners, Ryan and Doc are the best. They will take care of your needs. Trustworthy and honest, they know motorcycles! Mom and Pop atmosphere..... they treat you like family. Don't go to the big stores!!!!

I've been here a few times and of those, a few were urgent matters where we (either myself or someone in the club I ride with) needed a part right away.They've always had it even if it was a part that wasn't actually available, not one of stocked inventory, for example but rather one they had set aside just in case someone like me walked in.I'd rather have a used part right now than a new one later!Super friendly.Love this place.I'll always call them first, whatever I need.

Great experience, Meg is super friendly, makes the entire process ridiculously simple and keeps you updated throughout. Upfront pricing and work was done quickly... what more can you ask for? Even grabbed a couple of bada$$ looking shrts on the way out, definitely my go to H-D shop from now on.

This is the only place I will let work on my bike. I completely trust them to be fair and honest. Two years ago I had a major problem just three days before leaving for Washington D.C. for the 2Mil Bikers 2 DC rally.They got my bike in, fixed and had me ready to go. Great people, great service, and great prices.

I have spent more that 20k here with new motor etc. after 800 miles issues with some of the motor install which they would not cover, leaving me on the side of the road. Really good people. I called in with a dilemma trying to fit my 21in wheel from my 2000 RK to my 2015 Street Glide. Guy actually took the time to explain in detail why it wouldn't work. Even offered to get me a new wheel at discount. I now have a new shop.

I seldom give out five stars when writing reviews but this shop displays exemplary business practices, professional sales, service and pricing. I felt at home the minute I came in to pick up my bike. Doc, Ryan and the crew all were a pleasure to meet! I am confident my Harley will be in good hands here..... if a need arises, "I'll be back"

Nice MC shop do great custom work from paint to stereo. They are very good experts on how to equip your bike,give excellent quotes on work and have top notch mechanics.

They only work on Harleys and the guy I spoke to looked at me like I was crazy for riding up to inquire about services with my Honda Shadow.Imagine going to a pepboys with a Toyota Tundra and them turning you down because they only work on Fords F150s. Zero sense.Harley snots and "cliquey" club like atmosphere at this outfit? Yes, indeed.

Took my project twin cam ultra classic to them they went above and beyond for me super friendly super helpful super knowledgeable. I would definitely take the bike back there to have work done!

Refused to work on my bike because it s a cheaper Japanese sports bike. Kawasaki z400 They had two other sports bikes there in the garage but said they didn t have the tools to work on mine. At least they gave me a recommendation.

Horrible service. Showed up to get a quote. Got half way thru the quote the owner Doc saw someone pull up that he knew. Turned around and walked away from me. Started talking to the other gentleman. And then just walked back in his shop and left me standing there. They also take the bikes they repair to Harley in killeen to get diagnosed. You might as well go to Harley. And last I took my bike to a different shop because of the horrible service. Turns out the shop I went to called Doc for advice on how to fix my bike. The advice he gave them made my bike leak worse. DO NOT GO TO PIGPENS. I only put one star just so I could write this review. If I could I'd give them nothing but a swift kick in the rear and tell them to stay away from Harleys . Anyone putting 5 stars is a suckered or knows them personally!!!! Actually I take that back. I hear they can change a tire pretty good. But for the same price as Harley!

Ryan is absolutely the best. Was out of town on a trip and had a problem with my 07 FLHRC. Called Ryan on a Sunday (they are closed on Sundays) and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. Dropped the bike off on Sunday (again closed on Sundays) and picked it up on Tuesday. These guys are awesome!

2018 Road Glide Ultra Had a 5000 mile service, quick detach kit installed for my tour pak. Added smoked LED light and Fillerzs. They did quick and professional job! Treated me like family. No job too small. Saved big $$ not going to dealership.

WOW, hands down the best mechanic I have ever used!!! My poor Harley was sitting broken for over a year and Pigg Pen totally brought it back to life! There crew is super knowledgeable and so willing to take the time to make sure you have the best experience possible! The total bill was about 60% less than I expected and my Hog is running better than ever!! Better than new!!! Pigg Pen Cycles, I love you!!!!

Pigg Pen Cycles is the go to shop in this area. They treat you as family and really know how to repair and build bikes. I take both of my Harley's there and know I can completely trust them. Ryan can build motors as well as do minor performance upgrades,repairs, wreck rebuilds, stereos and more. Doc will always take the time to explain what is needed and won't try to up sell unnecessary work. Did I mention the prices are fair? I will not let any other shop touch my bikes.Dave

These guys are awesome. Doc knows his stuff and is NEVER in a bad mood, even if I call daily asking questions. The Customer service is exceptional.
